S u k i y a k i 🌸⁣最近好掛住日本既美食 🥺 難得同屋企人去外出食飯 就選擇咗日山 ⛰ ⁣⁣/竹 $880/⁣呢個都算試到幾多菜色 前菜野菜煮和牛壽司 同埋重點既 壽喜燒‼️⁣成個 set 最鍾意西冷部分既壽喜燒 🧡 肉質好柔軟而且肉味十足 一食落去就有好濃既肉香 點埋生蛋食真係好 perfect 🤣 ⁣食完肉仲可以將剩下既蛋汁拎去撈飯 🥚🍚⁣唯一問題係套餐唔算好多野食 如果好大食既話有機會要再 a la carte 😆⁣⁣整體黎講想試sukiyaki 有想睇下海景都可以來試試 不過 CP值唔算非常高 🙈⁣ 繼續閱讀

I had such high hopes for Hiyama when I heard this michelin-starred sukiyaki restaurant in Japan was going to open a branch in HK, but it turned out to be a quite disappointing experience...As a huge meat lover, it was supposed to be great to see beef in all courses of the meal, right from the appetizers. However, these raw beef/beef sashi appetizers weren’t as flavorful or fresh as I expected. To be even more blunt, they were tasteless. Didn’t fulfill the purpose of being a refreshing start of the meal at all.Yet, here comes the most disappointing part of the meal, also the ‘climax’ of the sukiyaki experience. In my opinion, sukiyaki must be served smoking hot and it’s important for the chef to prepare it at or next to your table, so that everything could be served right after it’s done. However, the way Hiyama did it was serving the beef for us to take a few pictures, then took them to the corner of the dining room to cook. So when the beef was served, its temperature has already gone down.This matcha lava tart was the best part of the meal. Extremely rich in matcha flavor, it actually tasted bitter in the beginning then eventually became sweet later on. As a whole, Hiyama does not live up to its fame in my opinion. 每次經過呢間餐廳都比佢既門口吸引住,好想入去試下😍不過之前一直都冇咁既機會😅竟然今日終於可以入去食返餐,真係好驚喜😍😍😍佢個門口真係好靚,入到去要先經過一條兩邊擺曬竹葉既走廊,入到去非常光猛,配合埋佢嗰種日系既設計,環境真係一流😍😍入到去先知到原來另一半超細心特登book左個海景位,不過張枱既擺法就有啲奇怪😂兩個人平排坐對住個海食野😂我估應該係因為餐廳係疫情既policy要放少啲枱先會咁擺,正常應該唔會咁座😂雖然有啲奇怪,不過全程都可以望住個海食野都真係幾享受😍雖然嗰條欄杆有啲礙眼😂午餐相對晚餐比較抵食,雖然午市套餐都有佢既招牌菜壽喜燒食,不過都唔算平,寧願留返夜晚再黎先食🙈我地一人叫左一個餐,我叫左個銀鱈魚西京燒,另一半就叫左個燒汁燉和牛😛套餐包前菜,茶碗蒸,湯同甜品,都算幾多野食。首先黎左個前菜,係梅子蕃茄果凍,炸豆腐餅同茶碗蒸。梅子蕃茄果凍食落好清甜好開胃,估唔到呢個配搭會咁夾😍豆腐餅雖然係炸,但系佢個汁可以做到一啲油都冇,真系要佩服日本菜既精緻度可以做到幾犀利😂茶碗蒸加左蟹肉一齊,好甜好滑,真係冇得彈😍到上主菜,侍應特別強調米飯係日本既越光米,食落真係好香😍剩係用漬物送飯都可以食幾碗😛不過點都要食下個主菜既😅銀鱈魚真係好正,西京燒既味道做得非常出色,食到有好香既味噌味道,甜味岩岩好,唔點沙律醬都好好食,唔會覺得好滯。魚皮燒到脆脆的,成件事真係好香好好食。個沙律都唔可以忽視,佢用既菜唔同一般平時餐廳用既椰菜絲,佢用左幾種唔同既菜好似大根,春菊等等,再配埋佢個自家制醬汁,真系超正😍唯一有啲失色既係啲酸既沙律汁放左系啲魚隔離,流左少少去啲魚度,如果搵啲野隔一隔就更加好。食埋個燒汁燉和牛,一樣都係超好食🥺估唔到燒汁味道都掩蓋唔到和牛嗰種牛香味,加上係燉既關係真係好軟,接近入口即溶既境界😍燒汁唔會好鹹,送飯食非常夾,有呢道餸再襯埋個咁好食既飯真係食幾多都唔厭🙈而且最估唔到既就係佢份量都唔算少,牛肉既份量仲多過平時茶餐廳啲咖哩牛腩既牛肉😂真係好滿足😍最後甜品係柚子雪糕,食落都幾清新,不過食食下就感覺有啲似雪凍左既柚子蜜😂總括黎講,呢餐真系食得好滿足,環境正,服務好,食物質素高,價錢配合佢呢個份量都叫合理。埋單平均一個人$300,可以歎到個咁靚既景,食到啲咁好食既食物,真係值得既。試過佢地既午市定食,真係會搞到人心喐喐想試下夜晚黎食佢地既招牌菜壽喜燒🙈遲啲一定會再黎食過😂 繼續閱讀

提早預訂兩星期 終於試到有日本嚟嘅壽喜燒 午餐四人 叫咗二人壽喜燒五餐 魚生飯定食 同埋日本和牛扒定食壽喜燒係好食既 但唔係好似日本咁有人係你面前整俾你食 佢只係拎兩塊牛俾你望下影下相 然後就拎去煮 有點令人失望其他野食正常 冇驚喜整身諗住再試吓佢既晚飯 但今日赫然發現佢地晚食價錢每個足足加左200蚊 同3月頭比差不多加左三成 太過份了 所以最後決定都係唔幫襯住啦 未去到咁想食同咁好食既程度囉 繼續閱讀

早在兩個星期前已經預訂好!比預期好味,可能因為無得去日本的關係啦⋯⋯不過overall都值9分(10分滿分)尤其是服務態度,非常之細心及有親切。值得欣賞及讚賞!食物質素都好好,價錢方面都唔貴!當然,因人而異!如果想食,可以選擇中午前來。因為lunch set價錢比較相宜,質素都可以保持。魚生飯及壽喜燒非常好味。如果疫情過後,一班人一齊飯局都係我不異之選! 繼續閱讀
