今次約朋友,相約在西環還以為來到西區食飯會比較少人估唔到同樣滿座,呢度打邊爐食材新鮮湯底鮮濃,食材質素佳,服務好湯底濃到幾乎不用沾醬汁伴食美國安格斯肥牛$216一份烏冬一份 $42(2件)蔬菜食材可以半份半份咁落單唔怕食唔曬!都係16蚊份白蘿蔔片甜粟米,鮮蝦雲吞,湯底每位38,另收茶位醬料20埋位先上一碗糖水,清潤一下味覺自助落單,用電話掃瞄QR CODE一目了然,可以睇返自己食過咩食材平均一位大約200-300蚊左右啦番茄濃湯加大骨滋補湯非常足料放滿金姑番茄片,連湯底都係啖啖番茄酸香配埋肉類食味道最夾大骨滋補湯,偏濃,放了粟米,紅蘿蔔等食材美國安格斯肥牛一份非常足料,估計最少有200克,切片不會切得太薄身,肉質細緻嫩滑我有個特別食法,係牛肉放碗中加熱湯燙熟咁樣食法,牛肉係最嫩滑,不會過熟特別甘香灼幾灼就食得雲吞有八粒一份,細隻左D,但係味道唔錯肉餡偏少,唔夠飽滿,蝦肉偏細隻唔夠爽口仲有配埋件即棄式圍裙比你用唔會彈到全身都係火鍋湯食火鍋我傾向食湯底偏濃夠味唔洗另外有加太多醬料簡單加少許麻油,蔥花已經夠曬香氣最後加碗紅糖冰粉完美作結,冰粉有大量提子乾,果仁碎冰粉物如其名,非常通透,透心涼黑色既係黑糖汁,略為甜少少,整體好食渝味曉宇重慶老火鍋 Xiao Yu Hotpot Restaurant 繼續閱讀

位於西環尾的渝味曉宇是我去過最舒適的火鍋館,座位寬闊之餘通風又做得好,不怕打完邊爐一身邊爐味。這裡以重慶麻辣湯底作招萊,但不套好辣的我每次都會選擇較清淡的湯底。這裡的特點是每項餸都可以點半份,分量剛剛好,適合情侶二人來撐腳。這次選了大骨湯和雜菌湯。豬骨湯採用了大豬骨熬製而成,湯底呈奶白色,合豐富骨膠原和蛋白質。菇菌湯底亦十分養生滋補。季節限定的鮮活海蟶($39)蟶子水滾5分鐘左右就食得,味道鮮甜而且清洗得乾淨,吃著不會有沙。曉宇嫩牛肉($42)肉質非常嫩滑,個人覺得比手切肥牛更美味,是我每次來的必點之一。手打蝦滑($45) 用新鮮蝦肉打成膠狀,吃著十分爽口彈牙。鮮蝦雲吞($30) 及韭菜水餃($30)鮮蝦爽口彈牙很新鮮,餡料還有瘦豬肉,如果加多一點肥豬肉會更香濃;水餃皮偏厚,咬下有少許肉汁。熟鵪鶉蛋($22) 雖然高膽固醇,是十分邪惡的美食,但偶爾放肆一下還是需要的。萵筍條($18)及唐生菜($18)萵筍頭切要滾多一會兒才熟,更喜歡之前設成薄片堆砌成一朵玫瑰花的擺盤。鮮竹笙($30)吸收了湯的精華,不用沾醬油吃已很夠味。 繼續閱讀

見聽晚係母親節,於是就早一晚帶媽媽食好啲,去咗打邊爐🍲。媽媽話佢好耐無打過邊爐喇,所以都相當期待。我哋六點半鐘去到,餐廳已經有幾枱客食緊,去到七點幾、八點直頭要等位添!我前幾日Book定西環店食,都係因為佢仲有位,其他分店已經Full了👏。餐廳採用QR code落單,因此無實體Menu。 首先,醬料/茶位費每人$20,每枱枱面均放有豉油同醋等醬料,唔使行嚟行去拎,方便👍。還未上菜前,店員已為我哋送上暖胃嘅紅棗雪耳糖水😊,不過我硬係覺得佢係飯後食嘅,哈哈。另外,店員亦有不斷為我哋添茶🍵。湯底方面,我哋要咗鴛鴦麻辣鍋($38/位, 按人頭計算):🍅蕃茄湯拼🌶小麻小辣大紅鍋。呀媽話一場嚟到,要試下辣,不過依個辣鍋對我來說有啲過火,所以我都係食返蕃茄湯算。依個蕃茄湯勁濃勁正🤤,我飲咗勁多,入面仲有唔少金菇。至於餸料方面,餐廳絕大部份項目都有得揀半份或者全份。我哋兩個人食,所以全部都嗌咗半份,份量啱啱好😍,又可以食多幾款。重慶炸酥肉($32),我之前食福建菜好似食過...,而呢到嘅出品比較特別,因為落咗唔少花椒,所以食落麻麻的,幾得意😜。剛剛炸起嘅時候,酥肉外皮超脆,建議要襯熱食。鮮活海蟶($39),🐚呢個係四月至八月嘅季節限定,半份有6隻,食落都幾新鮮,而且夠肥美。鮮鵝腸($62),呢個係孝禹十味嘅其中之一。我從來未食過鵝腸😅,今日第一次食,味道都OK。不過淥完縮到勁細,好似仲細過手指尾;叫全份個擺碟就靚啲。手打蝦滑(灰色)($46)&手打墨魚滑(白)($46),兩款手打海鮮滑都好鬼好食,口感非常彈牙,真材實料,食到蝦肉🦐同墨魚粒🦑。黑豚腩肉($42)&麻辣牛肉($42),兩款肉都係各有四片,如果對食肉獸嚟講,就可能爭啲🙈。黑豚腩肉🐷味道正正常常。但個麻辣牛肉🐮就同我想像中好唔同。我以為係塊肉醃咗麻辣味,點知原來係用上大量辣椒同花椒等將佢封印住...,我唔太鍾意咁多籽黏住,同較辣。功夫萵荀片($22),依樣係賣飛佛😋,造型好精美,加上廚師將萵荀片到薄薄一片,食落口感更爽,正!打邊爐一定要食啊。現炸豆皮($32)&曉宇苕粉($29),前者即係平日食開嘅紅薯粉,但呢到嘅形態係長長直直厚厚呈條狀,食落煙煙韌韌,唔錯。至於炸豆皮,有三大塊,脆脆的,適合索湯🥢。自製洛神花茶(紅)($18/杯)&自製羅漢果茶(黑)($18/杯),兩杯味道都夠哂濃郁,完全無溝淡到。打邊爐飲好似幾啱消滯、止渴🥤。如果可以任飲就好...。總括嚟講,依餐久違嘅火鍋晚餐都幾好。我除咗超欣賞佢個蕃茄湯之外,食物可以只嗌半份嘅安排亦相當貼心😆。餐廳定價整體屬中上水平,但湯底同醬料費算收得平,係肉類就較貴。至於餐廳環境同服務都好好,店員友善勤力;環境光猛乾淨,抽風系統強勁,食完個身都無味。 繼續閱讀

