好耐無去, 行過見裝修完, 但個鋪名唔同咗, 決定幫襯下, 試試佢.牆身貼咗好多食物相, 但間鋪係無賣嘅座位轉晒做卡位, 但前後好迫, 而且座位係無固定好, 可以移動, 所以每個卡位歪歪斜斜鋪細但用卡位, 結果都係要搭枱, 更不方便員工好新, 叫腩雜河, 員工聽唔明, 提咗幾次都話即係牛雜河, 不過問題不大, 都有禮貌話新張期仲送杯飲品問佢係唔係轉咗老闆, 就支吾以對, 只話岩岩裝修好, 傻笑吓地帶過話題其他客人問都係一樣情況, 可能收ORDER 唔可以答卦!?食物無大問題嘅, 但始終味道唔太一樣, 湯底就完全唔同晒, 價錢就加咗少少總結係未必再去

又是之前在旺角之中,朋友推薦有機會再試,那就去試試。抵食,是這間店的特色,位置不算多和好坐。另外,現在很少看到這個價錢的麵店,加油菜的價錢暫時是自己去過的最抵之一。份量標準,及坐在堂食期間,好多客人打包外賣,非常多。點了兩碗麵,叫了牛腩和雲吞麵,後來朋友說牛腩要叫瘦腩,才會好吃。牛腩因為是肥腩,沒有好吃,一般水平。雲吞麵都是,一般水平,來此間是因為價錢和份量不錯,可以推薦給朋友。店名:潮成園。地址:旺角。費用:抵食。如要看更多食評,可在主頁點擊。

油尖旺有不少潮式粉麵檔, 無論是魚蛋類, 牛腩類還是牛雜類,要找很易, 但要令我印象深刻的, 一是牛腩出色得手執這個區的牛耳, 另一個方向是便宜得成為窮人恩物. 潮成園就是後者, 單項潮式粉麵三十元左右可以交易, 雙拼也只是四十元左右, 吃得飽而又是熱呼呼的粉麵, 真的不能要求太多. 點的是牛腩牛雜河, 兩者配料份量也夠, 內臟沒有發臭, 牛腩肉質有點韌, 河粉沒有糊化, 鹵水並沒有死鹹, 加起來物有所值, 窮人恩物就是這樣已夠.There are many trendy noodle stalls in Yau Tsim Mong. Whether it's fish ball noodles, beef brisket noodles, or beef offal noodles, they are easy to find. However, to impress me, there are two aspects. First, the beef brisket here is exceptionally tender and flavorful, making it stand out in this area. The other aspect is that it's affordable and a blessing for the poor. Chiu Shing Garden is an example of the latter. You can get a serving of trendy noodles for around thirty Hong Kong dollars, and a combination of two types of noodles costs around forty dollars. It's a satisfying and piping hot bowl of noodles, and you really can't ask for much more. I ordered the beef brisket and beef offal hor fun noodles, and both had generous portions of ingredients. The offal didn't have any unpleasant odor, the beef brisket was a bit chewy, the hor fun noodles were not mushy, and the broth was not overly salty. Overall, it was worth the price, and it's a great option for those on a tight budget.

呢間野係少數疫情期間十點後仲會開既食肆食物質素都還可以所以呢兩三年既宵夜都係響度搞掂不過自從疫情後服務質素大減可能同生意好左好多有關例如叫扎肉麵又可以聽左成炸醬麵今次仲可以成個米粉變走左得返靜雲吞唔同叫個麵食都咁難唔會有下次了
