朋友生日,2025年4月4日安排了帶她到近日網上熱烈討論的Niwa庭omakase。

評論食物前必須先讚美他的的服務態度,由一起初我因不在港收不到落訂確認信息而落空了訂座,但餐廳經理很好替我們解決問題。

共有14道菜,包括了前菜、壽司、手卷、甜品,我只寫了頭12道菜評價。

首先,必須讚美餐廳的服務態度。儘管因為未能收到訂位確認而落空,但餐廳經理非常友好地為我們解決了問題,讓整個用餐體驗更加愉快。

茶碗蒸し🥚
蛋香濃郁,蒸得剛好,搭配的海鮮和蔬菜讓這道菜既清新又充滿鮮味,口感類似瑤柱蛋。

真鯛🍣
鯛魚片極為新鮮,加上蔥的點綴,飯的醋味清爽,米粒分明,整體口感恰到好處,開胃之選。

縞鰺🍣
鯖魚的口感柔和,油脂適中,僅有少許「獨有的魚腥味」,搭配的調味醬油提升了風味,讓人回味無窮。

平目🍣
是我喜愛的左口魚的裙邊壽司,不過質地多筋,咀嚼感十足。

帆立貝🌊
食材新鮮,帆立貝甜味突出,搭配青檸,帶來清新的口感,讓人心情愉悅。

甘海老🦐
第一口就感受到新鮮的甜美,口感滑嫩,後味有蝦膏的甘香,配合得十分和諧。

大卜口🍣
大拖羅的油脂豐富,口感綿密,入口即融。

鯖魚的風味獨特,搭配紫蘇葉,增添了層次感,讓整體味道更為豐富。

海膽的鮮美和獨特口感讓人驚豔,濃郁的海鮮味在口腔中不停翻騰,浪接浪,令人陶醉。

穴子
燒日本白鰻魚壽司的風味較為特殊,本不是我的口味,但仍然展現了廚師的刀藝及烤工。

580元一位的onakase,跟我想像的水平近乎,每道菜都展現了新鮮食材,但當然價錢未能買到驚喜度,不過性價比很高。

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the cozy atmosphere, beautifully designed in a Japanese garden theme. Every piece of furniture and décor was thoughtfully curated, creating a serene dining environment.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Each dish was nothing short of extraordinary, showcasing the chef’s creativity and attention to detail. The spinach with chrysanthemum was a delightful start, perfectly balancing textures and flavors. The deep-fried white shrimp was crispy and fresh, an absolute treat!

The Japanese egg custard melted in our mouths, while the snapper sashimi presented a burst of freshness that was simply divine. We were particularly impressed by the caviar sea urchin hairy crab, which combined luxurious ingredients in a way that felt both innovative and comforting.

The boiled octopus was tender and flavorful, and the monkfish liver wafer was an unexpected highlight, rich and creamy. The charcoal-grilled eel had a perfect char, and the sushi selection was a masterpiece. We savored everything from succulent clam sushi to fatty tuna belly sushi, each piece crafted to perfection.

To top it off, we enjoyed a warm clam miso soup and finished our meal with seasonal fruits like sweet strawberries and tangerines.

The service was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the entire meal. Every course brought new surprises and delights, making this dinner truly special.

If you’re looking for a unique dining experience, Niwa is definitely worth a visit! 🍣❤️

Matcha ice cream sandwich (which I requested to swap in lieu of the Seasonal Fruit plate of strawberries and tangerine).
In summary: PickyEater and I both thought the rice could be a bit more acidic but chef explained that the owner didn’t like too much acidity. Notwithstanding the “short” hike from central Central, definitely worth a revisit tho, as there were items in the $580 set (which seemed to be excellent value for money) that was not available in the full set eg minced tuna belly handroll (my favorite).

my favorite of the night has to be the Caviar Sea Urchin Hairy Crab. the flavors and textures were divine; rich, silky sea urchin paired perfectly with briny caviar, and fresh hokkaido hairy crab meat, all balanced by a luscious japanese white vinegar jelly that added a refreshing tang. it’s honestly like a burst of ocean on my palate 🌊

honorable mentions go to the Botan Shrimp Sushi—OMG as a shrimp lover I LOVED IT 😭🔥 the fresh, delicate shrimp with a lingering sweetness that you just have to try to understand. I can't even explain how good it is! 🥹 then there was the Fatty Tuna Belly Sushi—heavenly! its buttery richness just melted in my mouth. had such an amazing night and will definitely go back for more!

獎勵自己去食omakase,完全冇失望✨ 入面裝修非常zen,令我成個人都感覺好平靜好舒服~ 一路食,一路欣賞師傅將每樣嘢整到好似藝術品咁👨🏻‍🍳🎋

佢哋個Caviar Sea Urchin Hairy Crab絕對係MVP;滑滑濃郁嘅海膽、配上帶淡淡鹹味嘅魚子醬同北海道毛蟹,再加上清爽嘅日本白醋啫喱;呢個味道同質感嘅配搭一定花咗好多時間諗!🌊

仲有要特別提及佢哋嘅Botan Shrimp Sushi—OMG作為蝦迷,呢個真係好好食😭🔥 新鮮細膩嘅蝦帶住鮮甜味,真係要試過先體會到🥹 Fatty Tuna Belly Sushi呢款拖羅壽司都值得一提,啖啖都係滑溜嘅油脂,好正!搵機會要再返嚟🙂‍↕️

The meal also featured a variety of small plates, such as a savoury deep fried white shrimp and a refreshing spinach salad, each adding depth and variety to the experience.

Highly recommend everyone to try!

喺Niwa試業期間率先去試咗佢哋嘅晚餐廚師發辦,講真,真係冇誇張,係我食過最好味,最抵食嘅廚師發辦。每一道菜都做到十足十,份量都唔會細。睇晒全部菜式都好有創意,睇得出大廚用心諗過點樣配搭啲食材,唔係得個噱頭咁淨係擺啲名貴嘢俾你食。好似佢哋嘅頭盤,已經擺咗好多心思落去,唔同嘅質感同味道配搭得天衣無縫,等你一路食一路都覺得好新奇。成個餐真係好有誠意,每一道菜都有佢嘅特色同驚喜。間舖環境好舒服,成間舖以日式庭園做主題,無論係傢俬定係擺設都好講究。服務好周到,由頭食到尾都覺得好滿足,每一度嘢都真係有驚喜。以中環呢個地段嚟講,真係好抵食。同區其他餐廳比較,價錢平咗好多,但質素一啲都唔輸蝕,仲要份量夠晒。如果想搵個地方食個特別啲嘅晚餐,呢度真係值得一試。
