叫了2款lunch set 🍴蒸武門 1972 $168荷葉銀鱈魚滑豆腐陳皮欖豉醬銀鱈魚嫩滑 夾住豆腐品嚐 不錯🍴煙脂扣 1987鐵板慢煮和牛牛面 $188和牛牛面用鐵板送上 沙沙聲 用紙巾擋一擋黑椒汁 超級懷舊和牛牛面口感軟熟 不會太老 沒有overcooked 2款lunch set均送上湯白虎點秋香+包青天+甜蜜蜜即是餐湯 + 餐 + 甜品個人認為以中環地區來說 百幾蚊一份午市套餐來說相對上算得上性價比高🍴黑牛 (套餐+$28)七八十年代的飲品 都是第一次品嚐所謂的「黑牛」 原來是朱古力雪糕加可口可樂甜甜的又有氣泡 挺有趣 一試懷舊風味由於平日晚上都比較滿座 兩次經過都失望而回所以便多選兩三款小菜滿足自己的食慾🍴肉隨鐵板上 $26812oz肉眼 跟鐵板 黑胡椒汁 跟羅素湯飽肚之選🍴金蝦脫殼 $148細細碟 有6-8舊左右 每隻蝦都炸得鬆脆可口外殼以鹹蛋黃作炸粉 配以黑松露汁 非常新穎難怪是餐廳推介🍴梅蘭花 $68一碟細小的配菜 以梅菜炒西蘭花 絕對創新 不錯不錯總結:要試中西合璧 這間確實不錯 晚上氣氛很好 可與三五知己chill drink 繼續閱讀

約朋友食生日飯朋友鍾意中菜見呢間網上面有咁多好評,個名又鬼鬼馬馬就決定試吓呢間結果就食到成肚氣平心而論呢間食物OK嘅三個人叫咗串燒、牛歡喜、花甲(當日冇蟶子)同埋八仙過海煲仔飯另外仲叫咗三個甜品同嘢飲總括嚟講食物質素唔錯個人幾鍾意牛歡喜同八仙過海其他都叫正正常常但服務態度真係唔掂話說朋友生日原先諗住買蛋糕打電話去問嘅時候佢話$150切餅費叫我哋喺嗰度嗌兩個甜品可以送埋煙花蠟燭好啦信佢決定唔買蛋糕諗住有煙花蠟燭影相靚啲去到嘅時候仲特登提過地下酒吧嗰層嘅Staff話陣間會order甜品記得要有蠟燭當時個男職員仲口口聲聲話:「得啦記得啦...你哋今日喺電話講過㗎喇,唔洗提咁多次!」結果最後係逐個甜品放低就走唔好話煙花蠟燭連普通蠟燭仔都唔見我哋即刻同返拎甜品過嚟嗰個女職員講佢仲要好似乜都唔知咁話係咩跟住先施施然拎返支煙花蠟燭返嚟完全破壞晒個氣氛即係咁如果你話我冇事先提過你都話啫事先喺電話度提過特登去到餐廳之後再提過你地啲Staff都可以做漏提你嘅時候仲要俾你串我長氣但最後又真係冇溝通過做漏晒啲嘢咁其實你餐廳內部啲員工有冇溝通嘅呢?同埋我唔覺得對客係啲咁樣嘅態度雖然某位男職員可能覺得只係玩玩下求其回應但我唔覺得俾錢過嚟食飯仲要受你氣囉一餐飯食到成肚氣一句講晒食物就算再好食都唔會再去 繼續閱讀

考完試要食好啲🥰 呢間餐廳店如其名 主打fusion菜 每款菜式無論配搭定係個名都好特別👻 服務又好 十個推薦!!.1️⃣李小龍蝦 (8.8/10)原隻起肉龍蝦🦞肉質彈牙鮮甜 但份量不多配有四塊銀絲卷 香脆唔油膩🥰煉奶打成泡沫 大大降低甜度可以點秘製黑椒醬食 滿足🤍.2️⃣八仙過海 (9/10)多款海鮮包括紅蝦, 帶子, 鮮魷等個人最鍾意蜆肉同埋魚片👻唔會有任何腥味飯焦香脆可口🧅食到粒粒洋蔥配埋秘製淋醬一流.3️⃣一帶一蘆 (8.2/10)北海道帶子片包住蘆筍加咗南乳同腐乳醬估唔到呢個組合出奇地夾😳蘆筍同帶子都好清甜但醬汁稍嫌有少少蓋過咗松露嘅味道🙈.4️⃣破漿重圓 (9/10)食過就知完全冇改錯名🤭咬開一層薄皮 薑汁爆曬出嚟 差啲嗆親😹仲有細細粒花生同糯米係好特別嘅甜品🙌🏼 繼續閱讀

