「好蔡館」大廚蔡昱係「好酒好蔡」大廚蔡昊嘅哥哥,兩兄弟都係煮潮州菜嘅高手!嘗過「好酒好蔡」的美味,自然對「好蔡館」都有一定嘅期望。是晚餐單:- 烚花甲 $298/pax- 獅頭鵝拼盤 (鵝頭頸/鵝腸/鵝肝) $754- 脆皮婆參 $498/pax- 走地雞 $298- 方利魚鼎 $698- 潮州蠔烙 $128- 蒜頭焗蟹 $800- 豬油渣春菜煲 $238- 牛油果桃膠花甲味道鮮甜富層次感,食到停唔到口!滷水鵝頭拼盤夠入味,乃招牌必食之選。脆皮婆參稍嫌外皮唔夠脆身,但海參質地煙韌黏口,調味亦出色。走地雞肉質鮮嫩可口,非一般冰鮮雞可以媲美。方利魚新鮮嫩滑,有好濃薑蔥味,又係食到停唔到口。蠔烙係不得了,外脆內軟,入面直頭可以用juicy 嚟形容!蠔仔係大大粒,超級肥美。蒜頭蟹同春菜煲稍為冇乜特別驚喜,蟹肉係新鮮嘅,菜都嫩,只係稍嫌啲湯比較鹹。最後呢個牛油果桃膠平時係叫唔到㗎,係咁啱當晚有人訂私房菜老闆私人醒嘅!味道非常清新,連平時唔食牛油果怕咗佢個味道同texture 嘅我都覺得好好食😋全單🧾:$6400 連酒水人均消費💲:$1600總結:每一道菜都非常美味,鍾意食地道潮州菜嘅一定要嚟試吓。如果想食得高級啲,亦可以考慮預訂佢哋嘅私房菜,大概$1800-$2000位。地方座位有限,為免失望,記得book 位!😉 繼續閱讀

從來未食過潮洲私房菜,今次去咗太子D間試吓,一試難忘,但記得要book 位,如果唔係好易冇位,因為餐廳裏面座位吾多!烚花甲味道好特別,蒜香帶點醋味,賣相又擺得靚,未食已經吸引住!蠔餅蛋味甚濃,蠔亦吾腥,記得配埋魚露和辣醬,正👍滷水併盤,大腸和腩肉好入味又吾太醎。魚腐炆紹菜必食,D湯很清甜,我連湯都清埋蛋白杏仁茶不是太甜,杏仁味濃,很清香。D個反沙芋一定要試,有時要預訂添,要親熱食外脆內軟,好食到食吾倒囗🤩 繼續閱讀

4/5 食物水準以上,又有新意思,會主動邀請朋友再去。Good food with surprises, will invite friends to go again.(中英雙語,Chinese and English review)我竟然唔知我最愛嘅”好酒好蔡”有平民版,由蔡生嘅親兄弟主理。點完菜之後,老闆竟然說送個龍蝦仔前菜比我地試下。龍蝦新鮮肉彈就當然啦,個汁感覺有九層塔,薄荷,檸檬,辣椒等,其實好似仲有啲苦瓜蜂蜜味,不過唔敢肯定,開胃好食就係啦。汕頭走地雞,真係酥皮,嚇一嚇點做到嘅呢?好有雞味,不過走地街缺點真係肉太難咬。小食就點咗魚蛋魚皮餃雙拼,哩個就無乜特別,味道還可以。諗唔到食咩菜,店員就介紹個豬油渣春菜煲,湯底應該係魚湯,超好飲!豬油渣粒粒脆卜卜,配蔬菜食口感升華。個湯真係好濃,飲多咗開始覺咸,不過人地只係用嚟煮菜,係我自己忍唔住係咁飲。主食揀了黃金蟹肉粉絲煲,好好食。炒得乾爽香口,黃金即係咸蛋又比咗全新嘅味道體驗,食落仲有小小辣辣地,又再刺激一下。蟹肉相對小啲,不過淨係粉絲我都非常滿足。甜品點都要食埋我最愛嘅杏仁茶,我嚟講減少少甜就完美了。(Google translate)I didn't even realize that my favorite "Howard’s gourmet " had a civilian version, and was handled by master Choi's brothers.  After ordering, the boss said that he would give a lobster appetizer before I tried it. 好蔡館私房菜己經來過非常非常多次,但第一次為這間餐廳寫食評。常來的原因是,我的老闆是這間店的常客,很喜歡這裡精致的潮洲私房菜。吃過如此多的潮洲菜也不得不拜服蔡師傅的功夫!私房菜只做8位以上,約$1800一位,位於餐廳樓上的房間,隱秘之極。每道菜都非常好吃,所以特別推介我最喜歡的,酸辣翅都是每次必食,方里魚也是師傅的拿手菜,我最喜歡的就是圖中兩食的做法,一半做成魚卷,外層有脆皮和蛋包裹,一半起骨炒,淨低的魚邊連骨炸脆,兩種食法都超正!另外我特別喜歡的還有海參,海參煎得外皮脆薄,但肉裡肉質煙韌,加上配搭的汁,吞下後仍可以感覺倒味道口感後勁十足,力久不散。不敗的私房菜,定必令你一去再去的。 繼續閱讀