媽媽話想試屋企附近的重慶火鍋,既然細佬今晚要加班,我們兩個人就去吃個火鍋!火鍋店都幾大,坐得很舒適!這裏的火鍋湯底費事按人頭計的,$38一位。可以選擇鴛鴦鍋,都有很多選擇,這裏下單是用QR code!本身這裏最出名是麻辣湯底,但是我跟媽都有少少熱氣,今次就選了皮蛋芫茜湯和大骨滋補湯,芫茜下下火。這裏的火鍋材料,全部都有半分可以選擇,我們兩個人來吃都不用擔心材料太大碟!點了這裏的招牌火鍋材料。分別是槄田毛肚和嫩牛肉!毛肚大約淥十幾秒就可以了,口感非常之爽脆!必點嫩牛肉,新鮮牛肉非常嫩滑,而且要鮮味又有口感!瘦而不柴,多吃也不會有膩感!鮮蝦雲吞裡面啖啖蝦肉,鮮甜爽口,雲吞皮薄!我覺得萵筍好適合打邊爐,因為放湯的時間久了也不會影響口感,咬下去的口感就是清爽多汁!手打三寶丸有牛丸、蝦丸和墨丸,新鮮手打,全部都好彈牙!想不到有鮮魚膘,很喜歡這種充滿膠質同時間又爽口的口感,很新鮮,一點都不會腥!雖然鴨血是麻辣火鍋的最佳拍檔,下這樣的清湯底也不錯呀,加醬油麻油也很好吃!手打蝦滑加上蟹子,爽口彈牙到不得了!油條脆卜卜,放湯2,3秒就食得! 繼續閱讀

Having been to their CWB and Wan Chai branches a few times, this time we were attracted by their lunch noodle sets when we saw this promotion at this Sai Wan branch which were so economical! There were 7 different noodle sets at just $58, without additional service charge or tea surcharge, which included an appetiser and a drink. You could also top up to 7 different toppings at just $15 each. Quite a good deal right? There was also the flexibility to ask for different levels of spiciness. This time we were asked to place our orders by scanning the QR code.曉宇拌麵 at $58 加配手打牛肉滑 at $15We ordered a 曉宇拌麵加配手打牛肉滑. The noodles were white and should be free of eggs. They were served warm. They were not those thin or al dente type but were actually quite soft. We asked for no spiciness so that the accompanying sauce was basically just sour with garlic mash. Yet the sauce made the whole bowl taste very appetising after mixing with the noodles. The original toppings included 牛肚絲,午餐肉,炸扁肉,青瓜絲and some deep fried peas. These toppings were quite good to add texture to the bowl as the 午餐肉,炸扁肉 and peas were so crispy after being deep fried. Yet the greasiness was toned down a bit by the shredded cucumber slices and the 牛肚絲. The 炸扁肉 were like mini deep-fried wonton - super cute. At just $15, we got two 手打牛肉滑 which were reasonably good.三小碟 included in set The 三小碟 included in the set was quite fresh and slightly spicy - namely 4 small pieces of 雲耳, 1 small pickled spicy chicken feet cut into two halves and some pickled radish and carrots, each accompanied by a green chili. 