老友鬼鬼 $128名符其實油炸鬼?唔係咁簡單架🤣入面仲有墨魚滑😋😋😋食落口感幾豐富😋加埋甜酸醬perfect ❤️嘰哩咕嚕 $188超級懷念咕嚕肉嘅味道🥺新鮮熱辣個啖真係好好好味啊😋而且有菠蘿乾,仲有新鮮菠蘿🍍呢碟真心推介趁熱食😋😋😋送飯一流😍😍😍李小龍蝦 $208龍蝦殼上已經有拆好嘅龍蝦肉🤤底下有黑椒汁好惹味🤩旁邊有炸銀絲卷,仲配上煉奶泡泡😏甜甜地好特別😎下次想happy hour黎飲杯野食下小食😝因為成個環境都好chill😍😍😍真係李好味啊😋 繼續閱讀

成日以為呢間係酒吧無飯食 但之前見有人寫過review講佢啲野食 我今次又去試下先🤓 呢間餐廳原來有兩層 好大😵 佢地個餐牌上啲名都好fusion😆 叫左一個鹽焗有米雞 同金蝦脫殼而鹽焗有米雞製作時間要一個鐘 都諗咗好耐要唔要等 但係對佢好有期待所以決定等😍好彩等左一個鐘完全無失望!!!🤩先講講金蝦脫殼 其實佢係鹹蛋黃炸蝦 個蝦炸得好脆 蝦肉好爽滑 夾埋個咸蛋簡直一流😍 鹽焗有米雞係超好食!!!!佢係將糯米飯塞左入隻燒雞度焗 入邊仲有鮑魚 由於焗左成粒鐘 鮑魚嘅鮮味滲晒入去啲糯米飯度等咗一個鐘都好都真係超值🤤另外叫咗佢哋嘅觀音兵 好飲到飲咗兩杯😂😂😂 其實佢係一杯gin based嘅cocktail 入面有隻鐵觀音甜酒同梳打水 飲入口非常濃郁嘅鐵觀音味 同埋清甜嘅果香 而我都唔知係咩水果 有少少似荔枝 總之成杯嘢飲非常夾 茶味果味加上仲有氣 非常易入口 甜得來又好清新仲會上癮添😆😆😆如果大家去開我極度推介呢杯!!!😍I thought it’s a bar instead of restaurant, until I saw some food reviews on Instagram! This restaurant is quite big, with 2 floors. The name of dishes on the menu were pretty interesting, and they seemed to be fusion dishes! We got a Shrimply the Best, and a “Full of rice” Chicken. But we gotta wait for an hour for the chicken. I did struggle whether or not we should get that, but it did arouse my interest! So we got it at last! The food definitely didn’t let me down! The Shrimply the Best was actually deep fried prawns with salty egg yolk and black truffle. It was crunchy on the outside and firm inside. And it went super well with salty egg yolk, yummm! The stuffed chicken was out of this world!!!! It was basically grilled chicken with stuffed sticky rice and abalone! The sweetness of abalone soaked through the sticky rice, and made the rice scrumptious!!🤩 It’s absolutely worth an hour wait!!!I also ordered a Guanyin Soldier, and it’s so good that I had 2 of it! 🤓It’s gin based, with Guan Yin Cordial, and soda water. There’s a strong Tie Guan Yin tea flavor, and it’s fruitful at the same time. Well I couldn’t tell what fruit it was, mmm lychee maybe? I don’t know haha🙈 Anyways everything in the glass went very well with each other - the nice aroma of tea, refreshing fruit flavor with bubbles! It’s sweet, but refreshing in a sense, and most important of all, it’s addictive! 😆This is the cocktail I highly recommend if you visit this restaurant! ❤️ 繼續閱讀
