Tea set with cake and Chinese tea served.The cake I chose was a chocolate cake with rosella.Moisture and firm yet not much rosella favour. Quite and comfortable environment. 位於中環政府活化古蹟內的一間 江南菜館,環境相當雅緻,食物之色、香、味俱全,而且疏菜大部份是有機種的,啱曬講究飲食及健康既香港人。嚟到奧卑利,十寶鴨 是必試 菜式,由餡料到米鴨都是經過精挑細選,再配合大師烹調方法 而製的,咁特別既菜式,值得推薦比大家👍👍👍 繼續閱讀

The cost is not worth the quality of the food. For this cost, I would rather go to Mott 32 or Duddells. The beggar’s chicken was bland and dry. The dessert tried to be modern/innovative Chinese but failed. The ricewine porridge w glutinous rice balls was just thick syrup and little tasteless mochi balls. kungpao shrimp was prob the only good dish. Most upsetting thing was that the service people expect a tip. When u use your credit card, they give you 3 options for tip -10%, 15% or 20%. Service charge is already included but they ask if u think the service was good enough and pretty much ask u for a tip. Inappropriate. Won’t last very long. If u want to be in taikwun area - go to Madame Fu’s. Food is much better. 繼續閱讀

Enjoyable evening at Old Bailey’s...First time to try this place and will go back again. Ten treasure duck is a must - 8+abalone and sea cucumber =10. Rice was moist and not mushy. The flavor was rich but not salty. Treasures all mixed together so couldn’t find much of the two additional treasures on top of the usual eight ..... Also loved the fresh peas (lightly sautéed👍), crispy eel (indeed light and crisp), meat terrine (flavorful and not too much gelatin) and drunken chicken (good balance between the marinade and shaoxing wine).Zhejiang Heen does a better job on the shredded Mandarin fish, smoked fish and the pickled radish. Ding Tai Fung’s malantou was better. Ambience - no private room butt quite a few large round tables to accommodate parties.Service - pleasant servers but needed to be reminded to pour tea and refill wine.... 繼續閱讀
