九龍城街市聽講就快清拆重建.街市樓上間《樂園》茶檔.好出名嘅沙嗲牛肉麵及沙嗲牛肉西多士.我哋係之前都嚟過好多次.每次都失望而回.因嗰陣時星期一至五都要返工.只係星期六才放假.因為我哋又住得遠.加上九龍城交通實在唔係咁方便.唔同呢陣有地鐵宋皇台站.行過嚟都唔使10分鐘.所以每次都係沽清!為咗食.今日特登早啲起床.趕過嚟食佢鎮店之寶.沙嗲牛肉!嚟到己經有多人在熟食中心門外等候排隊.我哋在門外報上人數.再喺門外面等後才能進入.可能係人潮管制吧.等咗15分鐘左右.剛剛有兩個位.才能進入中心內!熟食中心環境唔再講啦.十年如一日.無嘜變動.人多嘈雜聲.加上啲姐姐送餐走來走去!今日點餐如下:1. 沙嗲牛肉公仔麵 X1 $32元2. 沙嗲牛肉西多士 X1 $35元3. 奶茶紅豆冰 X1 $27元沙嗲牛肉公仔麵.落單姐姐話.我哋係用新鮮牛肉.所以牛肉可能有點韌!沙嗲牛肉西多士.外表金黃.賣相都好靚呀!奶茶紅豆冰.🚶🏻‍♂️👉📌樂園 (九龍城)九龍城九龍城市政大廈3樓6號舖 繼續閱讀

承接尋日個po 第一次黎到樂園無開到過幾日再黎過就食到啦.ᐟ‪‪‬男朋友自稱為沙嗲牛hunter咁今次就趁九龍城街市重建之前一訪係熟食中心略有名氣既樂園( ˶ˊᵕˋ)੭我地叫左一個沙嗲牛麵同一個炸豬扒沙嗲牛汁蛋撈丁沙嗲汁係我男朋友喜歡既模樣質地濃厚 同湯底混為一體牛肉雖然欣賞佢無乸過但errrr 好鞋啊|ω・)所以我地覺得叫撈丁仲開心雖然睇相睇唔出但沙嗲汁包住每條麵 麻油食先自己加唔洗額外加已經有我食麵一定要有既煎蛋炸豬扒都係無乸過但口感唔柴 唔錯喎( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)炸漿亦唔太厚 係調味偏咸少少最後叫左新出品 lotus餅乾西多士( •̀֊•́ ) ̖́-佢本身沙嗲牛/阿華田西多士引黎唔少人試但我對lotus餅實在無抵抗力.ᐟ‪‪‬原本慢慢切仲拍片以為佢會流心係無既 就係實在既lotus醬面頭有完整既餅乾同餅碎完全滿足我lotus餅愛好者(˙𐃷˙)唔洗額外加牛油/糖漿都夠哂味西多士本身都好食 幾鬆軟~如果一場黎到 記得搵貓店長say hi啊₍˄·͈༝·͈˄₎ฅ˒˒✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿Follow @lastbitematters for more 繼續閱讀

過去一個星期飛了轉日本,回想出發當天,好好把握食好西的時機😛 上機前同母親大人食個靚早先~又到她的早餐飯堂…一如既往,一多啲人食野就會叫到成枱野食。.✥ 鹹牛蛋沙嗲通粉💲35沙嗲一向是樂園最出名的,鹹牛蛋比例岩岩好,好味。✥ 雪菜肉絲米💲33非一般雪菜肉絲米,湯底非常濃郁,不加沙嗲的話還是很清的湯底,有時病左都會食😛✥ 煎蝦米腸粉 💲24媽媽的最愛,煎得十分香,蝦米味都好濃。每次都嚷著要食。✥ 雞柳奄列💲29第一次食,幾有新鮮感,雞柳同蛋都是滑滑的,上面加了少許香草,幾好食。✥ 奶茶/鴛鴦💲21/each茶香濃,好好飲樂園經常都會令我好掛住,他們總能把簡單的食材像變魔術一樣,不花巧,但美味,深刻!真係好唔想他們會結束,但好像那是逃避不了的命運。只好在擁有時就好好珍惜。 繼續閱讀

I recently visited 樂園, a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant that specializes in serving traditional Hong Kong dishes and drinks. During my visit, I tried their famous ying yang, deep fried pork rice, sauté beef French toast, and their fried rice noodle.The highlight of my meal was definitely the deep fried pork rice. The cut was thick and crispy, with a meaty texture that was perfectly balanced by the sweet soy sauce. The rice was a bit firmer than I was used to, but it worked well with the sauce and the pork.The ying yang was balanced and delicious, with the perfect combo of sweetness and bitterness. The red bean was also cooked to perfection. The sauté beef French toast was an adventurous combination, but it actually worked pretty well. Although it wasn't to my personal liking, I would still recommend giving it a try for those looking for a unique twist on the classic French toast.The fried rice noodle was another standout dish. It had a lot of "wok hei" flavor, which is a Cantonese term for the smoky flavor that is imparted to a dish from the high heat used in traditional wok cooking. The dish wasn't oily at all, and the portion was very generous. Some might find this dish a bit salty, but I personally enjoyed it.Overall, I was impressed with the food and drinks at 樂園. The atmosphere was lively and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Hong Kong cuisine, especially those who love deep fried pork rice. 繼續閱讀

又來樂園放肆,今次食炸豬扒沙嗲牛汁蛋撈丁( $44 )。沙嗲牛汁惹味,篤穿隻變形嘅太陽蛋黃,令到個麵更加香滑。炸豬扒大大件,見到都興奮。但今次味道有點失準,可能塊扒炸過龍,稍為乾身、同硬。另外當然唔可以缺少西多士( $28 ),對佢嘅評價,除了好味,我冇補充。邪惡到底,加埋杯鴛鴦紅豆冰( $27 )。紅豆大大粒,咖啡同奶茶比例啱啱好。作為街市茶餐廳,樂園嘅夥計由安排座位,落單,送餐,到收錢都乾脆利落,讓人食得輕鬆。 繼續閱讀
