2020年12月3日 星期四今日早咗收工,原本打算約埋老婆一齊食晏,點知佢公司有太多野做,根本冇得行開,最後唯有自己一個周街搵嘢食,最後決定豪一餐,走去銅鑼灣食燒肉放題可能由於二人限聚令關係,上到去發現客人唔算太多,所以好快就可以安排位置,然後發現用平板電腦點餐,午市放題一共有兩個價錢,貴啲嗰個可以包埋小食同海鮮,不過由於得我自己一個,怕食唔晒啲嘢,所以就叫咗$148嘅放題,不過都有好多食物提供,可以慢慢揀飲品櫃方面有好多唔同種類嘅飲品可以選擇,罐裝飲品夠晒衛生,仲有我最鍾意嘅忌廉溝鮮奶添食物方面首先我選擇咗翠玉瓜,因為冇理由淨係食肉咁唔健康既,每一舊瓜都切得好平均,燒完之後咬落去仍然充滿水份肉類方面都有好多選擇,其中最吸引嘅係牛舌,因為好厚身,咬落去好腍,一次過食三至四塊都完全冇問題。另外醬汁牛仔骨都好滋味,因為調味同肉好夾,燒完之後已經好香,食落去有咬口除咗牛肉,仲有豚肉同雞肉,其中一款韓式醬燒雞翼個人覺得都唔錯,店舖已經將雞翼分成一半,所以燒上嚟更加容易,醬汁同雞翼都幾配合,有少少辣但又唔會太難入口食咗差唔多90分鐘,一個人都係$160左右,已經食到飽晒 繼續閱讀

過左成個月,終於諗起呢間燒肉,因為諗起想食魚。雖然佢主打燒肉,但不得不提,啲油甘魚鮫好鬼好食!當日我reorder咗四五舊,人地黎食牛,我食油甘魚😂仲搞到我上黎打食評😂😂肉戈方面,個牛柳粒係幾好食的,其餘牛肉就正常。熟食的話,個人認為算係一般水平,記得嘅有炸年糕。不過個螺肉就有待改善了。Brownies味道ok,唔算好甜,質地係比較結實戈種,唔係淋身戈種。食完之後會有一人一杯Haagen-Dazs,當日我就叫左哈密瓜味~算係咁,唔會話得一啲好common嘅選擇。服務方面,放題黎講不過不失,侍應唔多但收碟情況黎講算合理。但希望下次如果再幫襯,可以一次就開到個爐,事關個爐開左5分鐘,肉放左5分鐘,都仲係全生😂叫人check左兩次先發現原來未開爐😚😚如果想唔太貴,靜靜地揾間樓上鋪燒肉,對肉冇嚴格嘅要求,可以試吓的。當日我7點幾到,都幾多位,到差唔多8點,都見到多人排隊,所以建議book早啲,早啲食冇咁多人冇咁大煙。硬件黎講算幾唔錯,張枱唔怕叫太多野食唔夠位擺~ 繼續閱讀

見d食評講到勁差但食佢$148 個放題都ok呢排有二人限聚令、又有六點堂食禁令,出街食飯都冇乜選擇。見最近天氣凍凍哋,想食下燒肉。見呢間熊本燒肉既午市套餐幾抵咁,兩個人食都係盛惠$326。成餐飯最中意叫牛仔骨、牛脷同牛柏葉,牛仔骨索曬啲醃料,非常惹味。呢度既牛脷就係厚切既,加埋燒汁一齊食既有咬口,又有濃郁既日式燒汁味。而牛柏葉就非常爽口,好味到每次落單都要叫多次。以前食燒肉放題都好怕嘢食上得慢,但喺熊本燒肉食飯真係唔洗驚,店員做嘢好快手,每次點咗嘢食都好快上到枱,對牛魔王嚟講真係值得一試。不過服務同抽氣真係可以做好d 繼續閱讀

