I came back to hongkong for holiday from overseas~~ i have a basic knowledge on korean cuisine since a lot of people I know are Korean and can cook extremely well. I was just casually shopping around at time square with some friends and got a lil hungry, saw this place and decided we would eat here since we kinda miss korean food We ordered and waited for so long~~ around 15-20 mins. Mine was the first to be done (the beef bibimbap), the beef was cold and tough, egg was burnt and the sauce on the top was cold as well, the whole dish was very hongkong styled korean, which disappointed me. One of my friend got pretty mad since she waited for 20+mins and THEN they told her that they were out of japchae. They wouldn't do a refund so she changed to a pork bibimbap. From what she said, the pork was really dry as well and she felt like she was eating 豬肉乾 instead of pork slices =='It was lucky that our other friends ate elsewhere!!!

五月二十九日 (星期二)手中拿着百元的CitySuper Coupon,對我們來說的最好使用方法當然是吃吃吃是夜晚了收工,便來吃過快快的晚餐才回家記得兩三年前吃過此店的辛辣麵,一個劣評今日鼓起勇氣再吃一來到還見到麵餅仍捲成一團,未熟透的吃落麵條生硬得很,牛肉也沒有丁點牛味湯底算是唯一可取的地方,味夠香辣惹味幸好麵總算能掛湯,味道不致太難吃多給一次機會還是這樣,決意以後不再來!

香港食韓國菜的地方不是很多,梨花園位於時代廣場Food Court,交通方便,午飯時間很繁忙,先落單,然後去收銀處排隊付款,再等待領取食物,有點煩,但這個程序大約只需五分鐘。什錦石頭飯套餐,連牛肉海帶湯,泡菜及韓式辣醬,忘了即時攪動石頭飯,幸好碗底的白飯還沒有嚴重燒焦,只有廣東煲仔飯的效果 – 淺焦糖色的飯焦。什錦石頭飯的特別之處是有七種不同顏色和味道的食材,菜比較多,把所有材料攪拌後,生雞蛋已經熟透。辣味蘿蔔絲泡菜跟其他材料一起吃,辣味被中和。兩大片牛肉,不是肥牛,有點”鞋”口,像薄切西冷。深綠色菜苗,很幼嫩,完全沒有渣。例湯有輕微胡椒的辣味,也有甜味,海帶的味道很香,我喝過幾個地方的韓式例湯,這裡的最好喝。

在銅鑼灣要速食晚餐,除了連卡佛樓下的這個 food court,我想不到有其他地方。吃過幾次梨花園了,每次都是選牛肉炒粉絲。店員一早已經煮好了一鍋,只要夾上碟就成了。幸好保溫做得好,仍然是熱辣辣的。牛肉鮮甜,份量也很多。粉絲粗粗的,好入味。food court 裡的餐廳晚上大約 $50-60 一個套餐,梨花園 $33 吃到飽飽,抵食之選。

今日同朋友係CWB行街起身到出到去4點幾都未食過野因為朋友係附近番工所以就介紹我呢間鋪頭啦其實我個人覺得呢間鋪頭價錢係貴左少少可能通脹 咩都加 就係人工唔加而已點都好 都要食飯我叫左個 <石頭牛肉飯>.HKD$50,套餐,送泡菜小前菜, 湯 / 汽水我問佢攞多左兩個辣椒醬同埋本來我係叫湯, 之後同個姐姐講轉汽水都冇黑面服務唔錯 ;>因為見韓國人食拌飯都係要落辣椒醬, 所以我都要試下先! XD其實佢啲辣椒醬又冇我想像中咁辣, 仲有少少甜甜地大家應該都可以接受牛肉OK, 啲菜都多唯一唔好係個飯濕左啲同埋唔係好熱 撈勻之後已經開始變暖不過都係好味的可以推介 總結︰我覺得幾好。 優點︰味道好OK,環境係比較熱鬧的 缺點︰飯比較濕,都幾快變凍,要親熱食
