記得係大陸去過一間叫祿鼎記既餐廳食酸菜魚…好好味…咁啱早排朋友同我講話香港都有間叫淥鼎記…火鍋放題形式…仲話野食唔錯…可能個名既關系…引到我同班朋友黎試下到步見到門口有對舞獅頭…幾特別…入到去見到都好多人食緊野…估計野食應該唔錯同班朋友坐低後…有ABC餐揀…主要係海鮮種類多少…而C餐就多左個刺身拼盤同牛小排!最後大家話食豪D就揀左C餐之後店員詳細解釋成個流程…首先食餐前小食…再食刺身…之後就雞煲或者酸菜魚二選一…之後再揀鍋底打邊爐…中庭位置仲有其他自取火鍋配料同飲品…聽到都知多野食話咁快就有餐前小食…我地有鮑汁扣雞腳…泡椒雞翼尖同埋鹽酥雞…唔好諗住放題既小食會好求其…3樣都好好味…雞腳炆到入哂味…個汁好香濃…雞腳一妹就搞掂😍…泡椒雞翼尖…帶微辣(如果再辣d仲惹味)…皮脆…鹽酥雞即炸…熱辣辣…好味食完小食就到食刺身…有三文魚…蝦…帶子…鮑魚…仲有一款白魚(唔記得問乜魚…)…一睇個樣就知新鮮…尤其款白魚…覺得好似擦左少少黑松露咁好鬼香…可惜個餐只包一盤…唔係實encore食完刺身…店員過黎問想食雞煲定酸菜魚…見好多放題都無酸菜魚揀…加上店員話酸菜魚好味…咁就試下佢啦…盤酸菜魚到時真係嘩一聲…好鬼大盤同好靚…個格局成個太二酸菜魚咁…第一時間飲啖湯…個湯好好飲…酸辣啱啱好(其實辣d仲正)…湯夠熱要讚…再試下舊魚…好有魚味同好嫩滑…最緊要係無骨啖啖肉…配料仲有萵筍…蓮藕片…粉條(透明)好鬼煙韌…八卦問下…用左鱸魚…用料一d都唔孤寒…佢既酸菜魚比出面好多川菜館做得好…食完魚就到打邊爐…好多款湯底揀…原先想揀麻辣下…不過見試左酸菜魚…就揀個唔辣既湯底…最後就揀左個花膠美人鍋…個鍋好多花膠…可以補充骨膠原…跟手上埋個C餐先有既牛小排…一望就知唔錯…油脂分佈均衡…即刻淥塊試下…個個都話好香牛肉味…有質感又唔會韌…見到金牌墨魚滑同蝦滑又點黎試下…兩隻都好味…雖然未到好彈牙…不過好有蝦味同墨魚味…墨魚滑仲食到少少墨魚粒👍👍…跟住仲有個海鮮拼盤…有蟹…有海蝦…有鮑魚(仲識郁)…象拔仔…同蜆…呢隻蜆真係好鮮甜…之後出去攞多少少火鍋配料就已經好飽了…自取既火鍋配料就正正常常…不過都幾多選擇我就已經飽到連甜品都食唔落…不過朋友話個牛奶布甸都唔錯…呢度無論食物質素…選擇…就算連服務都好好…店員都好細心…如果大家鍾意食火鍋放題同酸菜魚…真係可以黎呢度試下 繼續閱讀

Got something to do in Kwun Tong and decided to bring takeaways home to eat with my family. As the weather had turned a bit cooler, I wanted to get something spicy so made up my mind to try out this 淥鼎記!I picked their signature 招牌淥鼎記酸菜魚 and 惹味重慶麻辣雞煲. I was so surprised that there were two big bowls and portion was so big because the menu said for 1 to 2 persons only. They were nicely packed in two big plastic containers wrapped by plastic sheets. Good hygiene and safety for delivery.招牌淥鼎記酸菜魚 at $188As you could see, there were so many pieces of fish fillets. The fish fillets were super super tender! Although there were occasionally some small bones, most fish fillets didn’t have any bones. They even left a whole fish head for us. Other ingredients included quite a lot of pickled veggies, some