每次一入嚟安南,都畀嗰種食物香氣吸引住 !今次試咗推出無耐嘅Lunch Chef Recommendations,揀咗三個餐同朋友share。好多時行高檔少少路線嘅餐廳都係貴夾唔飽,但安南係其中一間食物份量令我飽足嘅餐廳。 XD前菜係 鮮蝦豬肉米紙卷 & 青芒果木瓜沙律餡料好豐富,中間個醬汁係越南人慣用嘅醬汁,不過我就麻麻哋鍾意啦~炭燒香茅豬扒配炒飯唔好講笑呢個真係超大份,有兩大塊扒,我哋忍唔住問店員係咪畀多咗XD豬扒好香,夠晒入味,而且本身都好鍾意炭燒風味,係略嫌乾咗少少。炒飯夠濕潤,好味。會安雞飯雞肉好滑超滑,又係份量十足,食極都仲有LOL相比炒飯,我更鍾意食呢個黃薑飯~南越香茅咖喱石斑魚柳同行朋友係「法包holic」,猛咁話好好食,連咖喱都唔使蘸!雖然唔太好魚,但呢個魚柳我都好鍾意,鮮嫩滑溜。咖喱辣度啱啱好。見到上面嘅份量,就知我哋已經好飽...但係店員極力推薦我哋試吓焗黑糯米西米布甸 ,就嗌一份share啦,點知......又係大份到嚇親我哋!LOL 因為本身以為一個細細嘅杯,原來仲大過我手板!不過熱辣辣咁食黑糯米真係好正,感覺好養顏哈哈!唔好睇少第二個胃,最後我哋都係清晒~呢個set仲有一杯嘢飲,不過因為比較一般,就唔詳講啦。不過都係非常滿足嘅一個午餐!返到公司幾乎企足一個下晝去消化XDD 繼續閱讀

一入餐廳門口就已經覺得好有民族風味,特色吊燈配拼花地板同百葉門,懷舊味濃,加上微暗嘅燈光帶點浪漫,情侶黎應該都幾有情調我哋一行六人叫咗七樣野,份量算叫剛剛好,野食嘅味道都唔錯,同埋有好多都係一般越南餐廳食唔到嘅,平均每人$200我覺得都幾抵- 安南春卷- 軟殼蟹米紙卷(一份半)- 安南椰青大硯- 越南椰青扣肉- 安南蜜汁燒雞- 馬拉盞炒通菜- 越式蟹肉炒粉絲特別推介安南椰青大硯個湯係先係主角,有硯嘅鮮味,有椰青水嘅清甜,有胡椒嘅微辣,加上香茅獨特嘅味道......諗起都想飲返碗 繼續閱讀

To come to An Nam is to enjoy the environment and of course the food.Vietnamese food are not the big game in Hong Kong, An Nam is probably the best of all.Duck in Yellow Curry with Baguette Duckie was not so spicy yellow curry! I don't like curry and am not a fan of duck, but even I liked the duck very much. And what is more, the potato was so soft and starchy that totally won my heart (and stomach!).Pearl Fish in Sour BrothComing with the whole pearl fish, it was really impressive! It was not any huge fish, and in fact quite small. I was very much impressed by the way they prepared it and present it! First steam the fish.Then, do the soup.Last, combine. Sound really easy, but quite a lot of work there. they could simply put the fish into the soup raw, that would have saved a lot of effort!The flesh of the fish was smooth and tender, not fresh from the water you could tell, but nothing fishy! The soup was sour yet lovely! 今天有生日大曬, 壽星女話要去安南食晚飯, 上次來食下午茶已知裝修充滿越南風情今次食晚餐被安排在房間用膳,更似到了越南有錢人的大廳用膳一樣餐單已鮮橙黃色同粉藍色做封面,非常sharp我地點了好多餸, 待食中軟殼蟹青芒米卷: 米皮煙韌,軟殼蟹鬆脆,青芒條有咬口,味清新,配上醃酸蘿蔔絲,好味蒜香牛油雞翼:炸得外脆內軟,蒜粒脆香,略偏鹹碳燒豬扒( pork chop): 碳燒味濃,豬扒較肥美南乳雞翼(bean curd chicken ):炸得外脆內軟,南乳味尚可馬拉盞炒通菜(morning glory): 炒得爽脆, 馬拉盞味濃,很惹味鮮蝦牛油瓜米卷(shrimp paper roll): 大大隻蝦,牛油瓜滑,米皮煙韌,配海鮮醬,韮菜,口感豐富蓮子海鮮荷葉飯(lotus rice): 白蓮子鬆脆, 材料多(有蝦,魚肉等),飯充滿荷葉香柚子大蝦沙律(Pomelo salad):好多隻蝦呀!柚子、菜同蘿蔔絲酸酸的,汁微辣,酸辣辣,很開胃炒粉絲(Fried Glass Noodle): 粉絲彈牙滑,盡收醬汁,非常入味,材料豐富(雞肉,蛋絲,紅蘿蔔絲,芽菜,韮菜,芝麻),口感大滿足沙嗲雞肉串: 雞肉滑,配沙嗲醬同花生碎,味道可以 繼續閱讀

今晚小編同母親大人慶祝生日、母親大人欽點食安南皆因大半年冇去幫襯lu。我地一行4人book左卡位,小編買定蛋糕比個surprise母親大人!以為平日星期四應該唔多人、點知都坐滿9成咁滯、都算唔錯啦。我地叫左炭燒豬肉、墨魚餅、蝦多士、咖喱南乳雞配法包、蒜蓉魚露菠菜、仲有嗌左個椰青和熱清補涼。水準完全keep到,我地都好滿意呢餐!價錢亦唔貴、盛惠960元4位,其實都好划算、以地段係利園黎計。當然小編係安南會員、可以扣積分埋單,扣埋60積分、即係900大洋o者!嘻嘻!真係食得特別開心 繼續閱讀
