由第一次來呢到食到呢家已經差唔多半年了,差唔多每個禮拜都要來一次,不單單因為食物水準之高,更加係老闆兼大廚邦哥對煮食既心,實屬難見。呢到其中一個特別之處係週不時會有啲特別既海鮮坐鎮,例如韓國來既北寄貝、野生澳洲鮑、青龍等等。當中呢家季節既蟹中之皇-黃油蟹開始有貨,老闆馬上幫我找最頂級既頭手貨,實在感動。新推出既一夜干也是值得一讚的,原因係佢地唔選用日本魚製作,支持本地漁業採用本地魚,目的就係想話俾大家聽其實本地魚既質素也非常好,而且既然有自家新鮮魚,為何不用?看到老闆準備由此店搬往新店擴大,真係非常開心,希望大家會繼續支持。P.S. 黃油蟹係需要預定。

驚喜地發現海鮮全部新鮮,燒善係必食,燒到個皮好似薯片咁脆,但同時魚肉仍然濕潤。韓國內的北寄貝第一次吃,也10分鮮甜,海水味十足,不用調味已可以了❤️燒貴妃旁仔火候剛剛好內裏也保持肉汁。手掌咁大隻嘅鮑魚燒出來也很嫩滑。燒茄子如果可以大一點會更好,略嫌不夠喉。燒雞翼的皮可以在燒脆一點。串燒店在同區有很多,但這間海鮮選擇較多,價錢也夠相宜,雖然大排檔格局,但嘢食新鮮,性價比一流,如果天氣冇咁熱會再過嚟食。

好拍檔燒烤,超級美味。老闆每日親自採購靚海鮮,想食乜靚海鮮,提早通知老闆。今餐我們有大隻象拔蚌刺身,清蒸超大隻刀貝蜆,油鹽焗極品黑頭奄,蒜茸蒸蘇格蘭大聖子,老闆特制調味嘅私房豉油烤南非鮑,特別一提,鮑魚和聖子做得超級非常出色,其實樣樣海鮮烹調得都非常出色,無人烹調味道和時間都控制得非常非常好。我地食晒所有海鮮之後跟住就輪到串燒出場,一句講晒,串燒同樣咁好食。非常難忘美味的一餐。

Had some grilled items here and the varieties were fair. We narrowed down to the few items below that did not disappoint!豬頸肉 $15一口叉燒 $15The pork was flavour-wise and tender-wise! We devoured with satisfaction! 金菇肥牛卷 $20牛舌 $16熊本一口牛 $18翠玉瓜 $12蒜蓉燒完隻茄子 $28Garlic was plentiful that laid invitingly on the eggplant! The tasted turned out to be so luscious that I couldn’t help craving for more! 法式蒜蓉包 $20The bread was of fair portion, the taste was spot on! Who’s not into garlic bread right? Overall this was a satisfying meal given that it’s price was fairly low. Even though it’s quite hidden at Sai Wan Ho, it’s worthy to come by and try a few grilled items to satisfy the crave for something salty and inviting!
