在香港吃馬來喇沙,喝肉骨茶的食肆,最有名的相信是「蘇媽 蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室」,但其實,這間據聞廚房出身自「蘇媽蘇媽」班底的「捌哥捌哥特色馬來茶啡廳」也相當不錯。就像我這次到訪,雖然我看見它的餐牌中各款早餐和午餐的價錢已經比最初開業時全線調高,不過我仍然對這天我吃的「辣死你媽配娘惹咖喱雞肉」午餐($65)十分滿意,覺得物有所值。這集合了咖喱雞、炸花生、青瓜、乾魚仔、烚蛋、薯仔、參巴醬和青綠色的班蘭椰漿飯的「辣死你媽配娘惹咖喱雞肉」,材料極多,口感更是豐富得很,除了咖喱味還可以再重些的一件雞髀位、一件雞胸位的咖喱雞肉外,還有脆卜卜的炸花生、爽口的青瓜、硬身的乾魚仔,軟熟的半隻烚蛋、略嫌未夠軟腍的薯仔和辣中帶甜,十分惹味,讓我非常喜歡的參巴醬,全部隨心所欲地化身為椰漿飯的好拍檔,讓每口飯都夾雜著多樣的餸料,讓我得到大大的滿足。不知多少年沒吃過「美祿恐龍」了,這天忽然想喝,便難得地捨棄了最常喝的凍「桔仔話梅水」而以「美祿恐龍」(特飲餐飲價+ $6)做餐飲。這杯下了不少未溶解的美祿粉在冰鎮美祿上的特色馬來亞飲品下了少許星形的餅塊,讓這特色飲品除了朱古力色之外,還加添了少許明亮的黃,視覺上顯得悅目,至於味道,這濃甜的「美祿恐龍」雖然一定不健康,但確是好味,讓我雖然對這天的放縱不無內疚,也甘願承受放縱的後果。一碟味道口感俱佳的「辣死你媽」,一杯甜美怡人的「美祿恐龍」,便是一道讓人稱心滿意的午餐。 繼續閱讀

I'm personally a huge fan of Malay food (spicy & flavourful!), so I can't believe I haven't tried Kopitiam Bagus Bagus before. Here's another restaurant you'll need to go early for, or the line is crazy long. Teh Terik 馬來亞拉茶 $20 ($13 Combo Set) To start (on this hot hot day), we both got an Iced Malay Milk Tea. Really lovely taste and texture, but a bit sweet for my liking, so I would ask for it less sweet next time. Turnip Cake with Ikan Bilis Sauce 魚子醬蘿蔔糕 $32We got a couple sides, starting with this turnip cake with a spicy fish sauce on top. The turnip cakes aren't like the Chinese ones where they're mixed with fillings, this one is just plain turnip cake. I liked it with the sauce, but nothing too special about this one. Roti Canai 我知你啦薄餅 $45Hands down the only thing I crave when people say Malay food! I wasn't disappointed by this one, it was freshly made, nice and flakey. The two sauces were just thing curry sauces, so I preferred eating the Roti with the curry from my Nasi Lemak. Nasi Lemak Guilai Ikan 辣死你嗎配咖喱魚 $58I ordered the Nasi Lemak with curry on fried fish (it was mackerel fish), it came with coconut rice, half a boiled egg, anchovies, cucumber, peanuts and a spicy sambal sauce. The curry fish itself was a bit spicy, but was really great with the coconut rice! I really love the sambal as well (warning; it's a bit spicy), especially when mixed in with everything else. I would come back for this, it's one of the better Nasi Lemaks around HK.Nasi Katok Nyonya Kari Ayam 辣死加多配咖喱雞肉 $48My friend ordered the Nasi Katok with curry chicken, turns out this wasn't what she wanted, but it was still tasty! This variation of Nasi Lemak comes with plain rice instead of coconut rice, no anchovies or peanuts, and is served with curried potatoes. Even without the sambal mixed in, it was still a bit spicy 🙊Overall, one of the best restaurants for Malaysian food and excellent value for money as well. Portions are big and the food is really tasty! Definitely stop by if you're ever around Sham Shui Po (p.s. I prefer it over Semua Semua!😛)  繼續閱讀

去深水埗做 d 野, 未到繁忙晚市,見門口無人排,即刻衝入去食,因為次次都好多人等!大時太熱,即叫兩杯飲品,青檸桔仔同龍眼冰,前者夠晒清新,後者好似中式清涼飲品咁,同樣消暑!再黎就係捌哥招牌肉骨茶,有藥材味,但唔算太燥,我每次起碼添飲一碗! 之前去食同系既蘇媽蘇媽,蘇媽既肉骨茶太燥,同行既熱底朋友只飲到幾匙羹,呢間肉骨茶相對溫和,對鍾意藥材味既我黎講值程覺得係正!友人食檳城福建蝦麵 $65, 底湯蝦味濃,少辣麵沒特別怡保雞絲湯河 $62怡保芽菜肥嘟嘟唔好睇 d 湯咁清,竟然好濃既蝦味,真係好正!金沙炸魚皮估唔到咁大蝶,隻碟直徑有湯麵咁大嫁非常乾身,一滴油都無薄身金莎醬,濃淡得宜豬潤肉骨茶,肉骨茶之前講過岩晒本人口味,豬潤量非常多,厚切十分有口感,但無輕輕醃少少味料,所以完全無味,呢點差少少,所以外加醬料。食得非常滿足!店內洗手間雖小但非常整潔,呢區唔易搵洗手間,仲要咁整潔,對女仔黎講絕對加分!店員招呼都好好,一定會再食!! 繼續閱讀

深水埗咖央多士🍞今次唔係講笑真係上曬引...好食到呢😻咖央多士:椰漿味好重好香又好甜好好食再加杯馬拉奶茶真係一流🤫入面嘅醬汁雖然一直都唔知點解一定係綠色,但好似煉奶混合椰漿再加牛油🧈既味道..食完都知道會肥,但都係食咗先要減啦..我知你啦薄餅:個名好得意...蘇蘇的牛油奶香味..加上秘製咖喱🍛絕配🤩咖喱汁我表妹就話好辣,但我就覺得冇乜料到😏價錢:如果當下午茶份量都算OK,但係價錢偏貴🙄裝修:好有古色古香嘅馬來西亞風味..單單靠佢對門我都已經想同佢影多幾張相留念..真係好獨一無二,好似人哋懷舊押行的門..裏面長身貼有好多唔同風味嘅圖畫同相片,等嘢食唔怕悶可以慢慢欣賞影相📸️ 繼續閱讀

每次經過此店,門前必有人在等候入座,今天終於進店一試。點了:肉骨茶(一字骨):味道不錯,不過相比起來,當然還是在馬來西亞喝的更勝一籌,一字骨不柴,算好吃。娘惹喇沙米粉:餸菜配料頗多,蝦肉爽口彈牙,可惜湯頭味道較淡,不夠惹味。玻璃魷魚通菜:魷魚和通菜也味道偏淡。食物方面,覺得除了肉骨茶較好,其他一般。這店的裝潢很有心思,牆上有很多馬來西亞的照片,也掛有店子特色美食的名稱。最特別的是牆上掛有一本本小書,裏面有店子美食的介紹,也有享用這些美食的教學法。 繼續閱讀
