記得上次黎已經係3年前,餐廳無咩點變過,上次好欣賞既低温慢煮三文魚‧香芒木瓜藜麥沙律同低温慢煮豬件都仲有。因為疫情既關係明顯少左人,但都見到有唔少人黎慶祝生日。因為好肚餓既關係同2 個都係芝士控,我地放棄左望落好抵食既黑海龍,轉戰芝士盛宴。墨西哥香辣牛肉芝士焗粟米片(配忌廉‧牛油果醬‧蕃茄莎莎)芝士控既第一擊,粟米片配芝士已經好好味,芝士多到可以拉絲。酸忌廉‧牛油果醬‧蕃茄莎莎可以中和芝士粟米片既油膩感,加埋肚餓真係食唔停。藍芝士野菌比薩真係芝士控既第二擊,本身我朋友都怕藍芝士味太濃,但真係比巴馬臣果D 更香,無太強既芝士味,同菠菜係PERFECT MATCH,真係足料到不得了,一次過食左三件,比必勝客好食百倍,但價錢一樣,非常大份。烤黑松露菌醬海鱸魚柳‧貓耳粉今晚係炭水化合物夜,為左平衡下,叫左海鱸魚柳,相對清淡。第一次食貓耳粉,比較厚身有口感,配埋個黑松露菌醬汁,唔咸但好濃郁既味道,令本身只有口感既貓耳粉更加好味。爆漿芝士蛋糕‧自家制開心果雪糕真係芝士控既第三擊,爆漿芝士蛋糕唔洗講都好芝士,係好食,creamy 又cheesy, 但一食都覺得到頂,好彩配個勁好食既開心果雪糕,第二個胃出左黎。唔知點形容,就是CHEESE得起。Ginger & Tonic 好鍾意呢一個mocktail 好清新,食咁多油膩食物,去油膩感一流,但飲到最後就有少少淡Meh spring呢一杯係打卡一流既Mocktail, 好靚,但個人覺得偏甜,配辣既食物會好好。可惜餐廳開到10pm,咁舒適既環境想再坐耐d。聽聞下個月會開夜少少,好期待。 繼續閱讀

Good music, chill vibes and great food!Appetizer: Spicy Single Bone Chicken WingsThis is the perfect starter and hassle free (yes it’s SINGLE bone!!) for the wing lovers. And it is very ideal for sharing, with 7 to 8pcs. I personally think that wings must come with dips and this one came with a special ginger Mayo dip which i found quite interesting compared to the plain vanilla usual Mayo flavour. Do give it a try! Mains: Roasted 12hrs Sous Vide Suckling Pig This is the major highlight of our meal. I dare say this is the best suckling pig I have had... The skin was super crispy while the meat was juicy and tender. It’s so soft and good that you don’t realize it’s pork... The fig sauce was light and fruity, adding an unusual twist to the gastronomical adventure. Would definitely order this again on my next visit.Sea Urchin, Crab Meat, Hand-curved TagliatelleThere’s more to this than the title suggest. It came topped with salmon roe, Parma ham, Chives, white cabbage, nori etc. I would consider this a luxurious jap fusion seafood pasta, which is rather creative. Besides the great variety of ingredients used, what I liked the most was the lemon cream sauce. The citrus kick from the lemon played a critical role to keep ones appetite going, balancing out the heavy cream sauce. And as we are non-alcoholic people, we opted for their mocktails which were affordably priced - the Po Lo Bing and Gin(ner) & Tonic (nice pun there with the naming!)And to top it off, the music was good, the whole environment had this really chill vibe and not to forget, the staff was polite and quick to attend to our needs. 第二次來到彌敦左岸了,第一次是在這邊飲酒聽音樂。這次時間來得比較早,未有LIVE BAND表演,但有播放不同的國際流行音樂MV,間中也有本地的歌手。至尊比薩 - $188 這款Pizza走拿坡里風,餅皮麵香十足,外圍較厚特別酥脆,中間帶點柔軟有彈性,表面呈現少許焦黑虎斑,搭配新鮮莫薩里拉芝士,淡香的芝士味黏著其他食材如雞肉、鮮蝦、西班牙辣肉腸等,而白菌、洋蔥和黑水欖等配料增添口感。燒德國鹹豬手 - $268 超大原隻金黃焦脆的豬手上碟,單看表面已經知道脆卜卜,外皮鬆脆而不硬,肉嫩而不散,咬下陣陣的鹹香,不過整隻要自行切開。配德國酸椰菜獨特的香氣好減膩,還有香口的脆薯角。脆辣單骨雞翼 - $88 單骨雞翼特別容易進食,整隻炸得好酥脆,有少許辣粉調味,配蒜茸蛋黃醬綿滑又帶點香甜。The 菠蘿冰 - $78並非沙冰那種,而是以蘇打水為基底,加上酸酸甜甜的菠蘿汁和檸檬汁,再加入冷凍薄荷糖漿帶點冰爽感,好清爽。Meh Spring - $78主要以檸檬汁和蔓越莓汁兩種酸甜的水果製成,但加上偏甜的玫瑰花和荔枝糖漿,整杯非常香甜。 繼續閱讀

今日同同事happy hour不如就順便食埋晚飯喇 黎到尖東嘅呢間彌敦左岸 裝修非常有架調 好似去咗外國嘅酒吧咁 仲有得睇波同埋有live band 不過今日就冇喇餐廳做緊Promotion 黑海龍 有半價優惠$399超級抵呀 入面已經有一斤半重嘅鮮澳洲龍蝦 上面鋪滿海膽醬同埋原片嘅黑松露 新鮮澳洲龍蝦係唔同啲 肉質非常彈牙 而且好鮮甜 海膽醬味道濃沃 令到龍蝦肉增加一份軟滑嘅口感 極度奢華嘅原片黑松露 香氣十足Supreme pizza 餅底係薄批 薄脆得嚟有少少煙韌嘅口感 上面加上海量嘅水牛芝士 同莎樂美腸 口感豐富又夠足料Mea spring 係少女嘅粉紅色 甜而不膩Pineapple 非常清甜又夠解渴 夏天必飲 繼續閱讀

閨蜜生日🎂,想搵間餐食飯慶祝🎉閨想食pizza 去openrich 睇佐啲介紹,彌敦佐岸餐廳的pizza🍕🍝都唔錯,餐廳仲有歌廳,就去試試😋先叫2杯飲品,因2個都唔太飲酒,所以叫2杯Mocktail,一杯菠蘿冰🍹,酸酸甜甜,大熱天飲一口舒服,一杯Mea spring🍸,有啲似荔枝味道,清甜。好姊妹喜歡食菌,就order佐籃芝士野菌比薩,籃芝士配野菌,好夾,厚厚一層芝士,餅底博脆,真係好食😋跟住是12小時低溫慢煮烤乳猪件,本來都怕會不會太肥膩,但食落一啲都唔會,係皮脆肉諗滑,點上秘制無花果蜜糖燒汁,2個就把整件食曬☺一點都唔覺食好溜😋最後點鮮魷魚自家手制寬條面,制作需時😅因手制寬面🤭寬面依依勒勒,配上帕馬芝士忌廉汁,太滿足啦😍因疫情都真好耐冇出街食飯,今時晚簡佐這間餐廳,食物真不錯,下次一定要帶老公來食☺😚 繼續閱讀
