「彌敦左岸」呢間餐廳好耐之前已經聽過,一直都想試吓一路聽住live band,一路食嘢,感覺應該會十分chill☺️ 直至去到前排終於有機會試到呢間餐廳,雖然暫時冇咗live band,但係變咗播歌同播奧運,同樣都咁有氣氛!而且嘢食質素仲要幾唔錯添😋一向麻麻哋食青口嘅我,去到餐廳淨係會嗌白酒煮青口嚟食,因為貪佢加咗酒可以去咗陣腥味🙈 而呢度嘅藍青口亦都無嗌錯,青口經過白酒忌廉汁煮過後,唔腥不特止,仲食到佢嘅小小鮮甜味😌 份量仲唔少添!不得不讚佢個汁真係好好味,用嚟點蒜蓉多士一流👍🏻本身都已經鍾意食卡邦尼意粉,見到佢係配自家製手工意粉就即刻嗌咗嚟食😍 仲加咗錢要黑松露菌(+$80),上到嚟聞到好香嘅松露同芝士味!呢個意粉嘅醬汁比較杰身,所以一定要趁熱食,如果唔係啲意粉會痴埋一舊🙈 手工意粉口感啱啱好,每啖意粉都好掛汁,而松露味都幾出下,幾推薦鍾意食carbonara又鍾意食黑松露嘅朋友仔!至於黑毛豬肋骨佢有兩個size可以選擇,由於我哋兩個人食,所以我哋嗌左最細「Bite 」呢個份量,但個份量一啲都唔細,足夠三個人食都得😛 個rib佢燒得啱啱好,配合埋一層酸酸甜甜嘅燒烤醬調味,令佢食落唔會覺得太乾或者鞋口,而且又幾醒胃☺️ 薯條係有幼身同脆嘅薯條🍟,都幾好食,唔錯!由於我哋兩個都唔太想飲酒,所以我哋分別嗌左兩杯mocktail🍹 菠蘿冰呢一杯落咗薄荷syrup,所以飲嘅時候除咗有菠蘿味之外,亦都會夾雜咗少少薄荷嘅味道,令到成杯嘢飲都好鬼fresh🤪而另外一杯mocktail見佢個名咁盞鬼都嗌咗黎試吓,呢杯佢就加咗玫瑰同埋荔枝syrup , 配合埋Cranberry juice,配搭唔錯,配豬肋骨都幾match ,都係酸酸甜甜嘅味道,不過飲耐咗我覺得有啲過甜🙈總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅食物質素都有返咁上下,而環境都幾唔錯,佢昏暗嘅環境好另有一番浪漫同幽靜嘅感覺,都真係幾chill,如果有埋live band就更正😳 呢間餐廳會係我放工後happy hour 一個唔錯嘅選擇! 繼續閱讀

嚟到赫德道第一時間想去酒吧happy hour飲番杯酒有間西餐廳有兩層高嘅特別餐廳,裏面台上有霓虹燈恍如懷舊嘅感覺,坐枱都比較寬敞坐喺度都比較舒適可以同朋友聚一聚傾吓計食餐飯 ,好chill😍✨烤12小時低溫慢煮乳豬件烤左用咗12個鐘頭時間低溫煮嘅乳豬肉質非常鮮嫩,外層豬皮非常鬆脆,配上無花果蜜糖燒汁口感更加獨特又唔會太鹹中和乳豬肥膩口感,份量亦都比較多兩個人食會食唔晒😝✨燒低溫慢煮原隻法國黃油春雞釀入西班牙辣肉腸同意式白豆即order煮溶咗低溫原隻油春雞,製作時間需要30分鐘所以耐心等候後上枱就見到中間嘅份量都唔算太少,切開嘅時候即時聞到陣陣煙燻嘅味道,原來讓左西班牙臘腸同埋有白豆真係好豐富,辣肉腸香味滲入雞肉特別濃郁,食落去增加左嗰個口感好特別另外吼完嘅粟米特別香甜配薯仔🥔絕配嘅配菜😚✨炸雞拼盤(炸雞翼、炸雞鎚、雞寶、甜番薯條🍟🍠)炸雞非常之鬆脆,,呢邊嘅肉質好Juicy細滑,呢度雞鎚細細件啱晒配杯酒,炸好雞寶之後更加香,皮比較薄雞肉都比較腍,用秘製嘅醬汁好好味😋平時拼盤都係配薯條,依度用咗甜番薯,炸過既番薯條做小食夠晒特別,味道甜甜地都唔錯😗✨pineapple juice幫我封特登同我平時都會嗌記得飲完佢返學先發覺菠蘿想唔渣出咗一種婆婆香嘅味道另外仲有✨rose syrup玫瑰糖漿香氣同酒香同時滲入,每一口都係香濃 繼續閱讀

