每次嚟到滄浪亭,都係掛住佢嘅嫩雞煨麵,所以久唔久都會過嚟吃個麵。上次寫這店食評,原來已經是2018年,早陣子過來吃嫩雞煨麵,水準也保持隱定,這麵多年前已寫過食評,所以今次唔再多講了。今次決定改一改,吃葱油開揚拌麵。葱油開揚拌麵$60~葱頭油炸得香噴噴,端上枱已覺吸引,蝦米也有相當有份量,先撈勻整個麵團先⋯⋯麵質爽彈,煮得剛剛好,甘香味美,散發出陣陣嘅豬油香氣,今次捨棄嫩雞煨麵,估唔到有意外驚喜!但吃完整碗麵後,發現碗底仍有淨很多葱油,所以油嘅比例略嫌重手咗少少,唔怕肥膩的朋友,久不久邪惡一下,未常不可。糖醋骨$54~餐牌上寫著小食,雖然碟仔細細,但無論價錢和份量都算可作主食,熱騰騰,小心燙咀,炸得脆口,唯獨是筆者略嫌汁太多,醋味太濃。整體來說一個人到來的好選擇,份量足,好味夠飽肚。每每到來美孚,都會被吸引著,俘虜筆者,必有原因。

🐑菜肉雲吞麵,先講個湯,係而家出面好少見到、小時候成日食到、好舊式嗰款豉油色嘅湯底,好令人懷念啊🥹,食到咁上下加啲醋同豆瓣醬落湯一齊食,更加美味。個幼麵淥得啱啱好,唔會糊口一Pat Pat,十分爽身,時間掌握合宜。雲吞4粒大大粒,係好家庭式嘅味道。🐑嫩雞煨麵,雞湯呈白色,好濃郁,帶有點點奶香,可能加咗忌廉奶或鮮奶,令到個麵變得有少許西化,同坊間其他嫩雞煨麵嘅口味有所不同,有記憶點,而且好好味。🐑炸大排炸得金金黃黃,炸衣加咗少少南乳,增香又增色,十分酥脆可口。🐑肉絲春卷,我從來冇食過有爆漿效果嘅春卷,呢個真係一絕,敬告大家,小心焫親🤭。🐑香片茶,食店奉送嘅清茶嚟講,佢都算有誠意,用一個裝有茶葉嘅大茶壺沖水,我相信佢壺內嘅茶葉都唔少,因為飲落都幾係有茶香同甘味,難得難得。

今天到訪饒宗頤文化館,逛完往附近找到間上海館,6:40pm已有人在排隊中和等外賣🤣,這間小店舖只有4張4人枱,等待10分鐘後便安排入座。💥大排湯麵~大排軟淋,麵硬度適中,湯清甜。💥嫰雞煨麵~多人推介,果然名不虚傳😋。>>>雞肉軟入味,青菜又多,煨麵超多又不會過淋,奶白色的湯底,鲜味香甜滑👍。

i’ve been seeing this place all over reels and finally got to check it out. their stewed tender chicken noodle soup is everything! the broth was incredibly creamy and flavourful, perfectly complementing the chicken pieces. despite the generous portion, it was so yumz that i finished it all. plus, it’s rlly affordableeeon the downside, the pork ribs were a bit hard to chewthis resto has been ard for almost 30yrs so u know they’re doing sth right just be ready to wait in line- its totally worth it thoughin our tums- 🐥stewed tender chicken noodle soup嫩雞煨麵🥓deep fried pork ribs w noodles大排麵🍜scallion oil noodlesprice: $50-100 pp rating: 9/10revisit? yesss