羅漢果茶 included in setFor drink, we chose 羅漢果茶 amongst 洛神花茶 and coke. It was clear and very natural that it seemed totally free of artificial sugar. It was served cold and was good to wash down spicy food.Eventually we just ordered one noodle set because we couldn’t help not ordering their hotpot given the free broth during lunch!紅棗雪耳糖水As usual, 紅棗雪耳糖水 was served to us. There were loads of 雪耳! Yummy!皮蛋香菜鍋&山珍菌湯鍋Just in case our throats might get burnt, we stuck to non-spicy broth. We chose 山珍菌湯鍋&皮蛋香菜鍋. 皮蛋香菜鍋 smelt so good of fresh coriander. The preserved egg was so fresh and of so high quality that the egg black was chewy and the egg yolk was so intact and thick. The 山珍菌湯鍋 had loads of very fresh mushrooms, including 秀珍菇,猴頭菇,冬菇and茶樹菇. 真材實料!This time we ordered 8 items to share. Among their 10 signatures, we ordered 桂花蚌, 鮮鵝腸, 鴨血 and 手打蝦滑.桂花蚌(半份) at $66+10%Very fresh and crispy. 手打蝦滑(半份) at $46+10%This was 1 of our favourites. Super fresh and crispy with roes on top.鴨血(半份) at $42+10%This was also 1 of our favourites. Super fresh and crispy without any nasty flavour of blood.鮮鵝腸(半份) at $62+10%鮮鵝腸 was our first attempt this time. They were very neat and tidy and were super crispy after cooking.In addition to their 10 signature items, the following food items were also nice.鮮龍躉片(半份) at $72+10%They were very fresh and crispy. The skin was thick and crispy too with a layer of fat between the skin and the meat. Although there were a few small bones, it was absolutely fine to us. We decided that next time we should order this again.曉宇嫩牛肉(半份) at $42+10%This was also 1 of our favourites. So tender and rich in beef flavour.紐西蘭精品羊肉卷(半份) at $56+10%Quite tender and delicious! Even eating it on its own without any seasoning was great! No nasty flavour of lamb at all.手打墨魚滑(半份) at $46+10%Fresh and crispy again with some roes on top, although I personally liked the 手打蝦滑 more.Service was very efficient and attentive that we didn’t have to wait long for our orders and the finished plates were collected very soon. Seating was very comfortable and we could occupy 4-person private cart seats on our own. Hygiene was good with disposable apron provided to everyone and your glass and bowl being sterilised by boiling water before being brought to you.