依間餐廳佈置偏暗幾有feel,樓上好多枱而且位置又闊落,一大班friend黎食飯都ok嫁!可能疫情關係我地去個晚就無band show,如果有埋嘅話氣氛應該更加好,不過都有好多人係食完飯過黎飲下野🍻**********<美式煙燻醬燒西班牙黑毛豬肋骨> $138(Bite)有得揀bite或者full size,兩個人叫bite有五條ribs都夠食,另外仲配埋紫椰菜絲及薯條🍟**********<墨西哥香辣牛肉芝士焗粟米片> $98 (Bite)同樣地依個tacos叫左bite都好大份,粟米片上面有勁多熱熔芝士,再配酸忌廉、牛油果醬及番茄莎莎,脆卜卜幾好食🍅**********<鮮魷魚自家製手造寬條麵> $158意粉揀左自家製手造寬條麵,加上鮮魷魚、煙肉、菠菜及帕馬臣芝士忌廉汁,個鮮魷魚好新鮮爽口,有別於平時嘅冰鮮魷魚🦑**********<半熟芝士撻> $72<自家製意大利芝士餅> $68半熟芝士撻係甜品推介,切開一半有流心效果,即叫即焗所以食嘅時候要小心熱,外層嘅曲奇皮脆口,裏面就係濃濃嘅芝士醬🧀另外個tiramisu質素就比較一般,不過就幾大件,兩個人都食唔曬🍰**********<THE菠蘿冰> $78<Ginger & Tonic> $78THE菠蘿冰帶有輕微嘅薄荷味,係清新版嘅菠蘿梳打🍹而Ginger & Tonic味道似係酸沙檸檬可樂糖嘅飲品版,想叫mocktail嘅話推薦依杯! 繼續閱讀

沒想到多年不見的朋友竟然帶我去尖沙咀彌敦左岸酒吧食晚餐。餐廳房在酒吧上面二層,餐廳非常寬敞,座位都是皮制梳化,坐得非常舒服。我朋友果真是一個懂得吃喝玩樂的人,絕不虧待自己。餐桌上推廣餐牌見到黑海龍一斤半澳洲活龍蝦半價大優惠399,下次可以過嚟再試下,如果喜歡食蠔,這裡也都有很多蠔畀你選擇。北海道鮮帶子三文魚子青瓜沙律汁脆片葡萄檸檬酒醋汁。他的擺盤別有心思,他用了兩張黑色的米紙放在沙律菜旁邊,好像為沙律披上一條黑色面紗。比五元還是大的帶子分別放在沙律菜旁邊上面放滿了蟹子,好像一對眼睛吸引你的視線。帶子晶瑩剔透,加上蟹子一齊食,增加它的口感和鮮味。我很喜歡他的沙律菜下面放了一些提子,酸酸甜甜的非常開胃。香蒜辣椒橄欖煎虎蝦,虎蝦在充滿辣椒炸蒜片油的一個鐵盤上煮熟,送上來的時候還見到有氣泡,另外會跟2片烤過牛油法包。建議大家儘快食用,因為如果煮久了之後, 虎蝦熟透後,肉質會老。喜歡吃芝士的人通常都喜歡吃pizza,我就是其中一個。所以藍芝士野菌pizza必然首選,Gorgonzola, Mozzarella芝士,野菌,菠菜,Oregano. 一送上嚟pizza香味撲鼻,金黃色的芝士覆蓋了整個pizza,,比起普通其他pizza食芝士pizza更能夠體會到芝士的獨特香味,加上他用的其他配料也是非常新鮮,不是雪藏的,健康之餘又好味道,很久沒吃過絕芝士pizza,非常開心。餐廳pizza切成八大份我們只食了五份已經飽飽了。爆漿芝士蛋糕,他的擺盤令到人很開心,上有不同顏色的果漿點點,蛋糕底層是雪芳蛋糕,上面有一層厚厚的芝士cream,最上層灑滿穀物薄脆,真係好好食,再配上自家制的開心果雪糕,一樂也波蘿冰用菠蘿汁,薄荷,檸檬梳打水打成,味道帶酸,夏天飲透心涼。Meg spring,用玫瑰syrup,荔枝syrup,檸檬汁,紅莓汁打成,酸酸甜甜,像少女一樣的含苞待放。總括來說,我對這一餐非常之滿意,如果硬要挑剔的話就是香蒜辣椒橄欖煎虎蝦,q我想不到虎蝦會泡在這麽多油中,如果他可以油的分量減少至半還是可接受,另外,可能他的指天椒沒有切開,所以沒有很辣。滿分為10分(1分最低,10分最高)食物:9環境:8.5衛生:8.5服務:8.5價錢: 8舒適度:9總分:9 繼續閱讀

Actually tried really hard to find out if the restaurant name actually had a meaning but failed, perhaps someone can enlighten me. I guess one thing the name and the restaurant have in common is... its quite difficult to put a bearing on the direction of this place. It's a sports bar live band pub restaurant? Kind of a multi theme place but somehow manage to balance each aspect into a unique chill environment.The restaurant is divided into two-level dining areas. The restaurant is dimly lit and has fewer seats on the lower level. The design is simple and convenient for smokers to enter and exit the restaurant at any time. Take a flight of stairs to enter the upper dining area. There is another new scene, the design is rather nostalgic, retro decks and neon lights, and there is a live band singing stage (during the epidemic, it was forced to stop), so emotional, suitable for couples, touch the glass, eat Some snacks, slowly fall in love~For starters, escagot on a bed of warm garlic potato mash. Baked to perfection, not too dry and not too wet. Knowing these escagots are from the freezer, the chief did a good job on processing the food to hide the freezer taste.The short ribs are also well done with generous portion for bite size. Succulently dressed in barbeque sauces, these short ribs are really a barbecue delight.Their hand made pastas can match other S-tier pasta restaurants out there. Freshly hand made with italian eggs and dressed in creamy cheesy white sauce. Truffle mushroom pizza can never go wrong. Strong truffle scent covered in thick layer of cheese. Their pizzas are apparently all hand made, which is evident by their irregular shape. Personally I prefer chewy base rather than hard thin base.
