一入門見到大量明星嚟食過,我都想一試佢嘅魅力,店舖大,入面竟然平日都坐滿,食過之後好想帶長輩嚟,佢哋一定好鍾意香片茶香片以其清香和醇厚的口感著稱。飲用時,茶香撲鼻,味道清新潮州鹵水鵝片(例)潮州鹵水鵝片是經典的潮州菜,以其鮮嫩的鵝肉和獨特的鹵水風味而受到喜愛。鵝肉經過鹵水慢煮,味道鮮美。底層嘅豆腐好入味,超級好食豉汁蒸鱔豉汁蒸鱔是一道傳統的粵菜,鱔魚新鮮彈牙,配以豆豉、蒜蓉和其他調味料蒸製而成。蒸製過程中,鱔魚吸收了豆豉的鮮香,肉質滑嫩,味道鮮美蠔仔粥蠔仔粥是以新鮮蠔仔為主料的粥品,搭配米粒熬煮至綿滑。粥底鮮香濃郁,蠔仔的鮮甜與粥的軟糯相得益彰 繼續閱讀

Today, my friends and I visited a Chiu Chow restaurant in Central, located in the bustling Man Yee Building. Before we even stepped inside, the rich aroma of braised goose wafted through the air, setting our expectations sky-high. Although the place was packed with diners, we were lucky enough to grab a table quickly.**Braised Goose in Soy Sauce** The braised goose was the star of the meal. Its glossy, golden-brown skin shimmered under the light, and even the smallest bite was packed with flavor. The meat was tender yet firm, and the soy-based braising sauce was perfectly balanced—not too salty, with a hint of sweetness. Even the tofu soaked in the sauce was a delight, absorbing all the complex flavors. My friend snagged the last piece of goose, leaving me wishing we had ordered more!**Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Beef** The wok hei (breath of the wok) in the stir-fried rice noodles was incredible. Each strand of noodle was evenly coated in a fragrant soy sauce, with just the right amount of char. The beef was tender, while the crisp bean sprouts added a refreshing crunch. The aroma was so irresistible that the neighboring table turned to see what we had ordered!**Pomfret Rice** The pomfret rice arrived in a large portion, with perfectly cooked fish. The flesh was firm and fresh, paired wonderfully with a light soy dipping sauce. My friend joked that we should’ve ordered only a quarter of the dish, as it was so filling—but we happily finished every bite!**Spring Vegetable Soup** The soup was surprisingly flavorful, with tender pork slices and a rich broth that carried hints of dried shrimp. It was refreshing and paired perfectly with a cold iced tea to balance the flavors.For under HKD 500, the portions were generous, and the flavors were authentic. 他们家的招牌卤水鹅肉真的绝了!肥瘦比例刚刚好,不会腻也不会柴,卤汁的味道完全渗进肉里,咬一口满嘴都是香的,配米饭能吃两大碗!卤水豆腐也一定要点,外皮有点韧,里面嫩到爆汁,吸饱了卤汁的精华,简单却超入味,是那种朴实又惊艳的味道。沙爹芥兰牛肉刷新了我的认知!牛肉嫩得像在嘴里跳舞,沙爹酱浓郁带点微辣,芥兰脆爽解腻,一口牛肉一口芥兰,层次感直接拉满。酸梅排骨是惊喜款,酸甜的酸梅味中和了排骨的油脂,排骨炖得软烂脱骨,每一块都裹着酱汁,吃起来清爽不腻,夏天吃超合适!难怪这么多明星来,味道正宗性价比又高,在中环想吃潮汕菜的直接冲这家准没错! 繼續閱讀
