A commercialised Thai restaurant I would like to share publicly about their delicious goodnesses 🤭and the uncertain rushy service culture🫠We came here for a feast of 10 persons, ordering 9 dishes. First came the spicy chicken feet salad. Looking spicy but it didn't taste like how it looked. Chicken feet was chewy as it should be and a bit gelatinous. Absorbed all the acidic fishy salad sauce. It was also mixed with spring onion, coriander and cherry tomatoes. All were coated well with the sauce while bottom was all soaked with the salad sauce that became soggy.Moving on to the deep fried fish cakes and prawn cakes. Fish cakes were thick and springy. It had a pretty strong herby and earthy taste. Prawn cakes were crunchy and had a strong shrimp taste. Again bouncy texture.Rice paper wrapped with soft shell crab and mangoes came next. Rolls were neat and clean. It was wrapped with loads of fresh vegetables . Soft shell crab was crunchy and salty pairing with the sweet mango pieces, such a perfect match. It was in bite size, that means if you wish to eat in bites, you would for sure create a mess😂 After that, chicken green curry and Indonesian style roti were served. Curry was pretty runny but in huge portion. Definitely enough for all of us even to mix with all roti and the extra added rice. A generous amount of chicken was served and curry was also contained loads of vegetables. Perfect for sharing. Curry was on a coconut sweet side. Not too spiced. Fried flat noodle with bean in soy bean and egg came after. It was in massive portion again. Thick flat noodle was cooked perfectly. Not a surprise it was quite oily and savoury, but this was how it should be. Beef was tender and cooked just right. Still soft. It was also fried with loads of vegetables and eggs. Moving on with the fried morning glory with chilli and garlic and stir fried chinese kale with salted fish. Both were again oily but very delicious. As a spicy lover, this morning glory dish was delightful! Crunchy and spicy. Spiciness will remain in your mouth and tongue even after you had other dishes. If you aren't a spicy eater, you can ask for no spiciness or less. Chinese kale was crunchy again with good amount of salted fish. Salted fish were chopped that coated every vegetables with pieces. Very fishy and yummy! Good to have some freshness after all the strong flavour dishes before.Here it came to one of the main characters of tonight, baked pumpkin rice with seafood! 🎃 It definitely had a wow factor. Very bright orange color with slight burn cheese on top! It was loaded with different kind of seafood, prawn, squid, clams etc. Rice were fried before baked and were coated in pumpkin sauce. It wasn't soggy but very soft and literally melted in your mouth. It was also spiced tom yum. Absolutely indulgent. It didn't taste fishy but very pumpkiny. Pumpkin pieces were also mixed with the rice. Even the whole pumpkin serving the bake rice was eatable. As a pumpkin lover, yes we harvested the whole pumpkin..at the end😂 Can imagine how good this dish was. Last but not least, our second main character, deep fried whole fish with cashew papaya salad. Again the outlook of the dish must wow you! 🤩 Deep fried fish fillets were topped on a whole deep fried fish. It was all in a golden colour. Fish fillets were incredibly crunchy that even the bones were eatable. Not fishy but the batter coated was seasoned well that still able to taste the fish and the savouriness. The cashew papaya salad was also nice to give some freshness after eating all the golden fried food. Again personally didn't like the soggy bottom. All in all, very satiating. Understanding this restaurant always has busy night to work on, staff here always rush to serve and clean up. Staff communicate with each loudly even with earphone speaker. Food does take time to serve while claiming only allow to dine in 90 minutes. Kind of indirectly stress you out throughout the dinner if you are a slow eater. It will be much appreciated if providing drinking water to self serve as no staff refill water even asking couple times. All in all, delicious food but a rush experience😅🤤 繼續閱讀

今日晏晝去咗灣仔同朋友搵嘢食,咁啱朋友話想食泰國嘢,行過大王東街呢一間新泰東南亞餐廳就決定入去試吓,我哋午餐時間去到,餐廳都幾多人 輪候時間大概10分鐘就入咗去,侍應嘅態度亦都非常有禮貌地為我哋安排座位 餐廳嘅裝修,以泰式風格為主,餐廳入邊都見到好多唔同泰國風格嘅吊燈同埋裝飾,好有去咗泰國嘅感覺店內亦都非常光猛,座位亦都唔會好迫,坐得非常舒服 我哋今日就叫咗一個午市套餐,同埋兩個小食,兩個人share。午市套餐有好多唔同選擇,而呢一個價位來講都算幾抵。我哋叫咗一個星洲大蝦喇沙,再加春卷小食(+28)另外再加牛油雞翼同埋軟殼蟹米紙卷。軟殼蟹米紙卷口感非常清新,有酸蘿蔔絲芒果同埋生菜,食落唔會好油膩,配搭上亦都非常襯,令人忍唔住食完一件又一件喇沙湯底,亦都非常濃郁,有好香嘅椰奶味,再配四隻大蝦 每隻大蝦都非常爽口彈牙,豆卜同埋芽菜亦都吸收晒湯底嘅精華,非常好味 牛油雞翼一份有六隻,份量都幾多唔會太少,每一隻雞翼都好大,有濃烈嘅牛油香味,朋友食完都讚不絕口最後飲埋杯青檸梳打,非常滿足!埋單每人$130 大家不妨嚟試吓 繼續閱讀

