Had a great time here for lunch the other day. There were a lot more on its interesting menu we wanted to try, so we came back again!正粉腸。腸粉正 Cheong Fun – 正粉腸, is a word to describe people, but it's not a good word. 腸粉, is rice noodle roll, which is the main in this dish. 正, meaning amazing. So again, playing around with words. It's actually stir fried rice noodle roll with melted pork trotter and soy sauce, and a sunny side up egg on top. Mixed the egg well before eating, yummy!乒乓菠 Mini Pineapple Buns – 乒乓菠, meaning ping pong ball. Guess it's to describe these mini burgers. It's served with "char siu" (HK style BBQ pork) patty and jam, in HK style pineapple bun. I loved the sweet crusty top of the bun. That's some new kind of burger we had.老魷鬼鬼 Deep Fried Dough Sticks – 老魷鬼鬼 is usually used to describe buddies in HK, but it's supposed to be 老友鬼鬼 instead. The 魷 (sounds the same as 魷) here meaning squid. It's deep fried dough sticks stuffed with  squid paste served with caviar, sweet and sour sauce. Hmm... to be honest, it's not as tasty as expected.妳的芋法 Chrispy Taro Roll – 妳的護法 means your protection. 護 sounds the same as 芋, as this was deep fried roll with coconut and taro stuff. It's a bit dry to me, but I liked the coated sesame on the two ends.“李好味”炒飯 Lee Lo Mei Fried Rice – Their signature fried rice. Umami wok fried rice with crab meat, prawns and sea scallops. It's really good!破漿重圓 Sweet Rice Dumplings – 漿 is liquid and 圓 has a meaning of together. It means to bring back "重" the broken "破" liquid together. Each one of them was a huge ginger soup “ball” that would pop if you bit on it, stuffed with nuts and candied melon. That's one bowl of Chinese sweet soup in three giant balls. Haha... 簡簡單單想食個Lunch,見到李好味開返,即刻對自己好D,走上去食個Lunch,價錢雖然都唔係平,但一路都有品質保證,仲要有湯,麵包,糖水,計落又唔算貴,轉咗新餐牌,所以今次試了個大隻滷,即係滷豬軟骨滷蛋陳村粉。湯就夠哂滋潤蘋果雪梨湯,個麵包如果同之前比,塊叉燒大咗3倍,糖水就係桃膠紅棗龍眼糖水,聽個名都知道正呀~個豬軟骨跟個陳村粉都分開2碟上,都覺得今次無選擇錯,第一次食陳村粉,原來即大塊河粉差不多,但食落口感真係有D唔同,唔會好似碎濕濕咁。今次睇黎算進步咗,都可以下次再試吓其他。 繼續閱讀

日期:10月4日人數:3人之前搵嘢食嗰陣,已經知道有呢一間餐廳。睇到其他人影既相,覺得好有趣,一直都好想試。終於同埋兩個同事一齊來食咗個lunch。Lunch Menu已經由之前嘅魚蝦蟹模式變咗另一種全部都係香港電影名嘅菜單。我哋叫咗‘蒸武門’、‘煙脂扣’、同埋‘大隻滷’。餐湯係紅蘿蔔粟米中湯,餐包係燒腩卷。燒腩卷裏面嘅燒腩肥瘦適中,配合鬆軟嘅中式麵包同埋少許蔬菜絲,成個包肥而不膩。‘蒸武門’ 係籠仔荷葉豆腐蒸魚片,魚片同豆腐都切得好薄,所以蒸出嚟都好滑。‘煙脂扣’係鐵板黑椒牛面肉。牛面肉非常腍,黑椒汁惹味 (個人覺得可以俾多d),配菜就係雜菜同波浪紋型薯條,同一般茶記一樣。‘大隻滷’係滷水豬軟骨陳村粉。豬軟骨大大嚿,但肉都炆得好腍,係符合‘大隻’兩個字,又幾好食。三個套餐份量適中,賣相都好好。糖水冰冰涼涼,甜甜地幾好食,為lunch畫上句號。餐廳嘅裝修係懷舊香港風,坐得都夠舒服。播出70-80年代粵語歌曲,營造到懷舊嘅氣氛。服務同衛生都好唔錯嘅,加埋位處中環,所以價錢就會貴左少少啦,不過都尚算可以接受。 繼續閱讀

