以前細個嘅時候媽媽都成日會帶我去食東東雲吞麵,隨住時代嘅變遷,大財團嘅洗禮,東東雲吞麵好似已經絕跡咗喺香港嘅土地上喇。取而代之嘅好似只係淨番喺超級巿場先可以買到嘅獨立包裝雲吞,同埋呢間唔係好多地方都有分店嘅"波仔",呢度絕對係做街坊生意,窮人恩物,亦係大眾學生嘅福利,一到lunch時間,就會見到好幾位學生都會喺度"立食"叮叮飯,又或者即場叮完拎去附近嘅休憩地區品嚐。對於我嚟講亦唔例外,放工後要獨自解決,費事諗又費事煮,最就腳就係一出地鐵站就嚟"波仔"買番碗只係$20蚊嘅南瓜粥番屋企,五分鐘都唔洗已經有得食喇。其實波仔都有好多大眾化嘅種類,例如肉醬意粉啦,咖哩牛腩飯啦,粟米肉粒飯啦等等,但南瓜粥就永遠都係我嘅首選揭開膠碗蓋,再撕開薄膜,放入微波爐先叮三分鐘,拎番出嚟之後,因為碗粥都幾深㗎所以底下嘅粥會唔夠熱,呢個時候就要用匙羹再攪勻一下佢,再放入微波爐叮多兩分鐘~~~叮!!!!!食得~粥底其實都好有味,裡面有切開一粒粒嘅南瓜同埋好多豬肉碎,每一啖都好有口感,一邊睇住電視一邊慢慢食,都算係一種平價享受吖 繼續閱讀

Got these parsnips from Eat East, all the water content has been drawn out hence they are a bit dehydrated when you re heat them in the microwave.The taste was sweet but the texture is slightly woody, so next time when I get these frozen products, I will probably let it thaw and then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. 繼續閱讀