lotus root slices which were so crispy and fresh, some 芽菜 and some flat transparent 粉皮 at the bottom. The flat transparent 粉皮 were super super chewy yet smooth! As you can see, there were a lot of chili and white sesame and probably some 菊花 petals. We asked for 小辣 and it was quite 麻 and 辣 to me. Great for winter! Portion wise I think it was good for probably 3 to 4 people. 惹味重慶麻辣雞煲 at $138Likewise, portion was big. There were probably around 20 pieces of chicken and all were from drumsticks or thighs so they were very tender. The skin was still there for most of the chicken meat. In addition to lots of chili, they added some onion slices, loads of garlic, some spring onion and coriander. We also asked for 小辣 and this one was less 麻 and 辣 than the fish. The sauce was really quite appetising and delicious and it was good to eat with plain boiled veggies or plain rice. We were quite impressed that the quality of takeaway 酸菜魚 could be this high. 食酸菜魚的癮起,其中一位同行朋友試過外賣淥鼎記的酸菜魚並大讚好食,於是我和另外兩位朋友就跟她一起來這裡試試book了6:30pm,沒有時限,可以直落到11pm的閉店時間。大概7pm後才愈來愈多食客,全場爆滿!星期五六日及假期貴$10,每位$338,就可享「淥鼎記御膳火鍋十二宮」套餐。入座後,可先點選前菜,任食的,有6款選擇。我們試了其中4款,泡椒雞翼尖﹑台式鹽酥雞﹑香醋鮮雲耳及胡麻醬秋葵。鹽酥雞香脆不油膩,秋葵脆嫩不會老,雞翼尖的辣味較單調,個人覺得雲耳的醋酸味有點怪,但朋友就覺得ok!吃完一round前菜,店員就送上刺身拼盤,有赤蝦﹑帶子﹑三文魚﹑螺片及鯛魚。刺身只有這一盤是free的,隨後要加錢才可追加啊!三文魚厚身又肥美豐腴,赤蝦大隻爽口又鮮甜,帶子嫩滑味甜,鯛魚清甜,每人都只是分到1隻/1片。螺片的份量最多,質感不韌,容易咬!刺身過後,就要2選1,重慶麻辣雞煲或老壇酸菜魚。我們因著酸菜魚而來,當然毫不猶豫的要酸菜魚!!沒有辣度選擇~酸菜魚一上桌,大家都驚訝的覺得好大盤啊用料好豐富!!先試一口湯,湯底味道偏酸。配料有魚片﹑酸菜﹑芽菜﹑萵筍﹑蓮藕及寬粉。魚片份量多,魚肉又厚身,質感嫩滑得來又不易散,好有咬口!其他配料也不錯,寬粉大片,份量多,質感爽滑。萵筍及蓮藕又夠爽脆~~辣度不算很高,但麻的程度幾厲害,酸辣加上麻,食到嘴唇都震,好過癮一大盤的酸菜魚,令我們4個女生都幾乎有8成飽!緊接下來還有火鍋!有5款火鍋湯底可選,才剛吃完酸菜魚,就不選辣的湯底了~來個滋養一點的花膠美人鍋~~店員送來一客海鮮拼盤及一份美國Prime穀飼雪花牛小排,同樣的,這兩款食品都自此一round,可再付費追加。海鮮拼盤有蝦﹑扇貝﹑刀貝﹑鮑魚及蜆。所有貝類都夠新鮮爽口又甜稍稍嫌蝦的肉質不夠爽口彈牙而已!牛小排的份量都幾多,肉味香濃,質感滑得來又有嚼勁!最後就是自取火鍋配料的時間,由於食完海鮮都有8~9成飽,我們都沒再追加其他肉食了。雖然宣傳海報上寫有50多種火鍋配料,但實質好像沒看到有那麼多啊!較為推介的火鍋配料是wasabi貢丸,原粒吃,wasabi的味略為嗆鼻,幾有趣!炸魚皮夠大塊又脆身~第一次試豬血糕,口感幾有趣,中間夾著一些糯米的,味道則沒什麼特別。最後就是吃淥了好久的花膠,大大片又夠稔身,吸盡了湯汁,很好吃!!與其他火鍋店有少少不同之處的是,淥鼎記的飲品雪櫃,有一半是放了大膠杯裝的竹蔗茅根~~味道清而不會太甜,確定感覺幾健康啊!總括而言,淥鼎記的食品質素,不論是刺身﹑酸菜魚或火鍋配料及湯底都很好吃,連加一服務費,每人約$370就吃到超飽肚了!!座位舒適,抽風系統也不錯!! 繼續閱讀

