One of the best chicken broths you can have. Definitely recommend that and the spicy ramen, very authentic taste coming straight behind this traditional Japanese noodle bar. Great picks in terms of the noodle base, multiple options of add ons. Spicy sprouts match perfectly with the soup, blending with the combination of hot soup and other side dishes is outstanding. Impressive handling with their pork, combines with the strong flavor of the soup base, giving the ramen a well-adjusted balance.

搵位度：🌟🌟好食度：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食度：🌟🌟🌟都真係去咗好幾次，基本上次次都要等位，唔好以為條隊短就等得快，有時真係等好耐。次次去都會食唔同嘅拉麵，早期試嗰啲沾麵啊，或者味噌，覺得只係中上。後期食到雞白湯真係返唔到轉頭，如果淨係諗住食一次，咁真係要食雞白湯。雞湯濃郁之餘都好有雞湯味，舊雞應該係慢煮啲friend，極度鮮嫩，配合埋個湯真係非常之好味。另外嚿肉可能係慢煮叉燒啲friend，口感有啲似Parma Ham，都好配合個湯。個人口味囉，唔排除有啲人會覺得鹹。

The food is okay, but the service is terrible. The attitude of the staff is really bad…. They don’t really bother taking you to seats and forced you stand up once you finished even thought your friend is still eating. Not a very good experience.

由於當晚是Elarly dinner ，大約6:30左右就到餐廳，所以不用排隊不過一進入餐廳，後邊聞到一陣餲味，此事毛巾或者木被水浸過後，未好好乾燥的令人不舒服的味道，已經有一點不太好的印象服務員態度一般，用點菜紙之下單，全程近乎沒有服務可言。拉麵份量正常，湯底及肉都沒有太大驚喜，算是不過不失

突然之間想食拉麵，見呢間攞咗8年米芝蓮必比登推介，就諗住試下叫咗 期間限定 嘅 特製醬油拉麵可能係期望太高，我覺得好普通 😐如果以一間普通嘅拉麵店，我覺得係可以接受嘅；但係如果以一間攞咗咁多年米芝蓮必比登推介嘅拉麵店，我覺得佢未去到個種驚艷程度，有少少失望 🫢而且對我一個女仔嚟講，佢麵嘅份量都偏細
