上星期五試過呢度及弟粥,值得向大家推薦下粥底好綿,,完全搵唔到一粒米,腳底的材料非常豐富,最愛的是肉丸,有豬肉的鮮味而且彈牙,豬潤也煮得不錯,煮到啱啱熟,好滑口,一点也不嚡,加上另上的薑葱作配搭,简直一流😋😋 繼續閱讀

生滾粥喺香港唔算難搵,但好味嘅就唔易揾。 食左佐敦和味生滾粥好多年,有日貼到腸粉關注組推介妹記生滾粥嘅腸粉,睇下food review 原來佢哋捉到真係好好食,話係用魚湯做粥底~ 🤤 所以住香港島嘅我決定去試一試,去到花園街市政大廈,係蕩失路嘅,要問路哈哈🤫🤫上到去見到其實好多都係熟客,場上都貼咗佢哋嘅訪問,好似好勁咁,所以更加期待。我叫咗魚腩肉丸粥同埋腸粉。好多時食生滾粥嘅地方都係會有腸粉賣,但好食嘅都唔多,腸粉關注組位師兄講得好好,真係做到拉布腸粉嘅quality ~ 食得好開心🥳 醬料係食腸粉嘅最佳綠葉,甚至有時會搶埋鏡做左主角,你打俾我,呢度嘅腸粉同醬料係最佳組合🤗呢度粥底好鮮甜,因為佢係用魚湯做底,食一啖粥已經值回票價,魚腩鮮已不在話下,肉丸應該係自家製,鮮同有口感,好似有加馬蹄粒添🤭🤭 應該就冇落味精嘅,因為一啲都唔頸渴,同埋喜歡佢加埋切到好幼細嘅生菜絲🥰🥰 繼續閱讀

一直由細到大都好鐘意食粥,可能係比我呀媽影響。呢間算係數一數二正!個人最愛佢哋嘅豬潤同大尾魷。鮮香溜滑,一食難忘!可能係佢哋鋪頭係喺街市上面,所以D材料新鮮甜美。再加上師父嘅手法到位,不溫不火,豬潤滑爽而粥底唔會出水。正!! 繼續閱讀

天氣涼就心思思想食下粥,旺角有間幾出名但唔算起眼嘅粥鋪🥣妹記生滾粥品🥰鋪頭係喺 旺角花園街市政大廈 入面嘅 熟食中心🥘🍛👇🏻搭電梯上三樓直行入去就望到~全層熟食中心有好多唔同嘅餐廳,通常都係碟頭飯、粉麵嗰啲,同埋呢間粥鋪~大約十二點上到去,人未算多,可以隨便咁坐~我就揀左呢個👇🏻“有利位置”望住佢地煮粥😆😆😆有好多款嘅生滾粥👆🏻亦可以比錢額外加料!除咗粥,仲有其他白灼小食👇🏻,一班人食就啱晒👍🏻👍🏻呢次試咗招牌爽魚皮🐟想講一小碗真係唔夠喉😆一試就愛上😹整爽魚皮係好花功夫,而且唔係個個可以整得咁爽口架~妹記呢個係非常之滑同爽脆👍🏻而且一啲都唔腥~凍凍嘅魚皮配埋豉油同蔥薑絲,係好食到停唔到口!提供嘅份量唔多,賣晒就無~除咗爽魚皮,仲叫咗碗魚腩粥🐟🥣價錢唔算貴,都有成六舊魚腩😹魚腩係爆香過再同粥一齊煮,所以都幾香,同樣都係無腥味👍🏻而粥底係用魚湯煮嘅,好有魚嘅鮮味,同出面食嘅唔同!😹絕對係返工午餐之選~ 繼續閱讀

Being recommended the "real local" spots is not always amazing. This was the purest example. Located in a rather strange 3rd floor level above a market, right next to the fly-over in Mong Kok, nobody would ever find this randomly. You have to know where you're going.Now, I am adddddicted to congee... I crave it multiple times a month. The soft, comforting bowl that washes away all tears. I had some pretty darn good ones in Hong Kong over the years, so I decided to try this.The locale is right up my alley with just the correct amount of grime and shabbiness. The food, however, is famous for being cooked in copper pots, and i'm afraid it does impart a flavour which tastes medicinal. This might be a lot of peoples reason for going here, but i'll stick to places I know that make it the regular way.A good experience, but I won't be back. 繼續閱讀