本身諗住同個朋友食任食火鍋,點知我放工坐巴士又暈車浪,搞到冇晒胃口☹️。不過既然都出到嚟,我又唔想掃朋友興,所以照食啦。我哋八點鐘去到「淥鼎記」,店員好快安排我哋入座。環境唔錯,冷氣充足,而且枱與枱之間相隔有一定距離,客人食得安心。任食火鍋的話,餐廳都有OK大嘅自助位拎嘢食👍。去到先知原來餐廳唔止得任食,都有得單點,咁就實在太好了,因為我今晚真係冇辦法食太多😭,而朋友亦都滿足到佢想食雞煲嘅願望。單點就主要食雞煲或者酸菜魚。餐廳採用QR Code落單,但店員們都樂意協助😊。重慶麻辣雞煲($138/細),🐔雞煲有得揀辣度同埋大小。我哋兩條友就梗係揀個細雞煲啦,其實份量都幾多,起碼有半隻雞,而且雞肉大大件,唔係一味噒骨🐓。雞煲一上枱嘅時候大致上已經熟透,放低焗幾分鐘主要將啲配料熬出個味來,例如芫荽同洋蔥等。等嘅過程當中,我由冇乜胃口變到開始有啲肚餓,因為浸麻辣味好香🤤。麻辣度我哋揀選咗小辣,只要唔咬開辣椒,完全係我可接受嘅範圍👌,嫩滑嘅雞肉索上麻辣汁真係好好食呢!最後我哋食晒全部雞,剩番低啲配料,食到底更加可見到個麻辣底好足料,用上大量🌶辣椒、蒜頭、洋蔥、花椒、八角等去煮,難怪佢咁惹味啦。題外話,餐廳用上電子爐,感覺安全,而且🍲雞煲個煲柄用木製,唔怕燙到🙏🏻。飲品方面,我哋喺App見到🐻熊仔奶茶超可愛,而且只係賣$20,所以一人整返一杯。奶茶份量都幾多,凍奶茶同奶茶熊仔冰分開上,所以實在啱晒貪玩嘅我🙈。我可以幫熊仔淋浴,哈哈。你睇吓其中一隻熊仔浸親遇溺好慘慘豬啊😍。講返杯奶茶嘅味道,幾好飲同幾滑,唔算太甜。總括嚟講,雖然呢日只係食得好少嘢,但雞煲同奶茶質素都唔錯,有機會我會想返嚟試下佢嘅任食火鍋。雞煲來講,佢算好好食😋,而且亦都唔貴,如果可以跟埋薯粉索汁就無敵。 繼續閱讀

今日嚟 apm 隔離嘅壹亞太中心食晚餐 , 地點好方便 😎😎我地 book 左 120 分鐘嘅惹味火鍋日題 B 餐 ($208 / 位) 坐低冇耐 , 我哋即刻去攞嘢飲先 ~ 飲品選擇中規中矩 , 有自家製嘅竹蔗茅根同埋竹蔗茅根馬蹄 😎😎 呢度提供樽裝水 , 非常貼心 ~竹蔗茅根酸菜魚好香呀 ~~ 魚片份量合理 , 非常嫩滑 , 正 !! 👍👍 魚片有少量魚骨 , 食嘅時候要小心 d ~~ 酸辣味道同樣突出 , 都幾辣㗎 😂😂 , 食開譚仔 10 小辣嘅我食到最尾有少少吃力 , 配料多元化 , 有我最鍾意嘅寬麵 , 青瓜 , 豆卜 , 萵筍 , 原來萵筍配酸菜魚湯好好味 😋😋食完之後就可以正式打邊爐啦 !!! 我哋揀咗花膠美人鍋 , 個鍋非常有中國特色 !! 好足料 , 花膠有 5 - 6 大片 , 大大粒紅棗同杞子好似唔使錢咁 🤣🤣 個湯幾清甜 , 唔會蓋過食物嘅原味道 , 又為食物帶嚟鮮甜味 , 唔錯唔錯 !!牛嘅質素有圖有真相啦 🤗 個人比較推介呢度嘅羊肉片 , 幾高質 !我地 2 個人嘅海鮮拼盤有 4 隻蝦 , 4 隻花甲同 2 隻大蜆 , 蝦鮮甜 , 大蜆飽滿多汁又無沙 ! 鍾意食海鮮 , 仲可以任叫韓國生蠔 (熟食) 同金牌墨魚滑 , 其他食物就喺自助區拎 , 食物種類都唔錯 , 有好多款水餃同雲吞 , 仲有我最愛嘅炸魚皮 , 山根同響鈴 !!入到嚟見到好多食客點 $328 無限時放題 😲😲 !! 見到佢地枱面嘅食物性價比非常高 😳😳下次嚟一定要食呢個餐 🤑🤑 ! 整體嚟講 , 食店座位間闊落 , 店員快手 , 食物質素同價錢成正比 , 酸菜魚幾有驚喜 🤤🤤 , 出面食個酸菜魚都 $200 , 呢度有得食 , 仲可以食埋邊爐放題 , 抵呀 ~~ 溫馨提示 , 黎呢度食飯記住 book 位呀 😉😉 ~~ 繼續閱讀
