北海道野生金三文魚 可生食的味來粟米

心情不太好,特別需要吃得好。況且小的已自行終止了術後戒口的禁令,開始全面地肆意進食。在週末的下午,小的好想吃吃至愛的和風美食。中午時分,「元氣壽司」其門如市,要尊貴的老伴排隊等候嗎?那是沒有可能的事。然而小的卻端的好想吃魚生,退而求其次竟然連每下愈況的「板長壽司」也不放過。儘管老伴嗤之以鼻,卻仍順著小的到「板長」看一看。位處商場角落的「板長」人流較少,加上其質素問題,咱們毋須等候可隋便入座。就是因著這個關鍵,咱們便給「板長壽司」一次機會罷!有趣的是當咱們順利入座之後,一位女店員居然特意走過來向咱們推銷《限量空運築地直送》的鮮魚。小的最喜歡試新品,這回自是正中下懷。同時心中亦奇怪,「板長壽司」居然會這樣地推銷築地直送。看看平板電子餐牌,老伴希望發掘的抵食午市套餐並無供應,熟食似乎亦只有烏冬。另外小的又發現在廚師吧檯位置竟有生蠔應市,大概餐廳在面對長期競爭與劣評以後終銳意改革,轉營進軍中高檔次。小的出於好奇,問及侍應原條築地直送的價錢,只是餐廳在週六午肆就只有壽司的供應,而刺身亦屬海鮮價,需觀乎魚之大小與品種。不過15大元一件的壽司自然值得一試了。小的最愛油脂豐富的肥魚,可惜三款限定都屬結實爽口的一類,近似池魚的質感。三款不同的壽司賣相卻非常接近,來自北海道的黑曹以最為遜色,既沒有魚鮮味,口感亦比較實爽。石川的眼仁奈則稍為好一點,入口較柔軟而且能透出淡淡的魚味。三者最優勝的便要數靜岡的瑞金目鯛,魚肉較為軟滑,魚味亦是最濃。然而對小的來說,三件壽司都是一般般,沒甚驚喜。為怕質數欠佳,小的只叫了一客鵝肝壽司,打算好味再點。老伴表示鵝肝與鰻魚壽司都做得不錯,後者更是軟綿多汁,勝於預期。三文魚說不上好新鮮,而大大片的珍寶帆立貝則甚有看頭。乳白色的油甘魚與平日所見稍有不同,不過味道仍是小的一貫鐘情的脂膩芳香,上面再點綴了一撮小小的松露醬。火炙中拖羅當然讓人失望,完全吃不出油份,大概只是用上普通的吞拿魚,上面給燒到白白色掩人耳目便濫竽充數,這裡是香港而非日本嘛!反而老伴點的炸芝士海鰻卷卻是喜出望外,外層有天婦羅的包裹,一咬之下內裡芝士與海鰻的香氣四溢,做到外脆內軟,非常一流!三文魚頭鮫則是不過不失,多一點熟料理好讓老伴填飽肚子。吃完一大堆,小的卻知道未夠澱粉質,老伴實不覺飽。但他只不過打算陪小的品嚐一下,故也沒有繼續追加的興致。 總括而言「板長壽司」的確比以前的粗製濫造進步多了。其熟食則比生品更好,大部份的魚生壽司都只屬一般,說不上尚承。這趟二人午餐承惠350大元,非屬便宜。但論到所點食物,其價性比算是還可以罷! 繼續閱讀

There have recently been so many renovations and new tenants at the Metro City mall that you would think getting table for a Friday dinner is an ease. Well think again. You could easily wait up to 120mins depending on your luck for restaurants like Watami.Therefore as a sushi superfan myself I became a regular for Itamae. Perhaps as a result of fierce competition, they offer "surprise hours discount" all day Monday through Friday (it used to be after 21:30), which I found very exciting and a very decent deal. The seafood and shellfish are generally fresh, however the quality has proved to be inconsistent (as I have experienced in other Itamae/Itacho as well) - cucumber juliennes (more like cucumber sticks) in the mango crab salad are often awfully long and thick that they are very difficult to be picked up with chopsticks. In addition we often found that food quality deteriote quickly after 21:00, they seem to have preshaped some of the sushi rice cubes for latter hours, so the sushi end up tasting very dry! With that said, I still enjoy the super sweet and fresh amaebi and scallops and the price point (approx. $100-120 per person) hard to beat.However what really turned me off was that one Friday night while I have just sat down and was still  looking at the menu, the lady sitting next to me and I quickly noticed a medium sized roach crawling in front of us, on the bar table. Imagine how close it was to the sushi chefs' work station! We asked for the manager, and he swiftly got rid of the roach and never apologized. He just casually sprayed his "disinfecting spray" around the soy sauce and wasabi containers and the rest of the 2-3 person-wide bar table area. I am talking about peak hours (20:00) here and it does appear to be a regular happening (based on the manager's reaction and another review below). While I finished my meal as I had a long day and couldn't wait any longer for dinner, I'm really hoping to find stood alternatives in TKO to make sure I am not tempted to go back again...  繼續閱讀

最近跟一位朋友一見如故,一下子就熟絡起來了. 所以相約了一起去食板長壽司.於此要感謝Yandy及她弟弟的招呼.還有其他的甜品...就算個肚已飽到食唔落,但都忍唔到口要吃掉.因為魚生真的好新鮮,超好味道的唯有散散步....希望可以減少卡路里.. 繼續閱讀

這是我吃過的最爛的壽司店,即使有工作人員現場做,食物沒有鮮味!埋單2個人要$270!早知寧願去食中式酒樓都無咁爛!最差勁是服務態度,門口帶位的侍應(估計實質是經理)毫無笑容,問一句答一句。 繼續閱讀

本來板前已經冇咩好寫,不過之前出左個魚膠幾好食.真係要推介比各膠人食。依個三文魚膠雖然唔腥但一定要趁要食,因為凍左d膠質就會”鯨”晒~另外一提食過咁多間壽司店,特大凡立貝始終都係板前最好食。而出面冇既天使蝦就不過不失la,相比元X既赤海蝦仲係差幾班~凍烏冬大家就唔好試拿,又細又淡;熱烏冬仲可以勉強接受~ 繼續閱讀
