還未通關, 北上回鄉又要無了期delay, 唯有留港四出發掘特色美食。早排經過美麗華, 得知有間食潮州菜, 酒樓般格局, 今日就同媽咪去食個lunch。餐廳環境裝修很有氣派, 而且卡位坐得舒服入座隨即送上熱辣辣功夫茶, 係傳統潮州人嘅飲食文化之後再送壺熱茶, 多款茶種選擇, 我地就揀左清香菊花茶, 呢度除左可以食潮州菜, 午市更供應港式點心, 當中嘅午市二人餐亦很化算。【午市套餐】HK$188鮮蝦粉腸: 滑滑腸粉皮包住嘅係原隻大蝦, 蝦肉鮮甜彈牙, 配上餐廳自家調製甜豉油, 豉油味道偏淡, 正好襯托主菜嘅味道。鹵水墨魚鹵蛋: 薄切墨魚爽口, 富有原汁原味, 底下墊了鹵水豆腐, 伴上鹵蛋, 鹵水汁令味道更加提升。麵水灼芥蘭: 近莖位置表皮被去除, 食落冇渣, 爽脆清甜 潮州炒河: 炒得很有穫氣, 唔會太油, 夾集蝦、肉絲、韭菜、豆芽, 以XO醬炒成, 微微地辣, 很惹味。另外再點了其中一款點心,鴛鴦水晶包: 熱辣辣上檯, 賣相晶瑩通透, 兩種口味, 分別有豆沙、白蓮蓉。豆沙比白蓮蓉甜少少, 但兩款口味同樣很正!最後再送上功夫茶, 畫上完美句號。 繼續閱讀

今日去尖沙咀 美麗華商場 購物, 見到一間新派裝修嘅酒樓, 滿樂潮州 , 決定一試。一入餐廳已經被 新裝修既氣派所吸引,型格得嚟又相當華麗。由於我們祇有兩人。所以最後選了一個套餐 + 兩個特色點心。上餐時份量相當十足,令我們有點驚訝。一坐低先嚟兩杯功夫茶刺激下味蕾先。飯后同樣會 奉上功夫茶,有置身於潮州嘅感覺。食物方面首先上臺嘅係鮮蝦腸粉, 皮薄餡靚,大蝦鮮甜且彈牙,令人食到相當滿足,配上大廚自家調製的甜豉油,味道可口。灼芥蘭 食得出非常新鮮,脆口又清甜,忍不住口一條接一條地吃。滷水墨魚滷蛋應該算是最正式嘅潮州菜。滷蛋入味, 墨魚夾脆,仲有滑滑滷豆腐鋪底,加上滷水汁提鮮,絶配。潮州炒河以鮮蝦肉絲韭菜豆芽爲基底,鑊氣十足。加上用足料XO醬去炒,更加惹味。另外我們加上兩個點心。潮式灌漿蘿蔔非常特色。與一般酒樓的蘿蔔絲酥類同。但滿樂以薄漿脆炸,咬開一絲絲羅白分明,配以特色黑糖醬,比到我哋另類新口感,味道更是絕配。 最後點了一籠鴛鴦水晶飽以甜品作總結, 清香的白蓮蓉內餡及濃香的豆沙內餡各具特色。水晶外皮雖然晶瑩通透但咬落也十分Q彈,食完真是幸福滿足。 繼續閱讀

今日同朋友行到攰就搵下野食,入到美麗華廣場都有好多餐廳選擇,其間見到滿樂潮州裝修好舒服,就決定試下,雖然都係飲茶食小菜,但有別傳統酒樓,裝修有時代感,坐椅亦坐得舒適。🍵先上四小杯茶水,飲落香醇,酸菜亦好惹味,唔會過酸,調味剛好,好快就清哂。😂🥢鮮蝦菜苗餃 $38粒粒飽滿,蝦肉好爽口,有菜有肉,口感清新。🥢布拉白腸粉 $38一碟看似平凡卻又不凡的布拉腸,爽滑不爛,滑嘟嘟既口感令人一口接一接。🥢五香炸芋絲卷 $60呢款香口既潮汕小食,係坊間好少見,所以我都係第一次食,配上五香醃料再先蒸後炸,外層有腐皮包住,濃濃芋香、好有口感。🥢潮式蘿蔔灌漿 $60呢款亦係潮州傳統小食,因為經油炸非常可口,食落滿滿蘿蔔既甜味。🥢潮州炒麵線 $98上碟時已嗅到香味,非常有鑊氣,食落爽身而不膩, 配上爽口韭菜和銀芽、香口豬肉一齊食非常惹味。好少地方可以食到正宗潮州菜,餐牌款式亦非常之多,而且服務員都好有禮貌,希望有機會試下小菜,晚市再黎食過。 繼續閱讀

今午閒逛尖沙咀竟然嘗了一頓高水平的潮菜,這品牌其他分店都試過,這家是首度亦是滿意的👍🏼😀佈置典雅,員工服務到位,防疫工夫做足桌上更有消毒手液👍🏼選擇頗多有午市套餐,點心和多款小菜,正思量點菜時香濃的工夫茶已奉上👏頭盤是麻醬手撕雞(半隻)份量無欺場, 雞肉嫩滑淋上香麻醬更顯鮮味😋😋👍🏼👍🏼陳皮話梅豬手煲跟上,話梅汁甜酸味啱啱好,煲内豬手爽口有嚼感,比平常柱侯味又有不同感覺😋😋👱‍♂️👍🏼👍🏼主食自製魚蛋粉勁搶分,魚蛋味鮮彈牙,河粉軟硬適中,湯底有魚味,面上更灑上惹味方魚碎粒,全餐我最讚這道😋😋😋👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼太座至愛甜品鴛鴦水晶包皮軟餡靚,结束了這餐高水平潮式午膳👏👏 繼續閱讀
