屹立咗好耐嘅川婆婆 由細食到大係回憶😆分店越做越多最方便都係銅鑼灣😎 門面細細但係入邊位置都夠 而且冇乜人唔使等👍🏻本來已經唔貴 lunch set 係好抵食 懷疑兩個share都夠🤣❣️酸菜魚(配白飯) $78有巨量嘅魚片而且全部都冇骨又滑🐟酸菜都好高質 個湯勁送飯 睇相都流口水🤤配料有好多海帶 蓮藕 芽菜 娃娃菜堆得滿滿✅原本碗飯真係超大碗🍚 即刻同店員講要一碗就夠🤣❣️水煮肥牛 (配白飯)$76Again又係點解咁高質🌶🌶 以水煮湯來講真係唔算油 好惹味🔥配料方面大致上差唔多 但係唔同湯底又唔會悶😆肥牛又係巨量 好似打邊爐嘅質素唔會太肥都唔錯‼️ ❣️麻辣牛丸 $28我都好鍾意食佢嘅辣粉配牛丸一流🌶😍❣️紅油抄手 $38呢款就冇咁驚喜啦🙈 因為食慣咗抄手都係好少汁 呢個好似一碗湯咁 比較似雲吞加辣湯 但都好食😛❣️伯爵荔枝紅茶 +$15❣️桂花綠茶 +$15配肥仔水會開心啲 但係為腸胃着想就叫咗呢兩款都好重茶味💕 繼續閱讀

It might sound crazy to feel comforting to eat spicy food 🤣 but I really do consider Chuan Po Po as one of my comfort foods. Not all spicy food can but theirs is the special one to me. I have eaten their takeaway in the TST branch for many times but this was the very first dine in experience to me. And it’s definitely a superb feast to me👍🏼First time first, 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲麻辣湯麵 is their best item and my ultra-comfort food. Their broth was very strong and had some special flavour that I could not find in other shop. It’s their broth that made me go back from time to time 🥰 This kind of noodle usually pair with potato noodle but I prefer udon here more! The 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗱 海帶條was a must get item. It was in shred just like crunchy noodle! My new favourite is the 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗳𝗳𝘀 風琴豆腐 which was the perfect sponge for the delicious soup🤤This time, I also tried their 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 酸菜魚 as well. The soup was not bad but I think the add on chilli power was a bit overwhelming. But the fish was very smooth