觀塘熟食市場「海悠」非常幾人氣,日日午市晚市超爆場,相信好多朋友都食過,本來由三個舖位而家擴充到七個,遲啲唔知會唔會成層都係佢,已經食過好幾次,最愛當然係佢嘅炸子雞,最近腦細仲推出咗超特價海鮮,超巨型開邊龍蝦只係由 $68 起一隻,其他地方真係用呢個價錢絕對食唔到咁高質素,咁抵食我相信又會引起一輪排隊熱潮👍👍今日同朋友嚟食晚飯,除咗一早訂咗炸子雞之外,就來一場龍蝦、瀨尿蝦大放題,仲有發掘到一道菜,我認為係港女必食嘅「避風塘瀨尿蝦」有咩咁特別?就係幫你剝埋殼,完全唔需要動用到你雙玉手,我哋又點可以唔食😂😂▪️避風塘AAA級瀨尿蝦 (港女系列)一份一共有12件瀨尿蝦,已經幫你剝晒殼,你話有幾正,瀨尿蝦大大隻入口啖啖肉,而且用避風塘爆炒超級惹味,身為正宗老港女嘅我表示非常喜歡▪️椒鹽龍蝦▪️蒜蓉粉絲蒸龍蝦 ▪️蒜蓉粉絲蒸龍蝦加脆米我哋兩個女人總共食咗四份龍蝦,真係唔知以為黎食放題,抵食到咁梗係要食返夠本,三款口味各有特色,首先係龍蝦用上澳洲南澳龍蝦,肉質超級新鮮彈牙,椒鹽口味超惹味,蒜蓉粉絲清蒸夠晒鮮味,加咗脆米口感就更豐富,總之全部都正🦞▪️原隻AAA級椒鹽瀨尿蝦食完成碟瀨尿蝦都係唔夠喉,再整多一隻原隻嘅,雖然要剝殼,但係又有另外一番風味,用椒鹽爆炒,帶出瀨尿蝦鹹香鮮味▪️招牌炸子雞炸子雞我相信都唔需要多介紹,淨係見到食唔到嘅客人嘅樣子有多失望,唔預訂基本係一定食唔到,保持一貫水準皮脆肉嫩,只係$68半隻,我搵唔到其他地方有呢個水準▪️黑松露芝士焗霸王蝦球伊麵好邪惡,但係黐線咁好食,超濃流心拉絲芝士包住每一條伊麵,濃郁到飛起,面層嘅芝士燒過之後更加焦香,大蝦爽口又彈牙,再加埋脆米更加香口▪️蟹黃醬蝦仁炒福花想食菜一定係食呢個招牌炒福花,同椰菜花差唔多品種嘅蔬菜,用蟹黃醬和蝦仁爆炒,滿滿蒜蓉蟹黃香,超惹味▪️蟲草花鮑魚燉雞湯呢個都係大癲,燉湯足料無極限,睇到上枱嘅時候啲雞多到滿瀉,原盅清燉味道超級清甜,滋潤又潤喉,呢盅湯老細唔知會唔會蝕本 繼續閱讀
