Keen to try new afternoon tea places? Don’t bother with Madame Fu. The pink room is very pretty and comfortable- would be good for baby showers etc. However, on arriving on the3rd floor- plenty of staff milking around but all ignored me. I wandered around trying to identify somewhere to ‘check-in’ gave up & stopped a passer-by to find where to ask for my table, there weren’t any other customers. I’ve been here 3 times now. First time when it first opened in June/July. Food was great, service was not so great, none of the staff spoke good English and no one was particularly friendly but the decor and food is amazing so I came back a second time about 2 weeks ago. 嚟之前就睇咗openrice啲評價，已經有啲害怕，事實上的確係非常失望。 食物味道係非常一般兼冇乜特色， 個腸粉 同炸豆腐可以話係唯一 食得入口的。 但係其他餸 就真係覺得唔好食。 而且 仲會落錯單， 叫西蘭花變菜心， 叫芒果汁變菠蘿汁。 如果你想食環境的話又唔計較食物質素同價錢可以一試 。環境係幾好不過真心覺得唔值得。服務方面都係失望，啲waiter冇乜笑容。 大家 埋單的時候記得睇清楚， 明明一碟會收你兩碟， 嗌兩碟會收三碟錢，所以好似有啲做遊客嘅feel。

The service is really awful. They need to hire all new staff that’s less snobby and make the food more delicate. The price is not outrages but for the venue and view Madame fu has it’s really such a shame it’s not somewhere I’d like to come back more often.

Booked online a week before and got confirmed. A day before, called to reconfirm and said if high chair table is ok... mean bar table? Madame Fu 係一間食中菜，而High tea set 就中西混合，講到食物水準方面就真係水準之下，尤其是個scone 係好似石頭咁硬，叉燒包嘅包皮似番蒸咁，個芝麻湯圓皮好厚，食物真是有待改進，可以盛讚一下呢個服務不錯，飲品方面都尚算合格！如果都鍾意著靚靚影吓相咁，都值得來一次既📷😍

Made a reservation for afternoon tea. The receptionist attitude is by the worst I’ve ever met in Hong Kong. They took us to a room to let us wait and said we’ll move you if someone asks for bills. However they just left us there with no menu no drinks for more than 15 mins. 門口兩個receptionist無禮貌，連機本mark booking都亂七八糟。星期五打去book枱首先個電話打極都唔通，留電話姓名講十次都Mark錯。晏晝打去book枱飲嘢，去到話無mark到個booking。見佢成班亂七八糟唔知自己做緊乜嘅同時，我再reconfirm已經晏晝同一時間book 左第二日o既lunch booking有無mark到。Ok係Mark左點知第二日竟然臨去前兩個鐘打黎話無位要坐出面。我話點解當時book枱你唔知架咩，跟住佢話要我坐室外。我話咁cancel個booking。完全無悔意，對唔住都無聲。唔識做receptionist 咪鬼做啦好心! 啲staff完全要由頭train過!! 不知所謂!!

計劃去大館參觀，找食，訂枱，在途中看食評，點心每籠只得2件，平均$60以上，貴過酒店，老細話取消，去到應該有其他餐廳（我說不食點心，叫小食）。到達後，地下有間cafe,但好细，好多人，我跟佢行上三層樓梯，老细找接待話已訂枱，會說中文，像南美人的靚女，來回東西走廊看看，東邊廳有梳化的已滿，西邊廂酒吧位無枱布，是否接受，我們走到熱辣辣，最緊要有冷氣坐坐。舊式樓底特別高，牆磚髹灰白油，但又保留有少少彩色，木檯藤椅，一邊西式酒吧檯，播西洋音樂。白色茶具，添三色油彩（豉油，辣油，醋）。脆炸茄子$68，皮薄脆，茄子嫩，點麻酱，（應該要好食，都不需用一條茄子份量那麽多就做到，當然要揀選上品）义燒包細$62，生煎包大小，三個，餡料豐滿，汁不太甜，皮保持高質素。淮山蒸花雕雞件$65，蒸完都還有酒香味，雞嫩，份量無想像中小（隔離枱醉雞好细碟）金銀蒜星班球蒸飯$156，份量不是大酒樓一家大小嗰種，啱2人，班有红皮，看出是星班皮，滑香，蒜蓉香，米有嚼勁普洱茶愈沖愈甘，琥珀色，不會黑，不澀，都係每位$20。特色酒廊，天氣涼些，可以歎杯酒，開楊，感受昔日殖民地建築特色。

我已很久沒有執筆，工作的忙碌和家庭的忙碌令我透不過氣。今天應該有三十幾度高溫，在大館行了一小時，已經乏力。我最好的姊妹生日，她一早已經選了這間餐廳。由於openrice的評價很一般，我們都十分擔心。一上到三樓步出走廊，姐妹們已經被枱上五顏六色的燈吸引。夜幕低垂，點綴暗暗燈光，氣氛十分浪漫。我們已經沒有力氣，一坐下，外藉的待應，立即殷勤的招呼我們。我們order了幾杯cocktail 和mocktail。待應們也明白我們港女的特質，不停影相，影相再影相。他們也落力為我們拍照。我們order 了义燒、素卷、雪魚、安格斯牛河、椒鹽鮮魷，全部也是餐牌上的推介食品。我們對鬼佬唐餐，沒有期望，但沒有期望下就有喜出望外。我們縱橫飲食這麼多年，每一道小菜，都十分有水準，味道外觀十全十美，唯獨份量很少。不過，我們港女也不可以吃太多。甜品我們order 了chocolate cake, 綠茶dessert 和法式焦糖燉蛋。姊妹們談談現況，再談談過往的小事，姊妹們的浪漫和快樂在不知不覺間結束。

If you want a restaurant in an awesome colonial setting, this is the place for you.However given the price of the food and its quality, the most I could say is average.The service is messy at times and sometimes served things you will not order. 上次用餐經驗不佳，今次轉去bar 飲野，希望experience 會好啲........點知又出事。首先 staff 同staff嚴重缺乏溝通，第一個 staff 帶我地坐低左之後，另一個 staff 又話此房其實不開，請我地離開，好好玩？宜家我地係大排檔飲野？收高檔價錢，$你又識收，但甘既 service？去另間大房，啲枱污糟到呢，有人但無去清潔..........揾個比較乾淨位坐，朋友叫酒我叫茶，茶裡有蟲(附圖)，我個人認為偶爾有之亦不出奇，但最出奇係同 staff 講完，佢若無其事，幫我換個杯就算，再泡一壼都慳返。我都費時同個staff 講。就評特劣算吧啦。

我真係服咗依間餐廳，明明 menu 既 price list 係走高檔路線，一籠蝦餃仲要得2粒囉，甘不如扮高級就一於扮全套------唔差在請個好少少既點心廚師啦。突然穿崩好鬼失禮㗎。唉.......可惜點知一食就出事，一入口，啲點心真係難食到癲！講真吖，afford 到E個 price range 既客人，好多都見過少少世面㗎啦，由各大會所，到歐亞米芝連3星餐廳都食唔少......唉，間餐廳甘做，究竟係當客人傻既呢？定要做壞招牌先安樂?總結：點心整理差劣，貴得奇怪。雞中上。菜貴但份量少。
