中午因未能等位飲茶,我們便walk-in食晚飯。現場環境真是十分”酒樓”,很嘈吵很像午市飲茶。今晚是一個快餐式的晚餐: 亂中有序(相片反映上菜次序)、先快(10分鐘內依亂次序上哂前菜及熱食,欠灼菜)、後慢(繼續欠灼菜,來了所有甜品良久,灼菜終於”千呼萬喚始出來”),哈,唉... 1.紅酒: “開車前- 猛飲!!”… 講笑啦,別做遺憾事,每人小半杯夠了,怕酒精超標中埋阿sir random check就弊了。紅酒味道一般,聊勝於無,不過酒杯有些污糟(桌布也是污糟)。2.花膠排翅: 花膠幾挺身爽口,比翅仔好食,湯也ok。3.粉皮白雲蝦&藍莓鵝肝紅黃茄: 粉皮很滑,白雲蝦就差過自己煮,配日本豉油芥辣有些勉強。藍莓鵝肝紅黃茄是沒有藍莓味的,鵝肝很凍沒味,紅黃茄卻很甜可口。4.柚皮鵝掌: 味道較淡啊…鵝掌很瘦啊…5.蒜茸蒸半邊龍蝦配意粉: 龍蝦size較細,意粉份量少,蒜茸汁ok開胃啦。6.低糖子薑糕: 糕身軟黏著碟子,終於”叉”倒它來食,薑味濃好味呀!7.燕窩蛋白: honey吃一口又棄下,又要我這milk-lover食埋。質地稠而滑,ok。8.上湯菜心: 登登登登! 是我們、鄰桌,及鄰桌: “千呼萬喚始出來”的! 它的上湯很清甜與菜心很配,幾好。9.另送芝麻糊: 想不到有驚喜! 芝麻很濃味,很香。或因”福如東海”,今晚有至少3桌大家庭來東海”壽比南山”唱生日歌! 若它能改善服務會更好呢!

Cannot believe the service they have, we have been ordering spring rolls and fried rice for 3 straight days (around 12:30pm) and was told since Monday (first order) we cannot order in advance and they will always do it when they recieved the order and will take only 15mins to cook.today (Thursday) we order 4 boxes of spring rolls and 2 boxes of fried rice and was told will be ready in 15 mins and after 15 mins goen to pick up and only told to wait another 5mins, but since the company wants more spring rolls we called again around 12:50pm and was told by the female staff it will take 45mins to cook (cannot believe it) and after talking to the female staff on the phone for 5mins, got fed up and went to the restaurant order the food with a straight face and was told to wait for 15 to 20mins.The Restaurant was less then half full at the time and I didn't say anything regarding I call earlier so I walked around the place with a straight face and was looking at the customers and staff around then female cashier told to to sit and wait I told her (talk very loud) I been sitting all day at the office and was tired of sitting around and kept walking and looking at the customers................ less then 10 mins the order was ready. I had told the manager regarding the phone call and she kept saying sorry and she explained at the time when we are busy it will take longer to cook, I hold up the food and said why only 10mins if I waited around and takes 45mins to cook if ordering by phone and the restaurant is only half full and still takes 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! even rush hours doesn't take 45mins to cook 3 boxes of spring rolls !!! she kept saying sorry and said next time expect to wait for 30mins during rush hour.

今晚是慶祝大佬壽辰PART II,上年HCL未能吃飯一起慶祝,今年亦未能齊人,但這一餐總不能走了他的,所以便約好要來吃一頓了。討論了一會要吃什麼,結果我說不如吃大閘蟹吧! 因為想起之前看食評好像說過這裡的大閘蟹餐也吃得過,大佬當然沒有異議! 我於一星期前已打來BOOK檯了,因為害怕那個套餐已過期而且驚很多人來吃。我們早了來到,她們也立即安排位置給我們坐,發現十檯有九檯客也和我們一樣是叫那個$260位的套餐。這個餐不收加一,茶水等等,雖然大佬說$260已包在內,不過這樣感覺良好嘛,哈哈,好像很便宜似的。這個餐真的有頗多東西,勝在份量不大,而且慢慢分長時間來吃,所以不會有很飽很辛苦的感覺。整頓飯吃了兩小時,我想有一小時我也是在剝殼的,哈哈。魚翅佛跳牆是真的挺好的,非常足料,味道夠濃,真的沒有偷工減料! 不過有點點似味精的感覺,但材料倒是真材實料的。我最鍾意蟹粉蒜茸包,因為d蟹粉好正! 份量都好多,味道也很鮮味! 配蒜蓉包很不錯,不過蒜蓉包再脆一點應該會更加好。佢下面有個爐整熱d蟹粉,唔會等佢凍哂乾哂,非常好!蟹粉小籠包都ok,但唔係特別出色。雖然食得出真係有蟹粉而且都幾香,不過個皮真係幾厚下。而且唔係好多湯汁,所以唔算係特別好。大閘蟹一人兩隻,一隻好一隻唔好。開頭個隻無咩料,即係蟹膏好少而且好細隻下。第二隻好d,雖然唔係大隻左好多,但真係好多蟹膏而且好香,不過如果再多d蟹肉就好啦。烏冬都可以,覺得夠濃味喎,好多蝦干,成碗野幾香。烏冬當然唔係好靚唔係好彈牙,不過由於湯底幾好,所以都唔係唔可以接受。薑茶湯子好鬼辣呀,冬天驅寒剛剛好,不過我食左大半都頂唔順投降啦! 而且佢俾個d唔係丸子,係蕃薯,感覺好似食緊蕃薯糖水咁。服務好好,個經理哥哥好識睇情況同人換碟送上食物等等。而且又有禮貌,又願意幫我地影相。雖然食物質素唔係勁好,不過$260唔加一唔加任何野都算係咁,總算值得一吃呀。最緊要都係希望生日既人開開心心姐。

