.Great authentic Japanese skewers restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui..⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⒷⒺⓈⓉ ③ ⭐️⭐️⭐️.1️⃣ 𝕆𝕩 𝕋𝕠𝕟𝕘𝕦𝕖This thick-cut grilled ox tongue was so good with the fatty and slightly chewy texture. (The sauce on the side was not my thing that it’s quite sour. 尖沙咀呢間串燒店一直都好想試,今次先試試佢地嘅lunch set!裝修好有日本風格,環境好企理乾淨,門口遮蔽,私隱度很高。銀鱈魚西京燒定食~定食包沙律、麵豉湯、數款漬物、蒸蛋、銀鱈魚、白飯,甜品。蒸蛋超滑溜,上面仲有啲柚子碎,食落好清新。銀鱈魚表皮燒得薄脆,魚身好厚,入口有陣陣炙燒味。連碗日本白飯都好香,粒粒分明。4種博多木戶特色蔬菜卷串燒拼盤(定食)~每款串燒都會包住一款蔬菜或水果,感覺好特別同有創意,但略嫌咸咗少少。雞串燒5串拼盤(定食)~能夠一次過食5款雞串燒,味道唔錯,但覺得有少少過火。日本大和雞翼、雞腿肉、雞柳、雞肝。雞翼有少少乾身,雞肝好夠味。 繼續閱讀

📆1 𝑱𝒖𝒍 21由於假期關係只做𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉唔做散叫𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓,我地就𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅兩個餐🍱南蠻炸雞 💰138侍應捧餐來嘅時候係未有主菜,當我地覺得奇怪之際,侍應就叫我地襯熱食住蒸蛋先😅⋯⋯我諗下次我會要求同主菜一齊來,起碼白飯唔會攤到暖晒😃南蠻炸雞炸到皮薄濕潤,唔係坊間常見嘅炸到乾身,加上自製惹味沙律醬(粒粒迷你蛋黃,洋蔥…),肉嫩再加上粒粒蛋黃,除左炸雞好食之外,醬汁真係功不可沒,值得一食再食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍱農場雞🍢🔥五款拼盤 💰138都係配菜先來,🍢後上。分別有雞腎(非常爽口),雞皮(脆口冇多餘油份),雞軟骨(硬身得滯🥲),雞翼(香口但略嫌瘦左𝒅😅),雞肉(唔錯)。驚喜不足,不過不失。餐後有甜品送,幾煙韌😆喺我地食到尾聲之際,見到隔離台食梗蒲燒鰻魚,上台後附有專用爐可以一路食一路慢火🔥,鰻魚賣相亦好吸引,應該好好食😍⋯⋯下次來一定要食呢個餐😌😂值得一提嘅係碗白飯☺️,粒粒飯都勁黏,絕對係成餐飯嘅亮點💡,仲可以添飯,我同老公添左一碗𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 😆⚡️假期只有𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉 𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒖。記得提一提侍應主菜𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚先上,唔好配菜來先😂另外入口位有𝒅矮,高大人士真係要小心睇頭🙇🏻⚡️ 繼續閱讀

趁住星期六放假就係尖沙咀book左間酒店staycation,諗住checkin 前係附近食個lunch先!男朋友好鍾意食日本野,於是 to就搵到間叫「木户KIDO」嘅居酒屋試下!講到日式定食,我自己最鍾意就一定食燒銀鱈魚!所以就叫左份「銀鱈魚西京燒」(HK$178)試下~定食內都有包左前菜、茶碗蒸、白飯、麵豉湯、小碟漬物,同埋甜品!佢地嘅茶碗蒸都好有心思!蒸蛋真係好香滑,較特別嘅係佢地用左柚子碎,味道清新開胃!因為實在太肚餓,所以食物一黎到就忍唔住食咗啖魚,真係超好味!淋上西京醬汁去慢燒銀鱈魚,入口味道香甜,肉質滑溜!魚皮亦都燒到啱啱好,表皮輕微薄脆但皮下層又帶有香滑油脂嘅質感;值得一提嘅係,就連佢地嘅白飯都超高水準!飯粒甘甜黏稠,略帶彈牙口感,配埋份銀鱈魚西京燒,一流!我份「銀鱈魚西京燒」仲有兩塊銀鱈魚添架,所以就同男朋友一齊share!而佢就叫左份「宮崎南蠻炸雞咖喱飯」(HK$145)。因為聽聞餐廳嘅南蠻炸雞好出名,係日本人總廚嘅祖傳秘方秘製而成,但我地又好想食咖喱飯,所以就叫左呢份,又有炸雞又有咖喱飯嘅定食!餐牌上都有得揀就咁南蠻炸雞定食架!佢嘅咖喱同出面唔同,相比之下咖喱醬汁較香濃,但就唔係香滑個種質感。而炸雞肉質都算滑嘅,但可能因為冇同咖哩汁分開上,所以食個時表皮已經冧左。但整體黎講都幾好味😋我地當日甜品係黃豆粉蕨餅,本身想睇下有冇得再單點串燒試下,可惜而家午市只有定食,唯有下次夜晚再黎過!🙈 繼續閱讀

Recommended by foodie friend- Japanese restaurant that specializes in kushiage (deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables) and yakitori (skewered pork or chicken grilled over a charcoal fire).Must try dish include:Raw Vegetable strips with dip made with 蟹膏. When server came with the dip (with a candle keeping it warm), she recommended that we should keep stirring the dip till it became very smooth . Normally not a fan of crab, but the dip was really creamy and yummy. Flamed chicken- it was advertised on the restaurant’s door that the chicken was one of the best breeds from Japan, cooked with special recipe that’s been in the Japanese chef’s family for more than 60 years. Picky eater managed to get a shot of the chef at work flaming the chicken. Server came with it on a sizzling plate, warned us not to burn ourselves and warned that the chicken was only half cooked. Indeed the chicken meat tasted very tender and meaty. There was a layer of cabbage which soaked up all the chicken fat and the sauce- which was sooo yummy. Server commented he really loved the cabbage too.Came with a spoonful of chili paste. Whilst I didn’t take spicy, Picky Eater thought the chili paste was very good.Other chicken skewers we tried included the chicken bottom, chicken wings, chicken heart, chicken neck and chicken skin. I loved the chicken bottom best. Chicken skin was also perfectly done: crispy and thin and not greasy.We saw some fish hanging next to the grill and asked server what those were. She replied those were 一夜乾, made by smoking fresh 香魚. Server said most restaurants served frozen ones so this, being freshly made by the chef, was worth trying. Normally not a fan of small bones, I enjoyed my fish- meaty.At suggestion of server, also tried the deep fried 宮崎目光魚 (Mehikari)- 5 of them per serving. Preferred the 一夜乾.Rice ball was well made. Only kushiage dish of the nite was deep fried abalone. Came with the Sauce used for Tonkatsu. We both thought the abalone tasted good enough on its own; adding the sauce was too much. Another dish that was too salty was the beef tongue. We had 1 piece each, couldn’t finish. Restaurant didn’t offer any desserts.One thing worth noting was the friendly service throughout the restaurant. Even tho it was busy, servers walking past wd actually look at u to see how u were enjoying your meal, and offer advice or tips on the dishes.In summary : recommended.
