This old gem bakery offers buns of HK flavours, and their baked goods are sold at extremely low price. I like the whipped cream buns, usually the OG flavour is the coconut floss+ whipped cream, here they have the pork floss+ whipped cream variation, so I picked the latter. The whipped cream was salted and tasted exactly the same as the flavour I used to enjoy in my childhood: the 100% Hong Kong bakery style. Pork floss tasted down to earth as well. This is the ultimate comfort food a grown-up like me would look for, after being exhausted from the adult world for too long.