咁耐都冇食過大閘蟹,今年見個個都話去食...所以就約埋幾個朋友去東海食啦!上網睇人地d食評都話東海唔錯...所以今次就黎會一會佢先得啦!1.佛跳牆: 好足料,好好味!好想再黎一round2.蟹粉小籠包: 因為掛住飲湯,d小籠包開始凍但都幾好食,每人有2粒3.蟹粉蒜茸包: 搵個蠟燭一路heat住d蟹粉幾好諗頭,估唔到咁查麵包都幾好食4.大閘蟹 : 第一隻來的時候仲熱乎乎..好難先拆得掂d殼,係蟹公不過都有糕幾好食!第2隻好快就送左黎..我地仲食緊第1隻..so之後我叫佢整返熱比返我地! 5.手打烏冬 : 淡而無味,d烏冬一d都唔好食..完全唔似手打烏冬咁彈牙 6.娃娃菜: 一碟咁無誠意既白灼菜影衰晒成個餐...加幾粒鹽d菜唔好黃金金咁都得掛~好流的一個菜 7.薑茶丸子: 我覺得夠味,夠薑,稍嫌甜左少少8.壽包: 見到附近都幾多人有叫..雖然我地冇人生日都叫左幾個黎試下...又幾好食wor..成隻黃0家!我覺得服務都唔錯..d人行過你叫佢都立即幫你換碟or整野...所以overall來講..我覺得好good有機會都會再黎食0家~但唔知小菜得唔得既呢??提外話...佢入邊有tv...不過竟然係一直都播緊東海既廣告冇得睇電視,一大敗筆

又到食大閘蟹時間,星期一約埋老友去嘆下﹗講左幾個月,格左好幾次價,最後揀左......尖東既東海,七點去到現場所見所有人都係食蟹餐﹗我地點左個$260既蟹餐,包兩隻蟹,都幾多野食﹗東海連個碟都整埋係大閘蟹,好鬼靚呢﹗先上的是魚翅佛跳牆﹗湯頭清甜潤,內有大瑤柱、花膠、魚翅群、花菇等﹗用料夠多又夠入味﹗同友人大讚呢個佛跳牆做得很不錯﹗絕對不是什麼生粉水蟹皇翅之流﹗跟住係一人兩隻蟹粉小籠包﹗小籠包都幾大隻,多汁,蟹粉亦多入口濃甜味美,唔錯﹗主角到喇﹗大閘蟹公﹗開蓋未算爆油爆膏﹗蟹肺夠白亦清,睇住佢地有人0係出面即叫即蒸,新鮮﹗蟹膏金黃,入口又甘又香﹔大量蟹精雪白呈半透明狀,黐得口腔滿佈濃香。那種香氣在口內繚繞的感覺真不是文字能形容,愛吃蟹公的朋友必明其中道理‧精華不在殼,聚在蟹爪上﹗套餐無酒水包,我地兩個叫左瓶細花鵰仔$60助一助興,易入口帶梅子香,配蟹食一流﹗黎祥哥做佢地代言人﹗第二隻蟹0的精仲多過第一隻,只管食及感受,不拍照了﹗套餐包油菜一碟﹗仲有蟹粉蒜蓉包蟹粉唔係好多,不過配蒜蓉包可以達到香上加香的效果﹗仲包多個咩手打烏冬,呢個好流,味道仲差過油渣麵﹗甜品當然係蕃薯薑糖水,飲完成身暖哂﹗門口有隻巨蟹,記住要影相留念﹗整體來說主角蟹很滿意,雖然每隻都係四兩多少少左右,不過味道很好即叫即蒸﹗又會分開上枱食完一隻又一隻,服務態度很好﹗佛跳牆不欺場用料好又清甜,正﹗$260蚊在全港的套餐來說都算很便宜了,月尾等我再約食家來食多次先﹗更多相:http://www.discuss.com.hk/viewthread.php?tid=10921903&extra=page%3D1
