DISHES:
🍄Mushroom Maocai (鮮茹冒菜) - maocai is a dish originated from Chengdu, Sichuan. Essentially a bowl of variety of vegetables in a stock made of mala sauce. Pan likes this vegetarian option because there’s also a variety of mushrooms, and you can choose the spice level of the soup. Quite a sizeable bowl but you feel healthy at the same time! 👍🏼
🍲Assorted fish/meatballs Maocai (丸子冒菜) - not a green monday option, for those who loves fish/meatballs, it feels like the foods you eat at a hotpot 😜 option to add dumplings, but if you’re not hungry suggest to go for the vegetarian option above 👆🏽
