傳統中菜館總是大堆頭菜式,加上款式難見新突破,平時都是趁過時過節的家庭聚會才會去,不過位於銅鑼灣、新開張的月下酌主打新派精緻粵菜,發揮無盡創意,驚喜不斷。餐廳命名為「月下酌」,取其居高臨下的優勢,「月」與「粵」同音,同時連繫廚藝團隊的精巧菜單,餐廳設計得猶如西式酒吧,型格時尚,不落俗套。內裡充滿空間感,開揚寬敞,打造低調奢華的用餐氛圍,更顯尊貴氣派。落地玻璃可以遠眺維港景致及銅鑼灣街景,入夜後迷人夜景盡入眼簾。Tasting Menu以人數收費,每位$588,從前菜、湯羹、海鮮、肉類、蔬菜、主食至甜品一應俱全,一次過嚐遍多款新派粵式風味。驕陽似火的盛夏,胃口變得越來越挑剔,燈影牛展及秘制素叉燒兩道前菜,激發舌尖味蕾的新活力。燈影牛展纖細的肉質幾乎不需要多咀嚼,麻辣與肉香平衡有序,喚醒沉睡的味蕾。秘制素叉燒色澤鮮亮,混合蜜汁香甜味道,以麵筋打造的口感可以媲美真實叉燒,但就沒有肥肉的大量飽和脂肪。准杞花膠燉響螺由於燉湯沒有直接受火,不容易流失水分,保留最豐富的營養成份,補而不燥。湯色清澈見底,喝得出沒加味精,最能品嚐食材去蕪存菁的原味,裡面真材實料,加上含豐富的膠原蛋白的養顏花膠,每一口盡是精華,喝完如此滋補的燉湯,頓時感到暖身又暖心。自家製XO醬炒北海道珍寶帶子XO 醬將食材與佐料融合一體,鮮香惹味令人胃口大開,為帶子起提鮮之效。大粒肥厚的北海道帶子肉身光滑細緻,味甜富彈性。主菜可選和牛或黑豚,擺盤賣相精緻優雅,滿足視覺和味覺的饗宴。芥末燒汁和牛粒芥末燒汁微辣而不刺鼻,既能牽引出小鮮肉的油香,更可以平衡和牛的油脂,配合得天衣無縫。和牛中心仍保持嫩紅色,一放入口就吃得出是上乘品質,肉質鬆軟卻仍帶有嚼勁,肉汁飽滿,突出濃郁而有層次的肉味。奇妙黑豚骨菜式名字充滿神秘感,不禁令人疑惑怎樣的味道為之奇妙,其實是黑豚肉佐以蛋黃醬,增添了滑順口感。黑豚肉每口都是啖啖肉,肉質特別鬆化柔嫩,一口咬下充滿肉汁,沾上蛋黃醬加倍滋味。杞子腐竹濃湯浸娃娃菜一上枱椒香已是撲鼻而來,胡椒的辣味徹底融入奶白的湯頭內,呷一口暖入心扉。娃娃菜全然吸收湯底精華,如此暖胃熟悉的味道不禁讓人想起經典潮州菜 - 胡椒豬肚湯。黑松茸燴飯舖面的原隻鮑魚鼓壯飽滿,口感緊緻,封存海中鮮味。飯粒煮至軟硬適中,不會過份濕軟熟爛,吸滿黑松茸的幽郁菌香。桂花燉雪梨桂花香氣沁人心脾,留下清甜甘香的餘韻,甜而不膩。肉厚多汁的雪梨果肉晶瑩細滑,滲出天然清甜果香,潤喉得來沒有半點酸味。另外還點了兩杯無酒精的mocktail,酸甜清爽,冰凍透心涼。到訪用膳的每位賓客可以獲贈兩個成人外科口罩,服務夠貼心。 繼續閱讀

My friend and I decided to try out this newly opened restaurant at Causeway Bay. Moonyue is located on the top floor of Cubus, which is right next to Lee Garden three, so is very easy to access.I particularly liked environment, it is mainly decorated with black marble and rose gold. It has a great atmosphere, we were seated at the window seat next to the view.They have 2 options for the lunch menu:- set per person - 2/4/6 person set We decided to have the set per person because we would like to try out the soup.For starter I have chosen 皮蛋豆腐 (preserved egg and tofu)The texture of the tofu is nice and soft, it has a strong soy flavour, which goes really well with the sauce as well as the preserved eggs. The surprise element is the pork floss, which added another layer of texture as well as flavour to the dish, which I really liked. Also I liked how the sauce didn’t over power the flavour of the tofu and preserved eggs.For the soup I went for 粟米魚肚羹 (corn and fish maw soup)The soup has quite a lot of ingredients (corn and fish maw) in it, so it gave some additional texture to the soup. It also came with some bread crouton, which gave a good texture balance. However, I think it will be better if they can reduce the thickness of the soup. The flavour of the soup is nice, with strong taste of corn that did not over power the fish maw.For my main course, I have chosen 瑤柱蛋白海鮮炒飯 (Dried scallop, egg white and seafood fried rice).The rice is cooked nicely not too hard, not too soggy, which is crucial to fried rice. I really liked the texture of the dried scallops, it was crispy, which also gave an enhancing flavour to the dish. The egg white mixed well with the rice and diced prawn. This is a good option for people who want a light lunch.Last but not least, we ordered 桂花烏龍茶 (Osmanthus Oolong tea). It was a good balance between the oolong and osmanthus flavour, is a perfect way to finish the course.The service was very good, overall it was a good dinning experience. 今日同朋友黎咗銅鑼灣新開業嘅月下酌食中午,餐廳既環境好特別,主要以玫瑰金同黑色為主色調,再用雲石裝飾,好有格調。餐廳採光度十足,感覺開明。午市套餐有2款:每位三道菜既菜單/二人餐、四人餐、六人餐我同朋友各點左個一人餐,我揀左前菜:胡麻沙律湯羹:南瓜羹主菜:豉汁臘味排骨蒸飯胡麻沙拉蔬菜好新鮮,加上胡麻醬十分開胃。南瓜羹南瓜同蟹肉味平衡得好,南瓜味重同creamy,而蟹肉味濃同好足料,好有驚喜!豉汁臘味排骨蒸飯即叫即蒸既臘味排骨飯豉汁好香,排骨夠淋身而且多汁,臘腸好香口又唔會太膩,成個組合加埋好夾。職員都好nice,服務質數好好。想特別推介月下酌既性價比,以呢個價錢係有格調既餐廳食到有水準而且分量多既中午十分難得,好滿意 繼續閱讀
