今日同朋友2人短暫飯聚,搵到呢間串燒居酒屋,午市定食其實都好吸引抵食,但又想食好少少,叫左2人串燒餐,可以試多幾款食物款式。鋪仔細細但座位闊落,枱數唔多,唔怕人流太多的風險。刺身有三文魚,油甘魚同牡丹蝦,整體都好新鮮,蝦肉係透光玻璃色,鮮甜彈牙,油甘魚油脂香味好濃,齒頰留香。自家制豆腐好大份,外皮燒得香脆,內裡保留到幼滑質感,比普通燒豆卜的確更勝一籌。巨峰梳打同青檸梳打,味道清爽,同串燒好夾。燒雞翼燒得好好,皮夠脆,醃製味道剛剛好,有肉汁。蘆筍豚肉卷燒得好香,蘆筍夠嫩無筋,而且juicy, 有豚脂香味,味道更加有層次。主角橫格肌燒好有創意心思,右一黑芝麻醬,右二蜜糖,左一香蔥蒜蓉,左二山葵洋蔥,我覺得最特出係黑芝麻醬,同牛肉出奇咁夾,比白芝麻更香濃,牛肉肉質好嫩又多汁,係高水準牛肉之作。最後熱烏冬亦彈牙暖胃。服務周到,價錢相宜,係想靜靜地嘆清酒串燒嘅好地方。 繼續閱讀

前幾天翻開相簿看到沖繩的舊相,馬上想來杯燒酎!馬上去居酒屋吃串燒!!非常喜歡吃牛肉,也喜歡日式料理🇯🇵但沒試過專門以牛作主打的居酒屋!今天來到這一間居酒屋,還有少見刁鑽的牛內臟。✅橫隔肌Set $138 (正!)橫隔肌一set共4串味道分別是: 蜜糖芥辣、黑燒、蒜香、Wasabi個人最喜歡<蒜香>的味道最特別的是黑燒(黑芝麻)最刺激的是Wasabi蜜糖芥末也不錯!✅刺身盛盒 (三品) $198三文魚、帶子、赤蝦刺身,新鮮厚身、鮮甜。點一盤作開胃,非常幸福。✅牛骨髓 $40 ✅牛草肚 $36從來未嚐過「牛骨髓」!原來有豐富的蛋白質和鈣質第一次試試串燒的口感,表面香口、內裡黏口,再鋪滿碎蔥,非常特別,送酒很讚。✅萵筍牛肉卷 $36 (大愛😆)萵筍完美地平衡了牛肉的油脂蔬菜配肉類一定是健康的搭配。✅山葵醬燒廣島蠔 $48好耐冇食燒蠔了🤤除了山葵醬還混了點Mayo,綿綿滑滑,好吃。✅雞翼 $34 ✅雞軟骨 $28雞翼皮烤得焦脆,雞軟骨正常發揮。✅荷蘭大啡菇 $38吃了一大堆肉後有點膩,這個無敵大啡菇仍然有驚喜。菇味非常濃郁,香烤再能帶出菇菌香氣。✅鹹牛肉燒飯團 $38普通烤飯糰味道比較清淡,這款表面鋪上一層厚厚的鹹牛肉,確實有點港式風味、茶餐廳的味道。但稍微膩了一點點。✅芝士年糕 $48這個會encore。女生一定很喜歡!煙韌的年糕,配夾心cream cheese質感的芝士。雖然已經飽了,但還是覺得超好吃。✅自家浸菠蘿燒酎 $68✅自家浸咖啡燒酎 $69兩杯也是餐廳自家燒酎浸泡的酒,菠蘿那杯喝起來有到訪琉球的感覺。 繼續閱讀

