這日應邀跟朋友來個LUNCH聚,他竟提出食火鍋!我心諗佢係咪搞錯左而家夜晚?!一訴跟住他看看是不是真帶火鍋吃。。。就帶我來到河內道樓上的一間火鍋店,,我就想不是真的@@怎麼可能,結果出乎意料!坐低在廂房,店主YOYO為我們遞上餐紙並教落單及配搭!原來這是人家新出的紙火鍋!($68)當時我真的不信,紙上火鍋?玩燒紙吧!原來他們是利用科學去摺紙,話個風琴形紙的聚點形成了,紙就不易燒掉。我點的是麻辣湯,其實湯有3款╴還有牛乳湯及沙嗲湯!下次再試。。而肉也有3款:牛肉、黑豚肉、羊肉,我當然要了一份肥牛,主食也有多款!米飯、粉絲、鳥冬、生麵、米線等等,我要了份吸辣的粉絲其他配料大致跟平常火鍋差不多,有一份好值得食的是蟹棒!不是流的!是好鮮甜那種!真的蟹肉!令人覺得他們用的料都很上乘!用心經營!我的那份來了,比吉野小一點,的骰!用易燃爉膠去燃燒,火不會很大,變了沒有那麼多煙攻著,蔬菜跟牛肉早就放好了,現在只等慢慢煮好!過了就一陣子,也能吃了!牛肉較瘦!不會吃到很多的肥肉!肉質結實但不會太硬!鬆化的!麻辣湯再混合粉絲簡直達到食辣的高峰!辣到不行了!我們都叫了王老吉解渴同辣!用牛肉點一下多款火鍋調味料滑的醬,更好吃,吃出鮮味!蔬菜那些好甜,不會好霉,至少爽口,卜卜脆!後來朋友才告訴我這裡晚市火鍋好出名!而每年五子開七演唱會都在此火鍋!我真係帶眼不識泰山!這餐想不到在午餐不會吃太飽的情況下能吃到SHABUSHABU!而且仲要是質素頗高的一頓 繼續閱讀

认识这家店是因为五月天,并且开到挺晚。上一年五月天尾场之后过来会是五迷包场,连室外的位置都坐爆,忙都忙不过来。今年五月天首场过来入座率较低,服务态度和蔼亲切很多~ 繼續閱讀

We used to go here with my family all the time back when we lived in Vancouver. Sadly they no longer operate there. But we recently found out that this store actually originated from Hong Kong so here we are. The food is unbelievably delicious. Honestly most of the stuff isn't the same as Vancouver stuff but how to say it.... everything here looks so bland and normal but the taste is so strong and a little unbelievable... it's hard to explain but if you ever go here try ordering he drunken chicken wings it's the blandest thing you will ever look at but when you put it in your mouth omg! ( haha find out yourself ). The beef here is hand cut and oil can actually view the cutting through an open kitchen so that's really cool. I'd say come here at least to look at the chef cut the beef never been to a Hong Kong hotpot that isn't afraid of showing off their beef cutting skills! There is a variety of seafood here too but honestly as long as the seafood is fresh it usually taste good so no biggie here, What is worth mentioning is their monster wine cave!!! They serve sparkling champagne whites reds sake whiskey it's crazy, never been to a hotpot store with such a large variety and obvious heavy investment in their drinks. Usually restaurants in general they try to get away with selling expensively and not really giving a lot in effort i.e. Infrastructure. But not this place 😂😂 I was super impressed at the wine cave. Prices and mark ups looked reasonable to my knowledge too. Obviously more expensive than the liquor store but that's to be expected In a restaurant. Do take a look even if you don't drink! It will make you feel super happy. Personally we couldn't resist splurging a bit this time😝 繼續閱讀

火滾到相都無影!點解可以咁難食?食物超級唔新鮮!因朋友食素,order幾款素食材都唔掂!薯仔-酸宿味,食唔倒要取消!炸芋頭片-唔係難食,但過燶!廣島𧐢-唔新鮮!手工蝦滑-勁咸!出X一丁-無得難食!草菇-無事!雲吞-一般!凍豆腐-少許臭!選擇食2舊,費事換!菜心-算最新鮮!沙嗲湯底唔掂,超唔好味!!叫咗一酌竹庶茅根,都算好飲。要收醬料費2人$50然後埋單7折都要$516好火滾!貴都算,但真係好唔新鮮!垃圾! 繼續閱讀

今晚同個老死中同成家打邊爐,佢都算係富二代,加上來自福建既佢地有着傳統福建好客既特質,所以呢餐又點會待薄我丫調料架好乾淨,唔會好似外面絕大部分既自助醬油區,東一滴西一韃,未用都已經幫你混左醬鍋底一辣一不辣,辣既係四川麻辣,唔辣既係牛肉湯底,評價就係材料十足!是夜主角就係象拔蚌同四碟大肥牛,本人唔多識食海鮮,所以冇謂亂評,但呢幾碟手切安格斯雪花肥牛就真係正正正,油脂分怖均匀入口即溶,四舊水一碟喎係零捨不同 繼續閱讀
