🌴 Today, I had the pleasure of dining at BaliTown in Tsim Sha Tsui, a restaurant that has been serving great Balinese food since 1975. Intrigued by the rave reviews I saw on social media, I knew I had to try it for myself. 1️⃣ 雙色咖央多士 Kaya Toast ($40) 🍞Indulge in this delightful Kaya Toast, featuring a harmonious blend of flavors from the duo-colored kaya spread on perfectly toasted bread.2️⃣ 峇里堂招牌巴東牛肉 Signature Beef Rendang ($150) 🥩Experience the rich and aromatic flavors of Bali with this signature Beef Rendang, where tender beef is slow-cooked with a blend of spices and coconut milk.3️⃣ 峇里堂海鮮煎 Seafood Telor ($91) 🐟Savor the freshness of the sea with this flavorful Seafood Telor dish, featuring a medley of seafood cooked to perfection and served with a tantalizing sauce.4️⃣ 芒果珍多雪糕冰 Mango Cendol ($60) 🍨Indulge in the refreshing sweetness of Mango Cendol, a delightful dessert that combines the tropical flavors of mango with the silky smoothness of cendol and a scoop of ice cream.💰 The total bill for our meal came to $341, with no service charge. 佛誕假期那天,好姊妹相約到尖沙咀聖安德烈堂 & 1881 影相!她搜尋聖安德烈堂附近的餐廳,建議去一間位於尖沙咀彌敦道 The Nate 3樓的印尼餐廳 <峇里堂>食 lunch!當我們一出 lift,左手邊便見到狗仔車,內有兩隻細細隻狗仔,餐廳店主養了兩隻6歲狗女,其中一隻係迷你貴婦狗叫“妹妹”,我伸隻右手指,佢即刻伸隻右手掂我手指,好聰明呀!令我好驚喜!佛誕假期,還有些印尼姐姐幫襯!這裡兩邊都是玻璃窗,所以開揚光猛!還有特色的燈飾!Menu午餐就算當日是公眾假期,依然有供應!價錢由 $63~$73鮮椰汁紅豆冰 $42 (跟餐價 $28)椰汁冰似沙冰質感,跟港式紅豆冰用的冰粒不同!甜美大粒的紅豆,帶出甜味,攪拌後,甜度恰到好處!飯未到,加上當日 27~31度,冰已融化了!印尼沙嗲炒豬肉飯 $63碟飯等足半個鐘,好姊妹都將近食完碟飯, 幸好,椰汁紅豆冰出得快,讓我飲凍飲解渴,印尼沙嗲香甜不辣,另可選擇要辣!拌飯一流,略嫌豬肉絲肉質嚡口,整體份量都不少!雞脾飯 $63雞脾飯醬汁微辣,雞脾大隻、肉嫩又入味! 繼續閱讀

位於尖沙咀嘅峇里堂係一間印尼餐廳, 出品印尼菜, 帶有傳統既印尼風味餐廳環境四正, 座位舒適~~餐紙上有多款印尼食品選揀, 種類都幾豐富~最正係呢道唔收加一架, 真係好難得呀!! 感覺抵食好多雙色咖央多士 $40兩層既多士一層係啡色, 另一層係黑色, 呈現出一種鮮明嘅對比, 好特別呢多士搽咗一層厚厚的咖央醬&牛油~~咖央醬係一種用椰漿, 雞蛋同糖整成嘅醬, 味道香濃, 牛油就令到多士更加香~多士切成小塊, 外脆內軟, 食落去好有口感, 味道層次豐富雞肉串燒 $35雞肉烤得剛剛好, 呈金黃色, 外脆內嫩, 帶有炭燒香味沙爹莉荊串燒 $46用蝦同魚製作而成, 食到蝦同魚肉既鮮甜, 再加上沙爹醬非常惹味蝦醬炒通菜 $68通菜炒得剛剛好, 保留左通菜嘅脆嫩口感~蝦醬醬汁香濃, 佢既鹹香味道同通菜既清新口感完美融合呢道菜不太辣, 唔食辣既都會食到~~印尼特色炒飯 $93炒飯色澤金黃, 配料豐富, 有蝦, 雞肉同雜菜~~ 仲有印尼蝦片&煎得好香既荷包蛋!!炒飯嘅味道好香, 而且好有鑊氣, 飯粒粒粒分明, 口感綿密芒果珍多雪糕冰 $60新鮮芒果既份量好多好豐富, 味道清甜可口, 撈埋珍多冰一齊食口感豐富!!雪糕質感綿滑, 配上芒果醬既甜酸味道為整個甜品增添左一份清爽總括而言, 峇里堂係一間值得一試嘅印尼菜餐廳~~ 呢度嘅食物賣相吸引, 味道豐富多樣!每一道菜都帶俾人滿足而美好既用餐體驗, 如果想探索印尼風味, 峇里堂係一個值得考慮嘅選擇 繼續閱讀

🥢雙色咖央多士Roti Bakar ($42)Two-color toasts, white is the regular and the black one is charcoal flavor, are smeared with kayan jam and a cold slice of butter. Nice taste, the only things is the toast is not crispy enough. 👍🏻雙色多士(白色是普通白麵包,黑色是竹炭味) 搽上咖央醬加上一塊凍的牛油,味道很好,只是多士烘得不夠脆身。🥢蝦醬炒通菜 Tumis Kangkung ($88)👍🏻通菜脆嫩,蝦醬味夠也不太咸。Tung Choi is crispy and tender. The flavor of shrimp paste is just enough and not too salty🥢巴東牛肉 Rendang Sapi ($168)味道濃郁。The flavor is rich and spicy🥢印尼沙嗲串燒 Satay Skewers ($122)Sate Lilit (Ikan dan Udang) 沙爹莉莉 (魚和蝦)Kambing (Mutton) 羊肉Bakso Cumi (Cuttlefish Balls) (花枝丸)The flavor of sauce is rich and spicy, the mutton and the beef are bit tough.醬料味道濃郁,只是羊肉和牛肉有點兒韌🥢加多加多沙律 Gado-Gado ($89)沙律有豆角、雞蛋、青瓜及薯仔,花生醬。花生醬份量不夠,醬味道不夠香濃,或因此令沙律味道不足,如果多些花生醬和味道香濃些或會更好。The salad contains asparagus beans, eggs, cucumber and potatoes with peanut butter. The portion of the peanut butter is not enough and spicy enough that makes the salad tastes bit plain. It would be better if it is more spicy with more peanut butter added. 🥢印尼特色炒飯 Nasi Goreng Special ($95)The flavor is ok but feeling so so as it has limited ingredient. E.g. shrimp, mixed vegetables, shrimp cracker, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. However, there is no sunny side-up or skewer. We can't feel 'special' as expected. A bit disappointing.I don't mind pay more for a better Nasi Goreng with more ingredient as I love Nasi Goreng actually. 味道可以的,炒飯內有蝦和雜豆,配有蝦片,車厘茄和青瓜片,但沒有太陽蛋和串燒,感覺不到甚麼特色,有點失望。個人本身喜歡印尼炒飯,所以期望炒飯會豐富一些,也不會介意俾多少少錢的。🥢總括來說,這家餐廳做的菜給人有種家庭式的感覺,不會華而不實,也比較實際吧。不要期望有甚麼服務 (沒有加一服務費) 但食物算對得起這個價錢。In general, the food served in the restaurant is quite family-style, not flashy.
