Everything was so perfectly cooked and seasoned! 🐟Tuna tartare HKD 128💭There’s something particularly exciting about ordering off a menu without knowing exactly what those items are. When I picked item 4 on their seasonal special menu, I had no idea it was tuna tartare with egg yolk and sesame seeds, served with seaweed and ice cream cones😂 The tuna tartare was super fresh with a lovely umami flavour😍 A great pair with the seaweed👍🏻👅 Grilled Ox Tongue 厚燒牛舌 (1 份)HKD 88💭Considering the portion size (slices into approximately 10 stripes), the perfect sear on the outside and the juicy pink centre, this was truly great value for money and the quality was just superb! Among all the amazing skewers and grills , this was the one item that first prompted me to pay a visit to @kido.hk the very next day!😍 Will definitely reorder if I am to revisit! 👍🏻🐤Chicken thigh skewer 大和雞雞腿肉 (大腿)HKD 39💭 Hands down the best chicken thigh skewers I have ever had! Super strong chicken-y flavour with a very bouncy texture without being chewy at all. Never knew a simple chicken skewer could taste so refined and elevated!👍🏻🍎Apple pork skewer 富士蘋果豚肉串 HKD 36💭 With a touch of sweetness from the fuji apples, quite a unique combo! Though I do prefer separating the savoury and the sweet🙈🐷Cheesy pork skewer with chinese chives 韭菜芝士豚肉卷 HKD 39💭Recommended by the chef who claimed this to be a super popular item. That burst of flavour really was great strong and perfect for lovers of Chinese chives 韭菜! They also used quality cheese on top for the cheesy sear, think it was shredded mozzarella which had more of a mild flavour and created that cheese 🧀-pull effect without being too overpowering. But because we waited way too long for this final dish and had built up super high hopes, it wasn’t as a impressive as I had expected. 🦑Grilled squid 醬油燒魷魚 HKD 138🐟Grilled mackerel pike燒秋刀魚 HKD 38💭The grilled squid was super springy and tender at the same time 😍 and the grilled mackerel pike had such a unique flavour! Really enjoyed both items!Genuinely impressed by the skills, techniques and experience of the chefs! Everything is prepared right in front of you which is quite an experience in itself. I had a great time just sitting there observing the difference between the demeanour of the more experienced chef and the relatively junior chef, how calm the former remained despite the pressure of having dozens of orders coming in at the same time, as well as the dynamics between them. Do remember to book though as they are quite a petite restaurant and was pretty full on the night we went! 今朝飲酒今朝醉,自己嚟到木户買醉,中意嘅係呢度嘅店員專業得黎亦好nice,我當然唔客氣地先黎一合枡嘅sake,今次係唎酒師介紹嘅呢款叫伝心 雪 純米吟釀。口感清甜易入口,都啱女士飲,而且一合枡黎做單位,啱晒一晚流流長自己一個飲悶酒🙈咁仲叫左d串燒黎食,見到海鮮類有個鮎魚一夜干,亦即日本鯰魚,而我最鍾意食一夜工嘅原因,當然就係因為佢大大咁將一條平平無奇嘅魚,濃縮而成,加劇左魚嘅咸鮮味道,木户嘅燒一夜干簡單粗暴,燒完出黎偏黑但肉質依然保持鮮嫩,頭尾部分因為已經烤到乾脆可以直接食晒,簡單用鹽調味配上sake,中和左串燒嘅乾感同增加鮎魚嘅鮮味👍🏻 繼續閱讀

辛苦左一日又到happy friday,難得第日係短週,當然要好好咁獎勵一下自己,所以就跟同事去咗一間佢十分推介嘅餐廳,位於尖沙咀棉登徑哪木户,係一間串燒而聞名哪居酒屋,至於價錢同質素當然有返咁上下份量🤔呢度完全冇一d所謂哪dinner set,純粹係單點方式,你鍾意見到啲乜嘢就食乜嘢,喺座位嘅後面亦有一大排酒櫃,想當然要搵返d同酒夾哪菜式啦,店員就推薦呢個seafood love sake menu比我,當中仲有我最中意食哪燒魚,係和哥山嘅自家製一夜干,係一種日本傳統嘅保存魚類鮮味嘅技術,類似風乾技熟,而喺吧枱前面就正正係幾個炭火架,全部即叫即燒,見住佢將秘製汁搽滿成條一夜干,但入口竟然唔算濃味,第一口係焦香味爆發,第二口先係魚乾嘅味道,另外加配嘅呢一合枡sake $148,飲完杯再飲木盒剩下嘅酒,最後帶著滿意同幾分醉意離開。我同同事就鍾意佢呢度處理串燒嘅方法! 繼續閱讀

炭火做燒烤嘅餐廳香港唔係好多間😱朋友今次介紹呢間好鬼正😱😱純日本嘅味道🇯🇵,食物全部都精心炮製,所以等候時間比較長,見師傅樣樣都即場燒烤,睇得又食得😌我點左串東京灣鮑魚串揚,上枱精緻,水準高,鮑魚彈牙鮮甜,保留到食材的原汁原味🇯🇵有靚海鮮當然唔少得一杯清酒👉🏻出羽櫻泉十段吟釀酒精感出,喺口腔餘韻揮之不去就連其他員工都好專業,值得推介!⛩⛩越食越掛住日本🤤,好想快啲同朋友去旅行,喺日本居酒屋食好飲好🥳 繼續閱讀

尖沙咀接收工過到嚟棉登徑飲番杯。本身成條街四五點都仲係餐廳落場時間,但一搭正六點,這條街就已經開始旺起上嚟!附近啲打工仔都放左工嘆番杯先。木户係間串燒專門店,仲有吧枱可以坐正師傅面前欣賞佢地燒烤。我叫咗一串東京灣鮑魚串揚($78) 加左一合枡 出羽櫻泉十段吟釀 ($138)串揚火候控制得啱啱好,夾雜少許炭香味,加少少檸檬汁一齊食,冇咁油膩。配埋清酒🍶,好有日式嘅感覺,有消膩提鮮嘅效果。臨走時越來越多人,舖頭都變得熱鬧起嚟👍🏻👍🏻非常地道! 繼續閱讀
