Everything is served on disposable wear despite the restaurant setting. Their explanation was that they are going out of business. That's odd that they would spend money on disposable wear if they are not making money. It really down graded the dining experience. Understandably the waiter's mood was not good so it explained the bad service. The food order was changed also. Spaghetti was used to substitute Fettuccine. We only found out when the food arrived. The first explanation was that Fettuccine is used only for dinner menu. After we checked the menu which said specifically Fettuccine, he then explained they ran out. Sometime it is not the taste that makes the food good or not. It is the combination of presentation, service and expectation, none of which was given any care in delivering. Perhaps that's the reason why this place is going out of business. Openrice should delete this restaurant off their list to take them out of their misery.…查看更多
