 今次去左食雞粥曾經雞粥作為香港人既經典宵夜但近年已經好少聽人講會宵夜食雞粥所以雞粥餐廳化加埋家常小菜反而受歡迎粥底綿綿,單係啖粥底已經好出色以多種食材煲煮而成,不花巧最考功夫 招牌貴妃雞粥,脆炸魷魚,XO醬叉燒炒蛋雞粥$52,魷魚$55,炒蛋$63 加$17可配套餐例湯每天一款,今天是老黃瓜黃豆豬骨 由於小菜同雞粥都係即點即煮先上例湯,湯水清熱去膩開胃,只係略為多油係好常家既味道湯水招牌雞粥呢度既雞粥係招牌中既招牌點都要試一碗,上幾個月黎過食,好回味今次再食,水準依舊 即叫即煮,雞肉本身已經滷浸得好入味食既時候,雞肉仍然保持鮮嫩,肉質香嫩細心食仲會食得出有淡淡藥材香粥身綿滑稠身 脆炸魷魚 可能係香港炸得最好食既炸魷魚!!!係最傳統既港式口味,粉漿完全包裹粗身既魷魚每條魷魚鬚都係彈牙爽身,粗大有口感本身已經有調味,可以話係招牌2號!另外朋友就食左小菜連飯加湯 叉燒同蛋既比較1:1 啖啖都食到叉燒!!蛋炒得嫩,仍然保有蛋汁,加上自家XO醬令平凡無奇既炒蛋添加了一分辣香估唔到出奇地咁夾,最後仲食清曬!!蛋夠滑,叉燒夠多,XO醬令2者變得味道更豐富 繼續閱讀

We hadn't had congee in a long long time so decided to have a congee lunch when we passed by this branch of the famous congee restaurant in Shau Kei Wan. It was not a simple congee restaurant but served a lot of other food  including different 中式小炒.Their lunch sets offered much better value for money with a congee including a side (cheung fun or fried noodles) and a hot drink. You could top up your drinks by paying extra.Not having had breakfast, we ordered two congee lunch sets plus two mains and a cheung fun to share.生滾貴妃雞粥 + 蝦腸 + 熱豆漿 at $58We couldn't not order this because it was their signature! There were quite a few pieces of chicken, including chicken leg and breast meat, which were very well seasoned and rich in chicken flavour. They added flavour to the congee, which itself was very 棉, and made it very tasty! It was quite a good combo indeed.The shrimps in the cheung fun were very giant and meaty while the rice sheet rolls were very smooth! Only the more expensive congee set can order this cheung fun as a side.There was no more cold soy bean milk so we asked for hot ones. They were sweet to the right degree! Yummy!生滾魚腩粥 + 叉燒腸 + 熱豆漿 at $45The fish belly pieces were very very tender and smooth. They were very fresh indeed. Some sliced gingers were added in case some people may find the fish 腥. There were some bones so people who dont like fish bones have to be mindful.Portion was so big as the three cheung funs were all very thick!香脆炸兩腸粉 at $20It was very good as the rice sheet roll was thin and smooth yet the 油炸鬼 inside was still very fresh and thin and crispy. It was good even without adding any sweet or peanut sauce to it.菠蘿咕嚕肉 at $53Portion was giant as there were really numerous pork pieces! The pork pieces were not bad as the batter wasn't too thick and they were well seasoned. Very appetising dish indeed.豉椒炒黃鳝 at $74Similarly, portion was huge as there were loads of 黃膳 cut into small pieces. They were freshly stir-fried and were super elastic! Even the bones were edible. There were loads of accompanying sides like sweet peppers, onions and spring onion. The whole dish was well seasoned.Overall quality of food was quite nice, especially 豉椒炒黃鳝,  香脆炸兩腸粉, 蝦腸 and congee. 今日見天色咁好,能見度頗高,收工後決定同男朋友去石澳睇星🌟🌟❤️。我地先係筲箕灣食左晚飯先,見依間餐廳D 嘢食好似都唔錯,就入去試試🤗。餐廳都好乾淨企理,疫情關係枱與枱之間都有透明膠板隔住,幾衛生。店員仲好好俾左信封入住個口罩,好貼心☺️。睇翻餐牌,食物以粥品同腸粉為主,款式甚多😋。另外,仲有粉面飯類同小菜選擇。店員經介紹我地可以試下貴妃雞粥同乳鴿👍。貴妃雞粥都幾大碗🤤,雞件數量都多,好滑同好有雞味。粥亦煮得好綿,唔覺有落到味精😆。韭黃蝦仁炒蛋韭黃好新鮮,有咬口,蝦仁好彈牙🦐,炒蛋都好嫩滑,炒得剛剛好,好味。我地加左17元叫埋一個白飯同例湯,係粉葛豬骨湯,味道不錯的,都幾足料👏👏。另外,我地叫左2個小食,分別係脆皮乳鴿同酥炸魷魚鬚。酥炸魷魚鬚是即叫即炸的🦑,好鬆脆,魷魚彈口而有鮮味,點上少許豉油食好夾。脆皮乳鴿外皮炸得香脆,乳鴿肉質亦好鮮嫩,一D油憶味都無,點上少少椒鹽好鮮味😙😙。 繼續閱讀

