話說呢間拉麵舖好隱蔽,每次行過經過想入去都已經話賣晒未夠九點就關門!最近佢租多咗個舖位,我終於有得食啦!開頭都係諗住試吓,點不知一試就知道不得了!入到去都係有起碼六成嘅食物位已經賣晒咁就唯有食買剩嘅啦!但係好有驚喜!雞白湯叉燒拉麵真係一絕!👍🏻👍🏻不過最令我驚喜嘅,就係個蠔我平時係絕對唔會叫熟嘅蠔但係真係好好食,可惜我已經唔記得咗個名😬仲有柚子麵及蕎麥麵可以選擇我個人最鍾意就係柚子麵我一定會再去食👍🏻 繼續閱讀

因為睇完《孤獨的美食家》,跟住好想食拉麵,西環有間好食嘅拉麵叫"彩麵",上個月食完就已經好掛住,小店主打雞白湯,走平實親民路線,同"彩"沾麵一樣。🥢W雙湯頭 $98 (廣島蠔、蜆、豚叉燒、溏心蛋)配 柚子麵⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️啱晒鍾意食海鮮同心大心細嘅人,蜆鮮甜,蠔味重,叉燒香軟嫩滑,溏心蛋creamy入味,柚子麵爽口彈牙初食會食到淡淡柚子香,其後要靠碗邊柚子wasabi 加強味道,而湯頭有海鮮味同時亦有些少雞白湯味,好神奇。🥢雞白湯慢煮雞胸·豚叉燒+溏心蛋 配 小麥麵 $90⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️如果鍾意雞白湯,就一定要試呢個,首先個煙燻雞胸真係令我顛覆對雞胸嘅想像,會好想一口接一口,而小麥麵係我首選,有淡淡麥味同樣爽口彈牙,湯頭一啲都唔油膩,味道香濃入口細滑,最後成碗飲晒真係有骨膠原嘅黏口感。(p.s. 請尊重不要塗香水影響別人嗅覺味覺)🥢蝦多士 $20⭐️⭐️一客兩件大過不失,唔鍾意啡色大阪燒醬搶晒味。🥢炸蠔 $20⭐️⭐️⭐️一客兩件幾好味,但同蝦多士醬一模一樣,太鹹了。二人共消費:$228 繼續閱讀

Went to this ramen resto near HKU with my sis..I ordered Ramen in Chicken Soup with Pork Char Siu & Custard Egg. The broth was rich yet not heavy at all. The wheat noodle was on a thinner side and had an al dente texture. The char siu was evenly-sliced, soft and smooth. The custard egg with its runny egg yolk added an appeal touch to the ramen. My sis ordered Ramen in Chicken & Seafood Soup with Japanese Oyster, Fresh Clams & Pork Char Siu & Custard Egg. The broth had a robust oyster and clams aroma. She chose yuzu noodle, which exuded a fragrant yuzu essence. The seafood was fresh, and the oysters were in a rather large size. .The resto was somewhat small, with only two staff helping out during our visit. We waited for around 15 mins before being seated. 記得初初開業叫雞白湯拉麵附送一支梳打水,那時拉麵上嘅炸牛蒡都放得特別多,但日子來咗,發現配料上嘅牛蒡一次比一次少,直至最近再光顧,己經無咗炸牛蒡,我算得上係佢地嘅長期客戶,希望老闆可以加返幾條炸牛蒡點綴吓碗麵又或者附費當配料我都願意比。言歸正轉,話明熟客就梗係覺得佢地好食先經常嚟幫襯,呢度港大學生、街坊同附近返工嘅打工族幫襯最多。叫咗個每次都必點嘅雙湯頭雞白湯+櫻花蝦鰹魚湯底嘅海鮮配料拉麵,柚子麵連濃滑鮮味嘅湯頭一起吃,感覺幸福無比。佢地嘅瀨戶內海生蠔同蜆整到剛剛接近熟嘅狀態好鮮味,未曾有一次食到肚子痛,超讚!我還是選擇有牛蒡嘅雙湯頭雞白湯+櫻花蝦鰹魚湯底嘅海鮮配料拉麵相片放喺度作永久懐念,最後再一次重覆希望老闆從新考慮加入炸牛蒡喺碗麵度,附費也沒所謂 繼續閱讀

彩麵價錢: $90/ $85好味程度: 4.3/5服務🍴: 3.7/5環境🗾: 3/5性價比🥢: 5/5!回頭率😚: 4/5-係Kong U附近見到有彩拉麵就去試試。前幾年喺元朗都試過一次,不過感覺麻麻哋。今次去到呢間彩麵,只做雞白湯的拉麵🍜估唔到好有驚喜。店員都好nice!拉麵+冰水,必須啦😗-✅✅慢煮雞胸+豚叉燒。雞白湯底用高壓方式熬出,帶小小泡系,味道濃郁而唔膩🥳口感滑溜,無雞湯的腥味,有厚度得來唔會太杰。麵條都係佢地自家的幼麵條,中意呢隻唔係黃拉麵🤪 掛到湯。慢煮雞胸好嫩,薄片,唔會食到肉的纖維🐔豚叉燒都係慢煮類型,粉嫩粉嫩,唔騷,呢片叉燒普通d。隻蛋流心不過唔係好橙色個啲蘭皇🥚。仲有雞白湯必須的炸牛蒡!-平$5就無雞胸,其他全部一樣!建議叫埋雞胸啊,好食。$5抵啦。呢間係性價比高又唔錯嘅雞白湯,就嚟平座銀一半,比起太子嗰啲都平幾十蚊😱 又夠大碗。湯底讚讚!學生/經過都推薦🥰 繼續閱讀
