經典火鍋湯底-滾爺火鍋近期去了一間火鍋店，食返最經典湯底「沙嗲 + 芫荽皮蛋」鴛鴦鍋
沙嗲湯底濃郁香滑，花生底味香氣厚實，用來涮牛肉片或肥牛，油脂與醬香融合，越吃越開胃；而鍋底搭配埋豆腐卜同芽菜更能吃出沙嗲的鮮甜花生香。我哋叫咗個響鈴，吸晒啲湯正😙估唔到呢個湯配皇帝菜都好襯，食出鮮甜☺️芫荽皮蛋湯底裏面有好多芫荽呈清澈帶翠綠的色澤，加入切塊皮蛋後釋出獨特香氣，再配上芫荽的清新氣味，中和了皮蛋的濃烈。呢個湯底配墨魚滑好鮮👍🏻鍾意食芫荽嘅朋友就啱晒啦😌

聽講過呢間火鍋店，今日就同朋友入去試下，入面有好多湯底揀，今次就試左椰子雞煲，佢材料好足，會比我地睇係真係用2個椰子2個椰青煲既雞煲。叫我地等滾完焗一陣就可以飲湯食雞，忍唔住飲左幾配😂 啲雞好滑，入晒味食完雞就可以了打邊爐，我地嗌左墨魚滑，好彈牙，而店員推介牛小排，我地就試下，上到枱面勁靚，唔係急凍再解凍既牛，因為擺左好耐，都仲係鮮紅色，都幾抵食，我地最後係食唔晒。之後仲揀左桂花蚌，碌一陣好快就食得，好爽口。
