▲浮生Cafe簡約裝修風格,無論係想Chill下或打卡都好適合。大角咀日系Cafe「浮生」,相信Cafe精都耳熟能詳,前幾日我終於去了!一聽到浮生,就令我諗起名句:「偷得浮生半日閒」。係繁忙都市生活中,捉緊放鬆一刻!店名真係勁有詩意!另外,店內仲會用播放器播不同嘅短詩,充滿文藝氣息,形象討好。造訪當日,排隊嘅人相當多,排了約45分鐘才入座,不塊係人氣咖啡店。值得一讚係,等待期間,店員攞咗杯冰水比我哋飲下,好體貼。▲白、湖水綠、木傢俱,簡單設計反而令人受落。▲店內投影機,經常播放唔同短詩,好文藝feel!▲透明餐牌,成件事都好文青。打開Menu,浮生主要係供應日式輕食為主,好似不同口味飯團、關東煮、豚角肉煮、照燒雞肉、豆腐、骨附腸、烏冬.....等等,定食套餐除了飯團外,仲可以自選1款主食,2款配菜,具有一定自由度。飲品方面,除大眾化嘅意式咖啡,又有特調嘅西西里咖啡、咖啡炸彈、滴漏咖啡等等,以Cafe嚟講,整體做得幾高質。▲浮食食物主要簡單嘅日式輕食為主。▲定食無論主食或配菜都可以自己揀,幾有自由度。✦定食套餐 HK$78(+1個飯團HK$12)呢個套餐組合如下:自選飯團1個+鹽飯團1個+主食1套+配菜2款。自選飯團我揀咗雞肉5代目,主食揀咗關東煮,配菜則是骨附腸同和風豆腐。▲味道方面,我覺得整體一般。雞肉5代目飯團夠味,不過餡料偏少。鹽飯團真係一舊飯+鹽+紫菜,無咩味,齋食有啲Dry。▲關東煮有白蘿蔔、炸魚肉餅及竹輪。▲骨附腸味道唔錯,最愛佢脆脆嘅外層。至於關東煮,入面嘅炸魚肉餅有芝士,我覺得都OK,至於配菜,骨附腸外層脆脆地,好好味,和風豆腐就正常發揮。✦鮮奶抹茶 HK$48 (cool)▲呢個杯斜斜地,幾別緻。味道方面,唔甜,但抹茶好香濃,香味好突出,感覺OK。✦Flat White HK$42▲朋友order Flat White,佢覺得奶及咖啡嘅比例幾好,咖啡偏Nutty,帶有濃郁堅果香,少少嘅奶泡,令啡體更細滑,水準唔錯。▲附上門口照,Cafe一面係全落地玻璃,採光度高,影相光線好靚。 繼續閱讀

Bookmarked this place after noticing that it had been popping up all over my IG feed recently, so we decided to pay this new Japanese-style cafe in Tai Kok Tsui a visit, even if it meant queueing up for one whole hour in the heat By the time it was finally our turn, we were a little disappointed that they were pretty much sold out of all the savory dishes on their already-limited menu, so we didn’t have much of a choice for lunch and could only order the items that were still available. That wasn’t a huge problem though, as everything was quite appetising and reasonably pricedFor each light meal set, normally you can choose a small main dish (3 choices) with 2 side dishes (6 dishes). I got the oden, which had daikon (Japanese radish) and processed fishcakes that had soaked up the dashi broth, so they were quite flavorful but not too salty. For the side dishes, I got the tofu, which had tahini (sesame sauce) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), and the yuzu lotus root, which were extra crunchy with a sweet and citrusy taste (highly recommend as I don’t usually eat lotus roots)I added the chicken onigiri as the light meal set wasn’t enough for lunch. The onigiri contained 5 ingredients: chicken, burdock, carrots, mushroom and black fungus, so it was super healthy, and the premium Japanese koshihikari rice gave it a soft yet slightly sticky textureThe tom yum udon was not as impressive though. The texture of the slightly spicy udon was quite chewy and smooth, but there were only a few shrimps, chikuwa (fish cakes) that were cut in half, tomatoes and mushroomsWe really enjoyed the yuzu cheesecake, as the texture was rich and creamy while the biscuit base was quite special. Flavor-wise, it was not too sweet. If you have a sweet tooth like me, you can dip each bite in the yuzu sauce drizzled on the side for more flavorAs for the matcha latte, it was a little too bitter for my liking. 昨天14:00 好想去這店好耐,也不是刻意去到的,目標是幫家人尋找物資及太口喝想飲下野⋯⋯轉角位見到這店啊!而且我在OpenRice 每次coffee shop 也search 過haha 以為這店好遠😅內店裝修幽雅、日本風格👍咖啡香濃、奶味不會太重、正明咖啡豆夠香及滑、下次有機會試甜品 繼續閱讀

♥️請𝚏𝚘𝚕𝚕𝚘𝚠個人𝙸𝙶 : @150cmevita & @hkfoodievita𝙵𝚊𝚌𝚎𝚋𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝙿𝚊𝚐𝚎:150cmlittlegirl最近生活緊張,與其出去幫襯各大餐廳,不如喺屋企附近地區搵間cafe hea返個晏晝🙈朋友喺大角嘴尋覓到呢間隱世咖啡店,小枱數張、另設bar枱、加埋透光落地玻璃真係令人精神一振!呢杯 #鮮奶朱古力($42)份量比較細杯,朱古力味略啖,但勝在唔太甜,奶味非常濃郁!店內亦有幾款蛋糕提供,下次嚟可以再試下🍰🧁 繼續閱讀

浮生📍大角咀偷得浮生半日閒☕️🌟- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🌟🍱定食 $78 Include 一個自選飯團、一個鹽飯團、一個主食同兩款配菜💕飯團有三款口味,個人鐘意粟子同三文魚🙆🏻‍♀️粟子係冬天限定,用紫米、糙米、粟子碎等做,口感好唔錯,味道清清地☺️主菜有三款選擇,個人鐘意燒鯖魚,外皮煎得好香脆,一d都唔腥🤞🏻☕️咖啡係另外order,好香、唔酸👌🏻整體食物味道偏清d,portion偏少d,男仕有機會唔夠飽,女仔會岩岩好喔☺️ 🪟喜歡cafe嘅大玻璃,有自然光曬住好暖💛 繼續閱讀
