Staycation第二天中午就落來試試Hugo😉3course的lunch set不算貴 價錢適中麵包有幾種的,不過我忘記先拍下來🤣所以只影低左最好食的兩件😋😋很正呢 夠熱又好食 蒜蓉包仲食多左一件🐷🫣龍蝦湯完全夠濃郁👏🏻Main course選了鱸魚🐟容易入口 軟硬適中醬汁都幾好味最後仲有自選甜品同咖啡☕️絕對能足夠飽而且Staff服務很到位,很禮貌這間性價比好高 也很適合同朋友慶祝 下次會再來 繼續閱讀

(Hugo’s was originally opened in 1969 and later reincarnated at Hyatt Regency) As one of their signatures, the 𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐨’𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 did not disappointed, it was very rich in flavour and and velvety ( ´▽`) Highlight of the night was unequivocally the 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐳𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞, which the chefs prepared at our tableside in bursting flames (*゚0゚)ハッ Caramelised orange sauce was poured over on the platter of freshly-made crepe while it was still flaming, topped with a scope of vanilla ice cream to balance the bitterness from the liquor. .P.S. Hugo’s bread basket is one of the best I have ever had from hotel restaurants in Hong Kong! Tempted to return just for the breads ♡.果然是香港的老牌西餐廳 (1969年就開業了), Hugo’s 在食物, 服務和環境各方面都很高質素, 難怪訂位也要等上好幾個月才能吃到!! 招牌的白蘭地酒龍蝦湯非常濃稠, 淡淡的酒香不會蓋過龍蝦湯的鮮味, 平日沒有很愛海鮮湯但這個真的挺好喝 ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 來到一定要試他們的甜品, 是味覺及視覺上的雙重享受!! 廚師們在席前為我們準備橙酒煮班戟, 把燃燒中的焦糖橙醬倒在即製的可麗餅上, 配上雲呢拿雪糕中和酒的苦澀, 很棒的用餐體驗!! .P.S. Hugo's 呢個 Weekend Brunch 都真係要提前幾個月book位,而且到訪當日真係full曬架😯😌用餐環境開闊,主要居功於大範圍既Open Buffet Area同樓底真係夠高。室內裝修比我既感覺就好似系美洲木屋裡面食野咁。員工都友善有禮,入座仲有得揀果汁添😆今次有橙汁、石榴汁以及西柚汁。除左麵包籃、Soup of day、自選Main course、Signature Soufflé之外,前菜同甜品都係自助形式既,更有水果車任君選擇,相當豐富。凍蟹鉗🦀、龍蝦🦞、自家醃煙三文魚🐟、巴馬火腿🥓、生蠔🦪、生牛肉他他🐂、雜菇Salad等,選擇頗豐富 😋 質素不俗,海鮮都新鮮彈牙。特別推介個沙律醬撈大蝦,質感爽彈而且啖啖肉,大滿足。另外巴馬火腿鹹香濃郁,唔係得個鹹字,配搭哈密瓜非常正!而 Soup of day 系南瓜忌廉湯,質地好 thick & creamy,南瓜味非常突出。話雖如此,作為一個middle course, 南瓜忌廉湯比唔到一個驚艷既效果食客。主菜叫左Signature US Prime Rib 以及芝士焗波士頓龍蝦。牛肉肉質鮮嫩無筋而且好juicy,龍蝦口感爽彈,而且芝味滿足 😋 不過如果可以大隻d就好啦~ (只系大冷盤既龍蝦少少)食到呢個位其實已經八成飽,繼續掃琳瑯滿目既甜品。而且系“貨size”甜品!!Burnt cheesecake, Fruit Tart, Raspberry mousse cake, macaron, tiramisu, etc. 水準都唔錯!整體而言系一個相當滿足既飲食體驗。 繼續閱讀

唔係話佢難食但係性價比實在太低,$838+10% food only, buffet line 嘅食物選擇非常少,亦唔特別,個魚子醬都要係仿魚子醬,手切火腿碎濕濕,生蠔係最低價嘅fine de claire, 沙律嘅選擇好少用料亦都唔高級。甜品算係比較好,生果有士多啤梨芒果等比較高級食材。主菜正常質素,加$198嘅free flow red/white wine非常之一般,紅酒達到難飲嘅情況。總結:不值得,如果平$300一位就可以😁 繼續閱讀

Hugo's is one of the places that people always rave about when discussing prime rib. Came here for lunch today and was very happy!Came at 12noon sharp and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff. In within ten minutes, half the tables were already seated. We didn't even really need the menu as we had reserved the prime rib. Loved the salad platter which had around 16 varieties ! To be honest, just the salad plate and the bread basket could have been a proper meal at another restaurant. My friend that tried the lobster bisque said it was a bit too salty. Prime rib was super yummy! And the portions were huge!! Though next time I might ask them to serve the gravy separately. The yorkshire pudding on the side was a huge disappointment though. Was too tough and tasted a bit burnt. The green beans side along with the sour cream potato was wonderful. Finally came the dessert trolley and we were like kids at a candy bar! So much food but so little tummy space! Their macarons were surprisingly chewy and not that sweet. The paris breast was just average, but the chocolate hazelnut cake was very rich and made up for it. I also got the mangoes which were sweet and not sour at all but the strawberry was a bit of a disappointment. Plus it was only one single strawberry which looked kind of sad and lonely on its own. The lunch set came with coffee and I got the cappuccino. It was brewed to perfection and I really appreciated the warm pastry that came along with it. 繼續閱讀
