我係第一次咁認真去寫依篇食評,係從來都冇咁認真過,因為今日我男朋友話帶我去長沙灣貿易富臨食晚飯,話有太公分豬肉,唔知佢邊度睇到,講到好抵食咁,但我網上面睇嗰啲評論都係一般般,但我第一次聽到太公分豬肉,我就諗反正我哋兩個都未試過呢啲活動,都可以試吓嘅,就跟住咗佢上去食 入到去,啲姐姐好熱情招呼我哋,個個都有笑容,好有禮貌,氣氛好好,着晒好有特色嘅衫,好有儀式感,令到我哋覺得佢哋好尊重呢個活動,其實有冇豬肉送已經唔重要,睇到個氣氛已經提供到情緒價值,而且個大堂仲有人唱卡拉OK,又有人喺度跳舞,我哋雖然冇一齊玩,但都覺得好有氣氛好開心 另外上菜好快,而且夠熱,開頭以為佢哋整定嘅,但係食落好似真係即刻整嗰隻,好夠火候,估唔到佢哋咁有效率之餘都可以整到啲嘢咁好食,重點仲要係平,唔係話兩舊豬肉就鋸你一頸血,完全冇強迫過你食啲貴價嘢,不過我哋平時食嘢都係散叫多,因為唔想啲套餐有啲唔想食嘅夾硬因為個價錢去叫,我哋都係想食啲我哋想食嘅嘢,咁啱嗰啲孖寶都係我哋想試嘅,價錢又唔太貴,就抱住試吓嘅心,去品嚐 網上面睇人講嗰啲評價真係攞嚟參考,實質真係要自己試吓先知道係咪真係咁差,我之所以打依篇嘢出嚟係因為,我抱住一個唔好食唔抵食,就下次唔嚟,反正都係試一次,但實在真係喜出望外,估唔到又有服務又有味道 我哋平時食開都係咁上下價錢,最緊要食得開心,因為冇理由我哋消費食嘢仲要睇人面色㗎?如果又貴唔好食更加唔會嚟啦。其實我對中式酒樓冇咩好感,但係見啲酒樓好多都執笠,越嚟越少,就開始想試吓啲傳統酒樓粵菜,我對酒樓嘅感覺多數都係星期六日陪阿爸阿媽去食,因為細個冇得揀,夾硬要同佢哋食,所以冇咩好感,但係人大咗會發現去酒樓食嘢更多係一種情懷,一種陪伴,有啲嘢係冇咗就冇咗,香港啲酒樓越執越多,聽講又大陸預製菜又整定嘅服務又差又貴又唔好食,但係我印象中其實又唔係咁差,而我對上一次同爸爸媽媽去食,我都唔記得咗幾時了,我男朋友咁啱話要去酒樓食,感覺依間酒樓同其他酒樓最大嘅分別嘅係特別有氣氛,啲嘢唔差又唔貴,嘢食固然重要,但係食得開心更加重要👍最重要係多一份特別嘅回憶🥹

響openrice呢度買咗佢嘅$988珍味海鮮宴(六位用),真係超級抵,份量十足,遠照預期!一上菜就即刻急不及待開餐,醒起嘅時候有啲都食咗大半,冇乜點影到相🙈醬燒琵琶鴨皮熱辣辣 皮脆肉嫩灼蝦新鮮爽口大大隻🦐 童叟無欺雖然冇聖子王但係轉咗蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子同樣出色有份量回味欖角骨唔會太鹹啲薯仔外脆內軟好食清蒸龍躉斑一上枱即刻嘩出嚟,直情係12人一圍飲宴size,大家即刻爭住食!大大條真係好驚喜,仲要蒸得火喉啱啱好,魚肉嫩滑又有鮮味,魚香四溢令人回味無窮!淨係食呢條魚都抵返曬呀🐟酥炸鮮石蠔真係冇誇張幾乎拳頭咁大一隻,唔係用炸粉充大頭鬼㗎,啖啖蠔肉大滿足!有機野米炒飯都炒得幾香,飯米粒粒分明,有切碎咗嘅菇同埋菜心片,混有少許紅米蛋黃蓮蓉大桃包真係名副其實,🍑水蜜桃咁大,每一隻除咗蓮蓉仲有半隻蛋黃,不得之了個六人餐真係絕對超值,自己買材料自己煮都唔會係呢個價,食到好飽,食唔曬要打包😆 屋企長輩都好滿意,話好似去咗飲宴咁,仲以為好貴要我哋破費,實情係勁抵食😎 忍唔住要上嚟大讚,希望多啲人支持!!街坊酒樓嚟講服務都唔錯,會主動幫你換碟,舉手就即刻搵到人,可能有D人會覺得環境嘈咗少少但係熱鬧有氣氛好歡樂~ 今次因為食呢個餐發掘咗呢個地方,會再嚟幫襯!

今日阿嬤過80大壽,原本都係唸住幫襯附近酒家,點知遇到咁嘅態度…訂左兩張大檯,D座椅全部都非常污糟,場地非常之小,企都企唔開,燒乳豬全部都係骨頭,同埋燒到黑左。。好失望,以前都來過富臨,當時嘅態度都唔係咁….

都是衝着$68就有1斤8両的清蒸沙巴龍躉而來的。除了沙巴龍躉,還點了兩隻乳鴿和金銀蛋泡時蔬。這沙巴龍躉真的超大條,可惜蒸得稍稍有點過了火,魚肉雖然稍微有點不夠嫩滑,但味道真的不錯。乳鴿就完全不行了,像燒好後放了一段時間,皮不脆,肉質也一般,味道還可以。金銀蛋泡時蔬,用的是菜心,比較硬,同行長者吃不到,味道則可以。

Quality of food has been improved since last year so the aunts decided to revisit. We came pretty early at 8:15 am and almost all the tables were available. Also it’s quieter in the morning, we left around 9:30am and by then it’s already more packed and noisy. We ordered four morning combos (a total of 8 dim sums/ rice/ congee) to share. The aunts applauded for the peanuts and ribs congee; and the skins of the steamed rice rolls. A close-up of the congee, served steaming hot and loaded with meaty spareribs and soft peanuts. Also in the photo: steamed rice with Chinese preserved meat; preserved sausages and spareribs. Plus, scallion sakura shrimps pancake. Nice ones. Menus were also renewed and I could see the popular standing chicken with flames; and a creative sweet/savoury dish with egg pudding in egg shells and chicken-shaped deep fried meat puffs.