政府終於放寛夜晚堂食限制,當然要約個舊朋友去食好野,傾下計。朋友帶我黎咗一間叫牛惣居酎屋既日式串燒店到食。一坐低當然要叫杯酒飲下,我揀咗杯Pinapple Liquo Peach Liquor 跟住就有前菜:生野菜沙律, 好fresh,好開胃日本生蠔,好鮮甜,好有海水味牛尾西京燒,第一次食燒牛尾,完來係咁好食,肉質好淋,正! 牛大腸牛沙瓜,原來係牛既第四個胃,又叫爽肚,食落好爽口。鵝肝釀雞翼,好特別既組合,但係好好食,雞翼燒得夠脆蘆筍豚肉卷燒鱸魚,好大條,燒完肉質仲係鮮甜,同埋唔會好乾身月見免冶雞肉棒,真埋流心蛋一齊食,真係一流燒橫格肌SET ,有四種好味,每一種都令人難忘牛心 最後當然唔少得燒飯團,我地叫咗個三文魚同梅,每個都燒得好香 繼續閱讀

本來滿心期待嘅生日飯誰知道係一次唔好經驗冇下次囉~串燒味道普通,但服務態度好差尤其係當晚唯一一個女侍應諗住慢慢食,先叫咗4樣串燒點知要成一個鐘先黎齊啲野…仲要係催單情況下😅呢一個鐘至少聽到三檯同侍應催order…估唔到我最後都要催埋一份🥲坐隔離檯一位女士,催話爭碗烏冬同燒芝士女侍應去check 單,之後話烏冬漏咗單芝士燒緊(重點係:一句對唔住或唔好意思都冇)女士:我真係好想食烏冬,但7點要交檯,咁係咪趕唔切?女侍應:係呀!女士:咁唔要烏冬燒芝士上檯,女侍應同女士講:你7點要交檯,你快啲食!女士好配合話好!我就聽到著火!家陣係你地漏單遲出餐,仲要一啲禮貌都冇叫個客人食快啲?搞笑嘅係最後到差唔多7點45分,最少三張二人檯係吉嘅!包括想食烏冬而被漏單嗰位女士張檯!女侍應啲服務態度唔該train 吓先同flexible 啲!仲有其他吉檯兼冇客排隊walk in 或booking 啲人未黎,係咪應該最基本嘅禮貌同客人溝通呢?!本身覺得D串燒普通,見到咁嘅服務態度即時唔加單,催埋最後樣嘢埋單走人!雞皮蝦卷:雞皮唔香脆,蝦身好乾,兩姐之間夾住塊紫蘇葉,整體唔融合!三樣嘢各自各精彩😂失望!牛舌:4樣燒得較有水凖!起碼中間都嫩滑牛小腸同牛沙瓜:普通…牛沙瓜黑椒重手咗自家製無花果酒:一D無花果味都冇🙄D酒少到,粒冰大到呢🙄 繼續閱讀

🤭Went for dinner for some nice skewers and beer on a happy friday. Ordered quite a lot (tomato salad, grilled fish, eggplant, wings, ox tongue, beef tripes, sweet corn, grilled rice dumping) also edamame, rice (salmon) ochazuke. 🍻The place has a chill vibe with dim light and was very busy so recommend to book in advance.👍🏻The tomato salad was nice but not as sweet as we had before. Still refreshing as a cold dish. Most of the skewers are well seasoned and them nailed them. Wings are crisp on the outside and moist inside, the ox tongue was seasoned well and was too rubbery (so they didnt over grill it). Also worth mentioning was the edamame coz it was cooked with a little wagyu beef as well as fat from wagyu. It was flavourful. The Ochazuke was nice and gave a little carb without filling you too much. The sweetcorn was like those you get in Hokkaido. Really sweet. Thumb’s up.😅One thing below par was the beef tripes, they were flavourful but really tough and rubbery that i gave up chewing. Also would be better if they allow people to order per skewer. They made it a rule to order 2 per items so you must have 2 wing skewers, 2 ox tongue skewers etc which was not the best experience if you have a smaller group or its just 1 person. You end up having less variety because double portion of everything does fill you up quickly. Hope they will be flexible about that in future. 繼續閱讀