食物評分 (最高5⭐️): 酥炸魷魚鬚 $49 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 香脆炸大腸 $49 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 涼拌皮蛋$32 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 海蜇生腸$49 ⭐️⭐️ 炸兩$19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 貴妃雞粥 $51 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 黃鱔粥 $48 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 艇仔粥 $29 ⭐️⭐️除了粥、腸粉等,還有炒粉麵、小菜等。餐牌:粥有好多款,最出名的當然是招牌貴妃雞粥,還有其他特色粥,如黃鱔粥、田雞粥。 酥炸魷魚鬚 $49 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這魷魚鬚不錯,鬆脆,熱辣辣剛炸好,不錯。 香脆炸大腸 $49 ⭐️⭐️⭐️這是第二次機會,上次叫時好失望,等了很久後,送來時好興奮,滿懷希望一放入口,還怕太熱氣,結果是凍的,當然不會香脆了,好失望。今次打算多給一次機會,結果暖少少,但也不像以上那碟魷魚鬚般熱辣辣,食炸嘢不夠熱就感覺不夠新鮮,失望😞。 涼拌皮蛋$32 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️皮蛋不錯😋😋蛋黃不會像某些皮蛋般有怪味。 海蜇生腸$49 ⭐️⭐️雖然這碟是冷盤小食,但太凍了,像剛從冰格拿出來不久,有冰凍感。要等好耐還有雪櫃拿出來的感覺。😞 炸兩$19 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這次炸両不錯,多熱,而且內裡條油炸鬼夠脆,枱面無蔴醬提供,要問侍應拿,我建議加蔴醬,更香口。不過上次叫的炸両不脆,感覺水準不穩定。 貴妃雞粥 $51 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️我們一共叫了三碗不同的粥,比較之下,雞粥的確比其他粥鮮甜好多,好多雞肉,其實我寧願多一剛點粥,好味。不過上次叫的雞粥太鹹,雞肉更不太能吃,今次則好味,所以都係覺得水準不穩,不知幾時好幾時不好。 黃鱔粥 $48 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 相比之下, 黃鱔粥顏色比較淡,味道也比較淡,價錢只差$3 ,還是覺得雞粥比較好味。 艇仔粥 $29 ⭐️⭐️已經沒有放相的位了,賣相沒有特別,味道亦與一般粥舖差不多。總結:不論小吃、粥等,水準好像不太穩定,去了幾次,亦叫了一樣的東西,但味道水準時高時低,有時過鹹,最大問題是小吃不夠熱,尤其炸品,所以只屬一般。 繼續閱讀

前幾日收咗工之後同女朋友去筲箕灣整啲嘢順便喺嗰度食埋飯就拿拿冧返屋企 之後就求其入左間餐廳諗住快啲食完就走 點知又揀到間唔錯嘅餐廳😂餐廳係正大街隔離入到去見到餐廳嘅座位嘅幾濶 幾舒服之後我哋就快快手睇吓有咩食先呢度原來除咗粥之外 都有好多小菜揀👍🏻我哋二話不說就點左幾個菜食🙈•炸兩😋•-平時食炸兩好驚出邊粉皮同入邊都一樣咁冧 但呢個好彩水準都唔錯 入邊嘅油炸鬼都幾香脆👍🏻•椒絲腐乳通菜🥬•-食個菜健康下先🙈 呢個通菜唔算太重味 如果腐乳味再重啲就好 不過個菜都幾爽脆新鮮☺️•招牌貴妃雞粥🍲•-講得招牌菜梗係要試吓啦!呢度嘅粥煮得好錦☺️而且加埋貴妃雞一齊煮好夾! 易啲貴妃雞就肉質鮮嫩 就算唔係雞髀位都好滑👍🏻👍🏻•脆皮燒乳鴿🐣•-最後竟然比我搵到呢度有我其中最愛嘅燒乳鴿食😍佢地都整得唔錯 燒得好脆皮 好香口而且都幾大隻 兩個人食都夠👍🏻•豆漿🥤•-最後叫番杯豆漿飲下先 雖然豆漿大致上都差唔多 但呢度嘅豆味都幾濃👍🏻 繼續閱讀
