I've tried other Shun Tak cuisine restaurants in Hong Kong but this one is by far the best! I come here quite regularly, almost once every month!
Their double-boiled soup, especially the one with fish head, chicken feet, pork, and some Chinese medicinal herb (天麻大魚頭湯) is really good. I've also tried their (銀盤雞), pieces of chicken mixed with dates and ginger, wrapped in tin foil and cooked in a stainless steel plate. The chicken is so tender and flavorful, even the dates are sweet and tasty. I highly recommend their lotus root fish meat patti (蓮藕餅), the best I've had! I've tried the same dish in other shun tak cuisine restaurants and only this place make the best one!