and generous in portion. It came with lots of different vegetables as well. Absolutely a steal given the price 😝Also, I finally got to eat the 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲涼伴萵苣. It’s sold out 90% of the time in the TST branch🤓Another snack was 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹 麻辣牛丸 which was one of my favourite snacks in their TST store too! They also offer some really nice cold brew tea as add on for any bowl of noodle or rice! Given this price and this quality, just grab a seat and fix your chilli craving😍 繼續閱讀

我係個好鍾意食辣嘅人,以前好鍾意食麻辣,而家就好鍾意食酸辣,因為特別開胃,所以係呢一年試咗好多間唔同嘅酸菜魚,今次介紹咗呢間川菜除咗有酸菜魚仲有好多麻辣小食。川婆婆係一間喺尖沙咀厚福街嘅川菜小店,喺2011年開業,總店只係做外賣。因為老細有次去四川旅行,食咗一間特色麻辣燙小店,覺得當地嘅小食非常好食,所以返到香港就萌生開店嘅諗法,所以就開咗呢間小店,係香港第一間麻辣燙店。開舖嗰時頭三個月都冇咩生意,到四個月來越多人食麻辣燙,要排隊先買到,瞬間變成尖沙咀橫巷既人氣小店。店主係依10幾年選材不嬲都嚴格,口味從一而終,迎合香港人口味,所以配料上以清淡為主,不過不失香味。客人越來越多,不過就抱怨老細幾時開一間大鋪,因為冇冷氣咁食麻辣燙始終都有啲辛苦,所以最後2014年喺附近開多咗一間可以坐40個位嘅大鋪,嘢食都唔再局限麻辣燙同小食,仲有最正宗既九宮格重慶火鍋,湯底有好多款,好似有養生湯鍋底、麻辣鍋底、魚湯鍋底等。之後仲打破傳統火鍋店概念,推出磯燒燒烤,2019年係旺角開設超過四千六百呎既麻辣火鍋店,以粉紅藍為主調色,雖然之後結業左。銅鑼灣分店係2020年疫市擴充,一樣有堂食座位,主打各式川菜料理,好似地道麻辣燙、水煮魚、手撕雞等等。招牌麻辣燙$42有三款餸,湯底每日新鮮熬製,用上22款香料秘製而成,仲可以揀紅薯寬粉、重慶火鍋粉等。另外酸菜魚、水煮牛肉用料十足,有芽菜、海帶、娃娃菜、蓮藕,送飯一流。除左麻辣湯底,仲有藥膳雞湯揀。尖沙咀火鍋店主打招牌麻辣鍋,湯頭用上50斤牛骨、四川漢源大紅袍紅花椒同十幾種四川直送既香料熬製,順喉既辣,唔會搶走肉既原味。傳統重慶麻辣鍋會加入牛油,不過老細想減少油膩感,特意用啤酒取替牛油,令湯頭帶有鮮味,仲有湖南豆干及鴨血,特別入味。除左酸菜魚係店鋪招牌,獨創川菜小食仲有冷盤香辣粒粒花甲,靈感係黎自四川傳統缽缽雞,老細話係參考四川冷鍋串串,好岩夏天食用。銅鑼灣店鋪唔算好大,不過差唔多一眼睇哂,唔會店員見唔到,坐落都算舒服。呢度係QR CODE落單,可以睇到有唔同系列,有水煮、番茄、上湯、酸菜系列,仲有小食、粉麵餐、飲品,飲品都係川婆婆自家出品既冷泡茶,有桂花綠茶、荔枝伯爵紅茶、金鳳烏龍茶、玫瑰紅茶等。-1️⃣ 酸菜魚 💰73(👅: 8/10)酸菜魚套餐可以跟飯,亦都可以少飯、走飯,辣度有BB辣、小辣中辣、大辣同埋菊花辣,我就揀咗中辣。