去食海鮮, 好快諗到去流浮山, 雖然香港好多地方都出名食海鮮, 但始終係元朗人, 冇理由有近唔去而走去遠嘛? 決定咗去邊區, 都要選擇邊間, 食海鮮最怕比人劏, 咁當然第一時間周圍問人邊間好, 呢間係有2票勝出, 話係平靚正之選~雖然過咗母親節, 但呢日都仲係公假, 所以都係早食有着數, 所以book咗6點, 但原來我地都唔算早, 我地去到見到隔離枱已經差不多食完, 可能5點已經開始食早飯~入到去坐低, 淨係比咗茶我地, 但冇比餐牌, 只係好似大牌檔咁, 淨係响牆上面有十幾款推介菜式, 之後問返門口個叔叔, 佢話陣間會有人嚟招呼, 叫我坐低等就得架喇~ 我真係大鄉里, 人地咁好服務, 只係一時太多人一齊入座, 未招呼得切啫~過咗幾分鐘, 估計應該係老闆娘埋嚟招呼我地, 問我地想食乜, 當我地每講一樣海鮮, 佢就會介紹咩size咩來源, 到我地決定咗之後, 就會推介可以點煮, 仲幫我地預埋份量, 唔會話夾硬嚟, 或者老屈你, 非常老實~ 仲話送個魚湯比我地飲添~ 魚湯由於太急開餐, 完全冇諗到要相機食先~ 雖然話係送, 而且都知係用d魚毛或者頭頭尾尾煲成, 但都好濃味, 夠哂足料, 有魚肉同白菜仔, 不過要小心魚骨, 要慢慢飲, 食魚肉要慢慢食~ 酥炸生蠔雖然唔係大大隻, 但反而細細粒仲冇咁濟, 仲有一打咁多, 可以一人分到兩粒~個皮好脆, 但又唔會太厚, 最勁就係你唔覺佢油淋淋, 所以完全唔會食濟~ 乾煎蝦碌好似有7-8隻, 隻隻大大隻, 乾煎得好香, 又唔會令到D肉好乾, 依然好juicy, 啖啖肉, 爽口彈牙又多汁~ 上湯龍蝦伊麵底老闆娘介紹我地食本地龍蝦, 雖然唔係咁大隻, 但起碼唔會好似澳龍咁得個頭, 又貴又冇肉食~ 果然係一個唔錯的介紹, 一人半隻開邊, 真係啖啖肉, 又爽又彈牙, 起碼唔會頭大過身, 一人半隻都好滿足, 而且比起澳龍平好多好多, 就算一人一隻本地, 都比叫一隻澳龍抵, 又平又有肉~伊麵唔會煮到一pet pet, 個芡看似好杰, 但原來又唔算, 雖然話係上湯, 但依然有少少芝士味, 唔會好膩~ 椒鹽瀨尿蝦老闆娘話中size低食d, 話大size只係大1", 已經貴好多, 既然佢介紹平d的中size, 咁梗係信佢抵食過大size啦~ 瀨尿蝦只係椒鹽最好食, 根本唔駛講都一定係咁煮~ 椒鹽味剛好, 唔會太鹹, d蝦腳基本上都可以食埋, 好食到差連手指都食埋~ 炆斑頭腩呢個係推介, 不過又真係值得推介, 腩肉外表有薄薄一層炸到脆的粉漿, 肉質依然保持嫩滑, 就算凍咗都唔覺得腥, 味道又唔會好濃, 更加唔油膩~ 蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝當然新鮮又大隻, 不過唔係好夠粉絲, 通常呢味都係配菜粉絲較出色, 豉油亦要調味調到剛好, 不能太鹹或太甜, 呢度盡對做到~ 薑蔥炒蟹唯一最失望係呢味, 雖然老闆娘介紹奄仔蟹, 但家人要肉蟹, 不過點都估唔到隻肉蟹細隻成咁, 兩隻炒埋都唔係好多, 頭先沿路行入嚟, 都見人地檔d肉蟹好鬼大隻, 同埋味道偏鹹咗少少~ 炒菜基本上每枱都會要你叫返碟菜食下, 而且佢都唔會問你要咩菜, 我估佢只係入一種最方法處理的唐生菜, 不過碟菜就油令令, 唔知佢係咪油浸唐生菜, 因為淨係問我地要唔要菜, 基本上係冇問點煮, 而且我見廚房出嚟碟碟都係油泡唐生菜囉~ 甜橙每枱基本上都會送一碟, 碟橙係完美句號, 因為真係好甜, 差d想問佢可唔可以送多一碟, 不過唔會咁肉酸囉~下次嚟流浮山食嘢我識路, 唔駛再問人, 難得遇到一間又老實, 價錢又公道, 味道唔錯的酒家, 當然會記住啦~同埋呢度睇佢都知係行實力路線, 所有上菜都唔靠外表, 完全冇修飾冇伴碟, 好似屋企餸咁~ 繼續閱讀

