每次想食韓燒都會諗起炑八, 今次到黃大仙中心南館的炑八韓烤。 防疫措施做齊的烤肉店, 體溫檢測、搓手液和派發口罩袋, 令大家食得放心。店內環境寬闊, 店員安排我坐到卡位, 挺舒適的。 今次有個套餐很抵吃~深秋燒肉套餐 $488 已包括特級牛肋骨、醬油牛小排、韓風墨魚、韓式秘製醬油豬五花、蔥醬豬背肉、梨汁雞翼、秘製豬皮、大紅蝦和梳打飲品兩杯。醬油牛小排~醬油能完美帶出牛肉與油脂的甜美, 提升整塊牛小排的味道。韓風墨魚~ 微辣惹味,煙韌有咬口。韓式秘製醬油豬五花~ 燒起肉香味濃,甜中帶鹹, 用生菜、韓式醬料和泡菜包起,味道更加出色。蔥醬豬背肉~豬背肉加韓國特色蔥醬和梨汁辣醬,口感香烤焦脆加上醬汁令燒肉味道層次更豐富。梨汁雞翼~ 燒得外皮香脆, 雞肉嫩口。秘製豬皮~ 豬皮烤燒後更滋味, 仲有大量膠原蛋白質, 啱曬女士們。大紅蝦~ 大隻新鮮又爽口, 可惜得一隻,真係想食多一隻啊!特級牛肋骨~牛肋骨超巨型,有整塊鐵板的直徑長,有韌性,吃起來的口感比較多汁不乾澀, 牛肉味香濃。柚子檸檬梳打~ 香甜的柚子味, 加上檸檬有去膩感, 好飲。夏恩菠蘿梳打~ 菠蘿梳打都好飲, 甜甜的又清新。已經光顧了炑八韓烤好多年, 一向都是炑八的忠實粉絲, 肉質新鮮,價錢親民,最喜歡有爐邊蛋、芝士粟米和各式各樣的韓式前菜, 還可以無限添加呢! 繼續閱讀

The cooler weather these days made us crave Korean BBQ, so we went to Meokbang's Wong Tai Sin branch, which was spacious and provided great service, as the attentive staff proactively offered to help us grill the meat while we were busy eating  Once we sat down, we were immediately served with banchan (side dishes) including salad, kimchi, spicy seaweed, bean sprouts and lettuce for wrapping the meat, making us feel like we were really in Korea.  One feature that we thought was pretty cool is that they pour corn cheese and egg batter with kimchi in moats on each side of the grill, so that you can eat it while it's still hot and sizzling throughout the entire meal. I loved the stringy and sweet corn cheese so much that I even asked for a free refill!  We got the seasonal Autumn Maple BBQ set, which consisted of prime spare rib, chuck tail flap, cuttlefish, pork belly, pork jowl, chicken wings, pork rinds and shrimp. Everything was marinated or seasoned with flavorful sauces that we barely had to use the three condiments of salt, sesame oil and chilli paste.  The portion was just right for the 2 of us, and the highlight was definitely the thick and juicy premium prime spare ribs marinated in special soy sauce, which we could cut into the right sizes by ourselves.  The set also included two sodas of our choice. We got the blue angel, which was quite like Ramune with its lemony flavor, as well as the citron & lemon, which had a strong yuzu taste that I quite enjoyed. 繼續閱讀

今日(16/10/2020)取了一份外賣“完勝韓牛套餐”,回家與朋友一同食,套餐是昨日預訂,今日預約六時半取,去到餐廳即有。六人套餐,$998需另加$4外賣盒,取時有三大袋。以往有幫襯這餐廳的堂食及外賣飯盒,燒肉套餐都是第一次,原本無諗住寫這篇食評,但見無人寫外賣燒肉套餐,見真是抵食,就一定要介紹下。套餐包熟食雜錦拌飯及甜辣炸雞,過了半小時有多才食,仍很熱。所有肉都很好食,特別是豬腸、牛舌及五花肉,以往堂食都無叫牛舌及豬腸,五花肉多叫成條,是次是薄片,“正”,下次一定要再叫。套餐原本有豬皮,訂餐時已通知無貨,改了豬頸肉,都唔錯。整份套餐都好好食,朋友們都十分讚賞。 繼續閱讀

秋高氣爽最啱就係BBQ,不過近排天氣唔穩定經常落大雨,兼且限聚令唔可以一大班friend燒。即刻諗起去炑八,地方濶落坐得舒服,最緊要係啲肉夠高質~深秋燒肉套餐【梳打飲品兩杯】 套餐包兩杯梳打飲品,荔枝梳打香甜、青檸梅子梳打酸酸甜甜,又涼爽又開胃。燒肉食材分兩盤上枱,各有啲菇菌、瓜片,均衡營養。【特級牛肋骨】好大塊,要剪開一半先放到個爐度燒。肉色紅潤,牛味十足。【醬油牛小排】一睇啲油花就知係靚牛,燒嗰陣要嚴密監視,燒太熟肉汁流失就唔好啦。一入口滿口油香肉香,正呀!【韓風墨魚】好厚切,燒得幾香口,口感好新鮮爽彈。【韓式秘製醬油豬五花】超juicy嘅豬五花,油脂豐富,適合用生菜加少少辣醬夾住食~【蔥醬豬背肉】豬背肉係比較瘦嘅部份,所以肉味更突出,加上香濃蔥醬,又係另一番風味。【梨汁雞翼】燒完外皮香脆、甜,雞肉嫩滑~【秘製豬皮】有咬口,滿口油,好食但好邪惡~【大紅蝦】雖然算大隻兼勁鮮美,但一隻要share食,唔夠喉炑八嘅一大特色係爐邊可無限添加芝士粟米同泡菜蛋,我鍾意食蛋,加咗4-5 round。加上肉類好高質而同特別juicy,一定會encore。 繼續閱讀