里間新泰竟然係有3層㗎!!入面有條樓梯,上到2樓就見到有張大枱,坐到12個人,好少見!!入面好有泰風味,坐得舒服😌Lunch menu 性價比超高!!馬拉肉骨茶公仔麵 $75見佢咁得意一於試下啦🤭肉骨茶藥材味相對重,而且甜甜地!之後就見到原來佢都放咗幾粒紅棗,好啱口味呀!!麵入面仲有冬菇,豆卜,肉排,生菜,芽菜👍🏼好多餸!芽菜令成個麵口感多咗啲爽嘅感覺,唔錯!!越式蟹肉炒粉絲 $98好色彩繽紛!!皆因上面有蘿蔔絲,黃椒,韮黃,蟹肉,基本上咩顏色都有😍睇到都食慾一振!!!味道清淡,唔會太咸太濃味!一家人食啱唒!!蟹肉好多㗎都!!巴東牛展 $88印度酥餅 $32好多人都推!梗係要試下啦😍果然無點錯呀!!!好夠味!!啲牛展大大舊,啖啖肉,唔會好硬,好鬆軟,重牛味!!啲巴東汁點酥餅亦都好正😍綠豆沙冰 $8因為係跟個lunch set,所以加$8就有特飲!!係店員推薦嘅!但真係好唔錯😍好似食到綠豆沙咁,仲要係綠豆沙雪條,有兒時回憶!!!椰青沙冰 $58It’s my favourite!!今餐最好食最鐘意,必點嘅!我佢係用椰汁再加椰子肉打成smoothie!!好滑,好重椰味!!!就算放到最後,都無出現椰汁同冰分開情況,仲係好好飲!!! 繼續閱讀

一陣又要去上堂啦,要食飽啲先得,係灣仔呢邊食咩好呢?近電車路呢邊見到呢間泰菜,仲有兩層喎,應該坐得幾舒服。好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。泰式青咖哩牛,咖哩濃郁帶有椰香。牛肉大大塊,又夠腍身。配菜有豆角、泰國茄子、南瓜、紅椒蒜蓉包,焗得幾好,蒜蓉好香,夠乾身。點咖哩一流,半脆半軟嘅狀態,正呀!熱龍眼水唔太甜,今日又落雨飲呢個幾好。芒果糯米飯,係雙色架,糯米比較軟身,紫米就食落有咬口啲,充足嘅椰汁,芒果新鮮又甜。 繼續閱讀

今次去銅鑼灣搵食,去咗一間成幢嘅餐廳,呢間係賣泰式菜,以銅鑼灣地段來講,呢間應該都係生意好,所以先有成棟。入到去,原來呢度有三層,我哋安排坐第二層。週末去到人好多,不過地方寬敞,我哋唔使等位就可以上去。椰青及椰青水兩款飲品都係正常發揮冇特別驚喜。馬拉盞炒椰菜🥬苗馬拉盞味道一般,唔算好突出,但係椰菜苗好新鮮翠綠爽口,即使唔算味濃,就咁食都已經覺得唔錯。(仲有原隻冬菇添)另外點咗個一人餐,鮮椰汁海鮮焗飯。我平時麻麻哋焗飯,一來要等好耐,二來感覺好乾身。但呢度焗飯食材豐富,椰汁味濃郁,加上飯底濕度適中,唔會好乾,又唔會好濕,配返個飯汁同埋配料好夾。兩個人口痕,點咗個咖喱蝦由於點咗個焗飯,已經開始食到飽飽哋,結果咖喱蝦上場,我哋只能食到蝦,但個肚就無位點薄餅去配咖喱汁喇🥹不過非常欣賞呢度菜式,因為他會線勁有咋,菜點咖喱汁一齊食,外脆內軟,鎖緊熱度,而咖喱汁甜甜地又唔辣,可以越食越多。🤭 繼續閱讀
