屈咗喺屋企咁耐,終於可以聚一聚!一上佛台,就見到呢間新火鍋。一入去就見到個大backdrop「不是我戒不了酒,而是我戒不了朋友」實在非常到肉!你班友仔!!咁多年嚟都fing唔甩。我哋一行八人,有間VIP房畀我哋坐。環境舒服,仲有塊大玻璃窗睇吓景。酒水都多選擇,囡囡就鍾意個奶蓋芒果沙冰,芒果味濃又多果肉。菠蘿沙冰都好正。佢仲有個豆腐沙冰,下次可以試下。嘢食選擇好多,前菜有象拔蚌刺身,份量算多,爽甜👍🏻 有椒鹽豆腐、腐皮蝦卷,味道一流,當然再多幾嚿會更好😂主菜叫咗幾味,最好食係蕃茄煮烤魚,水煮魚一早試過,但蕃茄湯煮魚小弟都係第一次食,一流!我成日覺得,成班人打邊爐,最重要揀有特色,好似厚福館嘅肥牛同方榮記嘅沙嗲咁,諗起都想食。呢間個蕃茄湯,堅正!個個都but湯,飲到乾底變煎魚😂 好彩有得添湯。落埋響鈴浸湯食,爽!日本和牛食得多,通常得肉眼芯,什至畀啲肩頸腿你算。呢間,塊塊全肉眼上,大過我攤開手掌😂 味道一流,入口即溶。食食吓有三人隊band唱歌,鍾意聽歌嘅出咗房high,我哋幾個繼續飲繼續吹,無催鐘。臨尾免費送一shot菠羅沙冰解膩,好細心。正!

同家姐姨甥女一齊去食,姨甥女所以叫咗豬骨煲再加嘢食打邊爐。超多大大嚿豬骨濃味又好食, 打邊爐嘢食好新鮮特別係雞腎👍👍👍。下次會同啲friend去試吓嗰啲麻辣鍋先得!!

As a keen spicy food enthusiast, visited this new restaurant for lunch while it was on trial. Ordered their Szechuan style boiled beef with rice at $68 which came at lightning speed. It served at the right spiciness. Honestly, it was a good bargain. The waiting staff were very attentive, pleasant and helpful even though I could tell they were also familiarising themselves with the new environment. I'll come again in the evening when the gathering restrictions are lifted to try out other dishes on the menu.
