Bookmarked this resto which had high rating on Google maps and went there with my family for lunch. .I got Thai Hainan Chicken Rice. The golden skin of the chicken elevated its appealnes. The chicken was smooth, while the oil rice became savoury with its specially-made spices and grainy texture. My sis had Beef Thai Noodles, which included sliced beef, beef ball and braised beef. With a rich and satisfying beef broth, the beef ball was fulfilling and the braised beef was tender. The noodles was rather thin and was not mushy at all.My dad ordered Squid Phad Thai. Hotly-served, the dish smelled fragrant with its spices. Squeezing the lime on the noodles added some sourness to it, making the Phad Thai more appetising. The squid was fresh and chewy. My mom had Thai Pork Knuckle with Rice. Blended in hot pottage, the pork knuckle was truly tender and tasted sweet. It went well with the sweet and sour sauce too. .The plating of each dish was presentable and delicate. The resto was spacious and neat, and the staff was nice.

今日lunch 同同事諗緊食乜野,同事提議話想食泰國菜。但係想係香港搵返正宗泰式船河既味道,唔係咁容易,好彩之前聽人介紹過呢區新開既餐廳。呢間性價比超高既泰廚食肆,餐廳走精緻泰菜路線,環境融入SPA 的概念,有播放住令人放鬆的RELAXING MUSIC同埋流水擺設,身心都覺得平靜。 我地坐底後就揀左個泰式牛肉湯河共HKD 68, 河粉比較幼身,有D痴埋一舊,但整體都好有泰國風味。值得一贊係佢個牛丸,彈牙有牛味,湯頭濃而不油膩,有雲吞脆片和牛片牛腩。唔覺意加錢叫埋蝦餅魚餅,炸得非常出色,一定要試試。

來這區做短期工作五星期,出外靠朋友,想人和、合作愉快,午餐都隨同事搵食,飲茶、連鎖快餐、茶記、米線都有去,而他們每星期會有一天食好些,就必定去這泰國餐廳一次。以下是我五星期吃過的食物,事實上,我是怕辣的,所以我最初都是選一些完全不辣的,如泰式海南雞飯,之後聽同事說這裏的咖喱可以很辣,但一般都是不太辣的,之後的數星期才放膽點他們認為好吃的咖喱。說回泰式海南雞飯,以木盤盛著來,有一碟去了骨的雞,有一碗油飯,冬瓜湯及醬料。雞肉頗滑,點些醬油能增添味道,油飯是非一般的雞油飯,是加了香料的,而且不太油膩,冬瓜湯的胡椒味太濃,不太合我心意!泰式鮮魷炒金邊粉,喜歡吃炒粉麵,來泰國餐廳,我最喜歡點炒金邊粉,因為是港式粉麵都不會有這種粉的質感和味道,熱烘烘的炒好端來,先榨些青檸汁在上,吃得更醒胃,材料有鮮魷,豆腐卜,芽菜,蛋等,金邊粉甜甜酸酸,久不久吃一次,是回味的!泰式牛肉船河,越南牛肉pho吃得多,吃泰國船河是第一次,原來有三種牛的產品,牛丸、牛肉片和牛腩,碗邊還有一塊薄脆,湯底是牛味濃郁的,牛丸爽彈,牛肉片不韌,而牛腩豐腴的質感是百吃不厭的,幼條的粉條爽利,不糊口,份量也十足!青咖喱牛腩配白飯,大碟上有一碗牛腩及一團白飯,淺嚐一口青咖喱汁,其實並不是很辣,有椰香味,喜歡其creamy 質感,因我會淋在飯上吃,所以個人不喜歡水汪汪的咖喱汁,否則像是吃湯飯:),主角牛腩很腍,牛味很香,配咖喱(無論是甚麼咖喱)都永遠合適,配料泰國茄子也很入味!泰北咖喱雞腿麵,黃澄澄的咖喱湯,上面有一整隻雞腿,侍應很貼心跟了隻碟及刀叉來,方便將雞腿先移去碟上,用刀叉拆肉,碗邊有一餅竪起的脆麵,炸得香脆,先榨些青檸汁落碗,再將上面的乾蔥、芫茜等與湯拌勻,麵條是圓的,像拉麵,沾上咖喱湯,味道非常之好,嚐到很多種香料和椰汁熬製出的味道,豐富而多層次,雖然有點辣,但是可接受的,因為愛其香味,麵條質感不錯,軟硬適中,雞腿肉質不柴,是非常有水準的一碗麵。吃完辣,想喝一點甜,加$10點了泰式熱奶茶,奶和茶的濃度比例剛好,喉嚨也感舒泰!

今日lunch同同事路過發現左呢間餐廳,見環境四四正正又有位,就行入去試下。呢度有唔同嘅lunch set可以選擇我地叫左泰式炒河粉(雞)河粉炒得爽口,不過份量偏少。雞肉鮮嫩,甜甜地咁幾好食。泰式鮮魷炒金邊粉金邊粉好爽口好入味,酸酸地咁好開胃,撈埋啲辣椒粉一齊食更加刺激。不過鮮魷數量唔多同唔多入味,但整體夠鑊氣,👍🏻👍🏻好味。蝦膏炒飯配泰式甜豬肉蝦膏味道十分之濃,而且飯粒唔會黐實哂,粒粒分明,夠鑊氣,鍾意香口惹味野嘅人應該會鍾意,而且十分足料,超正。配埋甜甜地嘅豬肉,令味蕾感受多一種層次。
