呢間店係倡導有機食物,今日拉埋朋友一齊過來試下,嗌咗涼拌青瓜、有機小籠包、有機生煎豬肉包、炒青蟹糯米飯、黑松露春捲、唔成熟黑毛豬,青瓜食落係鮮甜的,加上醬汁好開胃,小籠包感覺上無咩特別,豬肉包都係有機的,皮的厚度適中,裡面個餡我幾中意,糯米飯好軟糯,蟹味十足,春捲好脆身,裡面黑松露味道好濃,黑毛豬薄薄的一片,肉質鮮嫩易入口,價錢上雖然小貴但係食物水準唔錯 繼續閱讀

呢排繼續我嘅Cocktail之旅, 上網見到呢間野咁有本土特色就即刻去試吓。店員服務態度好,全部都勁好傾 - 見到佢間鋪頭個酒吧位勁多本地特色材料:孖蒸酒、黃酒、陳皮、花尖八角等等,令到我勁好奇!傾落先知原來佢間野之前個顧問係「白蘭樹下Gin」(第一隻本地Gin酒)嘅老闆,怪唔得啲材料咁有特色。之後梗係叫佢整返杯signature特飲試下:外表好似一碗粥!材料有陳皮、亞麻籽仁,本來諗住怪怪地,但係飲落去口感唔錯,有少少𠎀身得來,本身陳皮香味好重,基酒好似仲落咗孖蒸,從來未試過咁local style嘅cocktail! 啱晒貪得意嘅各位 繼續閱讀

<<呀媽帶我去威系列>>呀媽話想去呢間野試試,所以就陪左佢出城。個頭好寧靜,節奏好似同出面脫左節咁,好似唔屬於香港既地方咁。星期六lunch都幾多外國人泥食,而且我見大部份都係外國人。呢到都係做中式野,但係d名就比較特別,而且仲有素食餐單,都幾多選擇。今次試左担担麵同黑松露牛油果蛋白炒飯。担担麵比我想像中好食,因為我鐘意食呢種麵,但係就唔鐘意平時好多鋪頭整到好濃花生醬味。呢個有花生味,但唔會好濃,十分岩我。呀媽揀既炒飯ok啦,黑松露都落得唔少,但牛油果就少左d,如果佢加番多d就更好啦!飲品方面,我覺得都幾有特色。我揀左ginger passion, 幾香既薑味同有陣木味,仲有熱情果肉,成杯野飲既味道唔會太刺激,幾清新。呀媽揀既我就覺得ok啦,佢話覺得好好飲,我就覺得比較單調d, 我都係比較鐘意試特別少少既野多d。總括而言,我覺得佢定價ok既,野食都對得住佢既價格。cocktail夠特別,可以再黎。 繼續閱讀

咁啱去PMQ見開客,又撞正Happy Hour,當然要叫下野飲放鬆下啦 🥳叫左個料理椰子(好似係呢個名),同一杯荔枝味嘅野飲,黎到意想不到咁好飲! 上載左相打左description,但唔記得左唔計食評 🙈 所以呢度up 相算 😂整體黎講,小籠包係驚喜之作呀! 好耐冇食過啲冇咩豬騷味,又唔膩嘅,又多汁嘅小籠包 😍個皮仲好薄同好軟,但唔易爆,有啲似小朋友耳垂嘅質感(原諒我呢個壞阿姨成日咬姨甥女耳仔 😂)cocktail都係真材實料又好飲,冇諗過佢會原個椰青加椰青水咁上,驚喜之餘,連唔係好鐘意椰味嘅我都忍唔住話好飲 👍👍 😂😂 加埋個造型,打卡必備呀 荔枝味嗰杯(上紅下白)都好好飲,但對比起椰青嗰個,就冇咁有gimmick啦 😂環境都好relax同舒服,室外都冇咩昆蟲 ,可能因為有調溫風機加持👍 繼續閱讀

Came here for a XLB challenge and was so pleased with the quality of the XLB! (More on this later)The restaurant is quite large and spacious in PMQ. It has both outdoor and indoor seating area. The restaurant has a very cozy and relaxed vibe - immediately I thought it was perfect for a gathering of a small group of friends.Now to the XLB. After some deliberation, I’ve decided it is the best XLB I’ve had in Hong Kong. The skin of the XLB is of perfect thickness so it does not tear when you pick it up (great for people with bad chopstick skills like me) but also not too thick as the skin of a XLB should be. The soup inside the XLB is steaming hot (no seriously, be careful). The stuffing and soup perfectly complemented each other.We were told that the XLB is made of organic ingredients. The original price is $78 per basket of 4. I will definitely come back for it, and will have some of the other food next time as well! 繼續閱讀