Summary: Good value for weekday lunch. Meat quality acceptable for the price. The Goods: Pretty good deal (price) for lunch during weekday - unlimited meat and drinks (non alcoholic). Spacious and good service (order on tablet).The Bads: I think meat quality is not as good as the weekend option (of course with the price difference). A lot of choices are pre-marinated, of those that aren't are too thick.Damage: This is a lunch all-you-can-eat option at HKD 148 + 10% SC, or HKD 163 per person.This is my second time to this restaurant (last time was for weekend lunch), and I am reviewing this based on this time only (weekday lunch), with some comparisons. There are 3 options for lunch; A5 wagyu at HKD598, BBQ meat with sashimi at HKD258 (for 2 hours), and BBQ meat at HKD148 (for 1.5 hours) - all need to add 10% SC. I of course am being cheap and picked the cheapest option at HKD148 (163 after SC).We got a big table that is probably good for 6 persons normally but the COVID measure limits to 2 per table anyways. The restaurant is quite empty owing to 2 reasons; it is weekday lunch, and we arraived at 2-ish pm quite late for lunch already.  Each person got a tong for grilling, a plate, and choices of sauces. Sauces are soy sauce, spicy sauce (not sure what that it), and a sauce similar to teriyaki sauce (maybe it is exactly that). Each table has salt and pepper grinder - they use pink salt too. quite fancy. I remember for weekend lunch they also has a block of salt (like a plate) that you can cook your meat on it too - but they don't give us for weekday, which is understandable for the price. The stove is electric heating.What we ordered;It is unlimited so we tried as much as we could. You'll order via a tablet (they give out one per table), and for my choice I can order for 1 hour (eat for total 1.5 hours). I like this because the tablet has photos so I have an idea what to expect, unlike other all-you-can-eat with pieces of papers that you have to check which one you want, and they're all in Chinese most of the time.  You order then they serve to table.We ordered a bunch of beef to begin with. In the photo from left to right and name according to the menu; 牛三角肉 , 牛胃 (beef stomach),厚切牛舌 (beef tongue), inside tenderloin cubes, rib in sauce, and inside skirt. Of all these, I think inside tenderloin cube is the best it's not marinated (I think), but still tender and tasty. The worst would be inside skirt and 牛三角肉 (whatever that is). They're cut too thick, and that makes it super chewy. It's very hard to cook too - by the time inside is cooked, outside is way overcooked. I think it should be smaller piece, and that also applies to beef tongue. Speaking of beef tongue, it could be great if it's sliced a bit more thinly. Also with first batch I have chicken cartilage and 朝鲜酱鸡翼  ( Korean? sauce chicken wings). Chicken cartilage is alright, although I think it smells a bit and FYI you need to put in salt - it'll be very bland without it. Chicken wings are also very bland despite the marinate. However, I like the fact that they cut into smaller piece (winget is cut in half) - that makes it easier to cook. The Shishamo (capelin fish) is pretty good.  It's fairly big and full of the egg inside. Not too dried out. And of course some vegetables; Onion, corn, king trumpet mushroom (Eryngii),  Chinese mushroom. There's also small sweet potato but you can't see from this angle. I personally think the Eryngii and onion should be cut thinner for it to cook evenly. However, all of these are fairly fresh. No complaint here. The corn and sweet potato are my pick in this batch.We also ordered other things too but unfortunately I forgot to take photo; plain rice (quite normal but I think they use Chinese rice not Japanese rice), beef belly (this one is thinly sliced but marinated. I like the marinate and the fact that it's thin - makes it feel tender), 厚切五花肉 (thick cut pork belly. The one I got is probably 60-70% fat.  Wish it had more meat but other than that also a good pick), Beef tripe (quite standard but only for those who are used to offal), pork blade shoulder (It is tender but quite bland, need to add salt when cooking), chilli pork neck (I personally don't like it because the marinade taste quite weird), chicken kidney (I honestly think they mis-labeled this. Should be chicken gizzard. It is also pre-marinated. I like it but not for everyone), and chilli squid (this is one of my least favourite. The squid is mushy and not firm - meaning it's not as fresh. not to mention I don't like the marinade).   The drink section is self-serviced. Mostly are canned or boxed drinks. I had Oolong Tea, lemon flavoured lemon, and aloe vera drink. From memory they have other flavoured tea, soda water, and Calpis.So, to rank my pick (will eat next time) from best to least;  Shishamo, beef belly, beef inside tenderloin, pork blade sholder, beef rib in sauce. All vegetables are good.Things that I would not eat next time; chilli squid, chilli pork neck,  牛三角肉, beef inside skirt, chicken wingsI would order beef offal and chicken gizzard too, but that depends on what you like.Below are the choices you can pick at this price. I didn't take photos of other price option because I think it'll be too long. If I have another chance of reviewing, I will definitely try other option and do another review. Enjoy! 繼續閱讀