食海鮮梗係去流浮山 一般來說食海鮮只要材料夠新鮮點整都好味, 不過今次去到流浮山海景酒家畀到我另一種睇法, 佢哋將新鮮嘅海鮮再推到另一個更深嘅層次 每種海鮮佢都有佢哋自己嘅煮法今次我哋一行十人先飲一個魚湯, 奶白色魚湯十分鮮甜, 跟住就嚟一個白灼海中蝦, 呢味冇乜難度, 跟住嘅驚喜 我哋買咗條大海班入去一班兩味炒球同埋炆骨 兩種食法 炒班球配上爽口嘅西芹簡直絕配 跟住一隻大龍蝦配上伊麵 食到連碟都舐埋 之後每人一隻薑蔥蒸鮑魚 不得不提就係佢哋嘅黃金蠔 燒嘅時候恰到好處再配上陣陣嘅蜜糖香味真係齒頰留香 繼續閱讀

流浮山以養蠔同埋食海鮮聞名,難得有時間入去行下,之後就緊係要食埋海鮮啦時間尚早,睇埋個Magic Moment 之後,再行返去長巷嗰邊搵食。長巷沿路兩旁唔係海味舖,就係賣海鮮檔又或者海鮮酒家,基本上都係海鮮啦選擇太多嘅時候真係花多眼亂,今次揀尼度係因為之前試過覺得唔錯!不過尼度唔會有menu,可以參考下牆上貼住嘅推介,又或者問下樓面嘅呀姨有乜好介紹!每次點完餐都會送上魚湯,湯頭奶白色,不過今次個味道就淡左啲!海鮮出場:先嚟個蒜蓉蒸扇貝,大大隻,蒸得剛好,粉絲吸左啲鮮味,好鬼正油鹽水炒花甲淸蒸鮑魚刀义享用,好味!上湯大蝦伊麵,蝦肉鮮甜,個汁好濃,配埋個伊麵真係非常完美均衡飲食又點可以少左尼碟正菜!值得一提,尼度因為無菜單,自然就唔清楚價錢,海鮮基本上都係海鮮價,有需要的話,應該要問清楚之後再落單! 繼續閱讀

去到浮流山,當然係食海鮮啦!第二次同屋企人黎食海景,上次係午飯,呢次就晚飯。兩次啲海鮮都新鮮,而且煮得好有鑊氣。叫左幾樣:大班兩味、蒸飽魚、蒜蓉蒸龍蝦、蒜蓉蒸扇貝、豉椒炒蟶子、薑蔥蟹。個人覺得龍蝦,蟶子最好食 繼續閱讀

A friend visiting town and decided to experience a part of Hong Kong where tourist don’t go often enough. I’ve been going to this place with my family for over 10yrs now but this is the first time I critically evaluate my experience.We didn’t pick our seafood in the Main Street but instead asked the restaurant for their recommendations for the best value. We ended up having soy sauce prawns, razor clamps, steamed scallops, steamed abalone, honey glazed oysters, stir fried fish fillet, vegetables and special fried rice.The food were freshly prepared with good “wok hei” that people want in Cantonese cuisine but I wouldn’t say it was first class. The scallops were over cooked and the clamps were too salty. Plating is as simple as it can get but nothing to complain about. The owner was honest not to give us too much though. The fruit they gave us at the end of the meal has been there forever. Service is effectively did not exist but the staff were clearly trying their best. We also had to wait for a bit even though we had a booking. It is a fishing village in the old days and you can still tell you’re dining at a fishing village.To be honest I’d probably go back because it has been my “seafood spot” for years. I’d probably continue to bring my friends visiting there because i know I wouldn’t overpay there. Would I bring a local friend who has his own seafood spot?