今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於中環嘅李好味,裝修充滿舊時港式味道。我哋第一時間就俾佢奇怪而又有幽默感嘅名吸引咗,而佢哋依一份幽默感更一直延伸至菜式嘅名稱。Lee Lo Mei is located at Central with an old Hong Kong style decoration. We were attracted by the strange and humourous name and this sense of humour even extends toward the name of dishes.李小龍蝦 (Roasted Lobster Tail) $208龍蝦經已剝殼,再用港式黑椒醬同炸蒜烤香,味道以辣味為主,仍不失龍蝦本身嘅鮮味,而且剝完殼之後啖啖都係肉,質感仲係挺身唔會煮到太軟。另外伴上熱辣辣嘅炸饅頭,配以煉奶泡沫,相比平時嘅煉奶更有蓬鬆感,感覺幾新穎。The shell of the lobster has been peeled off, and the lobster is roasted with Hong Kong style black pepper sauce and fried garlic. The spicy taste is the focus of the lobster without losing the freshness of lobster. Also, the lobster is not overcooked that keeps it a firm texture. The lobster is served with a crispy steamed bun and condensed milk foam, that gives a surprising fluffy texture.金蝦脫殼 (Golden Shrimps) $148與黃金蝦球類似,但係佢冇炸得咁透。而我哋頗為欣賞依款菜式在於金蝦脫殼除咗有黃金蝦球嘅鹹蛋黃嘅鹹味同油香之餘,仲混入咗少量黑松露,令到進食過程中會隱約感受到蝦球散發出類似檀香嘅松露味道。This dish is similar to golden prawn but not as deep-fried as the ordinary one. We appreciate this dish as it conserves the saltiness and grease from salty egg yolk as the ordinary one, and add black truffle into the sauce that gives a taste like a sandalwood.倒瀉籮蟹 (Baked Crab) $208蟹殼中釀入蟹肉、芹菜、洋蔥、芝士以及奶油,再伴以炸米餅。食客可將適量蟹肉放在炸米餅上一同進食,炸米餅會吸收蟹漿嘅味道。可惜我哋二人都對依道菜評價一般,在於蟹漿用材冇咩突破,因此不值得用依個價錢去食。Crabmeat is baked with celery, onion, cheese and cream sauce inside the shell, and served with crispy rice crackers. You can place some crab meat on the crispy rice crackers and the crackers will absorb the taste of mixed crab meat. However, we are quite disappointed by this dish, as the use of ingredients that baked with the crab meat is quite normal. It does not worth the price with this ordinary flavour.破漿重圓 (Sweet Rice Dumplings) $98驚喜之作,三球薑汁湯圓,一咬破外層內裡嘅薑汁就會在嘴裡爆開,令到成個嘴都充滿薑嘅辣味,中間仲有一小顆小丸子,整個甜品就係將薑汁湯圓濃縮喺一個球體內,由外觀到表現方式都好令人印象深刻。Three balls of sweet rice dumplings surrounded by ginger soup. Once you bite the outer layer, the ginger soup will splash out inside your mouth and gives a spicy flavour. The idea is the compressed everything into a tiny ball. 繼續閱讀

琴晚同朋友中環收工諗住食餐好happy friday搵左間有酒嗌又有得食晚間既餐廳一坐低見到個menu都已經見到價錢唔平於是有左一種期待食好西既想法嗌左個鹵味併盤 $9x都新鮮好食 基本有既質素純粹覺得貴貴地 因為旺角肥姐都唔駛咁貴烏卒卒炒飯 $188即係黑松露炒飯 上面個4舊係蛋豆腐有獲氣 表面睇落好足料點知食落無咩味 好似無落鹽咁啲豆腐正常水準喇非常失望 因為呢個價錢我地期待係好好食 令我會再回頭既餐廳。。。嗌左兩杯cocktail珠光寶氣 $128有hk白酒 有lime 有mint 有beer 有碟豆花諗住有白酒呢個配搭幾過癮 於是試試佢但我地發現唔係好夾 怪怪地都係普普通通既野最穩陣🤣嘆茶 $128有jasmine tea 有honey 有梅酒呀又幾好飲喎 我地都係因為有梅酒成分而嗌呢杯野架開頭以為佢係熱 因為放左係呢個杯到總括黎講 回頭指數不太高但如果就咁同朋友黎飲杯野都ok既裝修都幾靚 適宜打卡😝 繼續閱讀