上枱嗰時俾個酸菜魚嚇親,因為佢所有配料嘅份量都非常之多,可以睇到除咗有酸菜同魚之外,仲有大量辣椒、芽菜、娃娃菜、海帶、蓮藕片、蔥花,非常豐富,份量根本唔似一人份量。呢碗酸菜魚係用三種酸菜做底,加上鮮雞、海南黃燈籠椒、小米辣椒、南瓜蓉等熬製,同埋四川老壇泡椒酸菜同檸檬汁,飲落去湯底充滿酸菜嘅味道,中辣食落唔算好辣,有小小辣同麻,幾開胃,不過我覺得酸味可以再重啲,食落去唔會太重口味太油膩,送飯一流。酸菜咬落去都算爽脆。魚嘅份量都幾多,係用上生魚,夠新鮮,魚嘅口感唔算好滑都唔算好鞋,咬落去得一兩舊有骨,不過如果可以全部都冇骨會更好,食落冇腥味,都算少少入味。其他嘅配料份量都好多,完全食唔晒,娃娃菜索晒啲湯,所以非常入味,海帶係偏粗身,味道都算突出,芽菜咬落爽口。-2️⃣ 飄香水煮魚 💰73(👅: 7.5/10)水煮魚一樣同酸菜魚都可以揀飯嘅份量,辣度都係揀咗中辣。水煮魚個湯都可以直接飲,雖然上面都係有好多乾辣椒,中辣都唔算好辣,都係小小辣同麻,唔算話太過重口味,我個人鍾意酸菜魚果湯多啲,始終有酸味開胃啲。水煮嘅話咪突出魚嘅味道,份量同酸菜魚都係咁多,不過呢碗比酸菜魚感覺上油一啲。-3️⃣ 麻辣鴨血 💰32(👅: 7.5/10)呢度既鴨血會連埋麻辣燙既湯,咬落去口感偏扎實,唔係勁腍勁滑嗰一種,辣味主要係來自佢麻辣燙嘅湯同埋上面嘅辣粉,不過食落去算係咁多款小食最唔辣既一款,而且鴨血唔夠入味。-4️⃣⃣ 麻辣凍豆腐 💰28(👅: 8/10)凍豆腐同鴨血一樣,連埋麻辣燙既湯加上面嘅辣粉,豆腐係百葉嗰種,所以索湯能力絕對比鴨血高,食落去都有小小麻同辣。-5️⃣⃣ 麻辣魚蛋 💰12/6 (👅: 8.5/10)麻辣魚蛋上面有好多麻椒粉,辣味主要係來自辣椒粉,因為佢冇湯,不過本身魚蛋有用個麻辣湯煮,可以見到魚蛋有啲深色有啲淺色,咬落去魚蛋係偏腍身,唔係好爽口好彈牙嗰種,不過唔會好粉,深色嗰啲特別腍,食落去夠麻,帶少少辣味,而深色嘅會特別入味。我試過尖沙咀同旺角分店,尖沙咀先會有深色魚蛋,係特別好食,係咁多款小食最辣嘅一款。-6️⃣ 麻辣牛柏葉💰18(👅: 8/10)牛柏葉都係會有麻辣燙既湯加辣粉,麻辣燙嘅湯辣味唔算好重,主要都係靠辣粉,牛柏葉咬落算正常爽口,唔會太韌,食落去會比鴨血更加入味,不過有人話鴨血個湯重味啲,可以試吓將牛柏葉浸落去。-🍵 荔枝伯爵紅茶💰15(👅: 8/10)飲落去幾清新,因為無落糖,所以無罪惡感,而且解辣一流。-🌟整體來講呢度嘅性價比好高,因為坊間好少一人份量嘅酸菜魚,絕對啱晒想過吓口癮食辣嘅朋友,而且佢嘅酸菜魚以一人份量來講係非常足料,唔係大食嘅人根本食唔晒。小食方面好多都係以麻辣燙嘅湯加辣粉,所以味道都係偏向辣而唔係麻,如果係想追求有層次嘅辣度,咁呢度嘅小食可能唔啱你,但麻辣魚蛋都係我呢度最鍾意嘅小食,因為佢特別入味。老細每日收工都會認真睇食評留言,根據客人要求同季節變化,變換一啲時令配菜。因為疫情關係,川婆婆都有推出特價嘅外賣餐,OPENRICE訂位都有折,係值得支持既小店,真係一個人都可以盡興。-👅味道: 8/10🍴環境: 7/10💰消費: $50-150pp (服務費: NA) 繼續閱讀

又黎到星期一📅~獨自搵食🚶‍♀️尋找🌶辣度刺激既時間🧭~今次A先生🧑🏻搵左間平平地既川菜餐廳比我試試~大約7️⃣點左右入到去~人唔算多~地方都幾寬敞👍~我就簡左個餐(包埋野飲🥛)再另加左個小食~飄香水煮魚🐟🥣(大辣)(配白飯🍚) $88+凍豆漿🥛大大碗水煮魚🐟🥣同飯🍚一上枱~嘩😱😱😱~完全無諗過一人餐個份量咁大份囉喂😂😂~無骨又嫰滑既魚塊~數量都唔少~配料有:蓮藕、海帶絲、芽菜、娃娃菜等等~呢個撈飯食一流👍👍👍辣度非常ok~夠晒惹味又刺激🌶🌶🌶脆皮墨魚膠🐙 $48炸到金黃香脆既春卷皮🫔包住勁細舊既墨魚膠🐙~老老實實真係好細舊😆😆~食完都唔覺自己食左果舊係墨魚膠🤣🤣~呢個比較失色~ 繼續閱讀
