had a late dinner with my bf in To Yuen...actually we went there to have dinner it's bcoz we were looking for some nice fishball for the BBQ in the coming weekend.we both ordered 紫菜四宝河 and a portion of 鹵水豆腐...紫菜四宝河:湯底 - OK~i like the mince pork they put in it which enrich the taste魚旦 - no different to those we bought from the local market, you can recogn this is definitely not a home-made fishball魚餃 - the skin is like a plastic朱肉丸 - OK墨丸 - same as fishball, no diff. to those we bought from loca

紫菜四宝河:
湯底 - OK~i like the mince pork they put in it which enrich the taste
魚旦 - no different to those we bought from the local market, you can recogn this is definitely not a home-made fishball
魚餃 - the skin is like a plastic
朱肉丸 - OK
墨丸 - same as fishball, no diff. to those we bought from local market
紫菜 - not fresh and I think the seaweed has been fried or did something with the oil...a bit crispy but the texture doesn't go with the noodle
鹵水豆腐:
i think you can ignore this dish from the menu...
it is not about 鹵水, it is just 腩汁
and the tofu is like rock, bad for digestion...gosh
