作為無辣不歡的火鍋愛好者,這次專程來小龍坎朝聖佢哋嘅「至尊窖藏牛油紅鍋」。一上到17樓,就已那股濃郁的牛油香氣吸引!我哋叫嘅係標準辣度湯底有兩磚窖藏牛油,越煮越見層次。隨住加熱逐漸融化,初入口是醇厚的牛油香,接著花椒的麻辣得過癮,麻與辣的平衡恰到好處。我哋點嘅係鴛鴦鍋底,另一邊嘅雲南鮮菌湯鍋,就以清甜取勝,雜菌熬出金黃湯色,涮肉前先喝一碗,勁正。枱面上面擺放住每種食材要淥幾多時間,確保食物唔會煮過龍,食到最佳狀態。佢地有招牌九子,我哋去嘅時候嗰啲已經賣晒🥲草原羊肉卷同椒麻脆舌大推,只要桌20秒就可以食,羊肉唔羶而且爽口;椒麻脆舌椒麻醃料入味,又係爽口彈牙;精品豬黃喉處理得乾淨,配合紅油鍋啱晒!「火山麻辣牛肉」是視覺與味覺的雙重衝擊:辣椒麵如岩漿般覆蓋肉片,入口先是辣,隨後是牛肉的嫩滑,嗜辣者必試。「鮮切吊龍」半份量剛好仲有特色菜式好似熊貓筍,爽脆度驚人;叫埋熊貓面,造型可愛,吸飽湯汁後依然筋道,當主食剛剛好。飲品方面,「霸王菠龍冰」絕對是解辣神器——菠蘿冰沙上臥著整支夢龍雪糕,冰火交融超治癒。「粉紅芭樂檸檬茶」酸甜清爽,還能嚼到芭樂果肉,女生一定會愛。貼心細節自助小料台竟有「特調醬汁教學」!還送冰鎮西瓜,清甜多汁,完美中和辣感。TapNow可以購買小龍坎火鍋特惠套餐

Located on the 17th floor of Lee Theatre Plaza, the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped by a vibrant atmosphere filled with traditional Sichuan decor—red lanterns, intricate wooden screens, and colorful opera masks.
